    Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. The problem I had was every time I talked to someone at the desk they didn’t know anything about the issue. No one had made any notes or passed along any of the information so every time I talk to someone, we were starting over from Ground Zero with nothing being done in the process. All in all, not a bad stay, but certainly not what I’m used to at the Hilton.

    Close by the airport and restaurants Clean Breakfast was expensive but good We left my husband's medicine in the room refrigerator. We called the hotel, they said they would get with housekeeping and call me back the next morning. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them.

    A huge bonus was the very friendly staff! The rooms were big with comfortable beds. The shuttle was so convenient and also took us to different locations just within the mile radius. Plenty of restaurants around. Definitely recommend!

    The hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standard. I got my first room with broken curtain and phone. After changing the room, the 2nd one had a malfunctioning toilet. The staff is not bad, actually friendly and helpful. But the room maintained is poor

    Staff was not at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes, and got someone from the kitchen to try to find the front desk person. When they came forward they made a comment that "Everyone has to have a break sometime". Very dismissive and rude. Had a ear bud in listening to something on their phone. Very unprofessional. The room was ok, but there was general disrepair around the hotel.

    This is a nice property to arrive at. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was Very Comfortable. The drawback is that they wanted 17 dollars if you wanted a full breakfast or 12 dollars for a continental breakfast. The coffee stand was torn down when we came down at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. They offered to drag everything back out again but we were on the way to get on with our day. The breakfast scenario did not sit well with us in light that we paid a premium price to stay there in the first place. It felt like they want to fleece people.

    The property was spotless from lobby, buffet, elevators to hallways and rooms. One guest elevator was down and that caused a small delay at busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time in Dallas, we will book this facility. Thanks to all the staff.

    The room I stayed in was run down and out of date. She informed me that they only had one room left (no problem, I had only reserved one) and before she handed me the key she wanted to go upstairs to make sure it was clean as she was not sure. I was showing up late at night, so I'm not sure what the solution would have been if it wasn't clean. She returned to inform me it was clean, but upon arrival to the room, I had my doubts. Most notable, there were two windows on one side of the room. The black out shade for one of them was being held up by a pair of needle nose pliers that had been duct-taped together to act as a clip (and this had to be pulled off to get the curtain to roll down) and the other window was missing the dark out shade entirely, allowing for a nice early morning sunrise to flood the room and wake you up if you wanted to be or not. Overall, the hotel needs a refreshment and was generally dirty and run down. Combine this with the expensive buffet breakfast and it was an all around less the optimal experience. With all the options in the area, I certainly won't be staying here again.

There was a restaurant in the hotel and several others within walking distance. I will definitely use this hotel again when stopping over night from the DFW airport.

    cleanliness i booked this hotel because i needed a shuttle to airport. i had a 7:00 flight and they would take me that early. thy said their webb site says it starts at 7:00. when i booked i made sure it said shuttle. totally not happy. had to pay taxi $50.00 to get to airport at 5:00 in the morning.

    Even though our rooms were a bit dated, they were spotlessly clean. We stayed for four nights for a wedding and to enjoy a gGapevine Christmas which did not disappoint. The hotel was super convenient to everything and the customer service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were all super helpful and the shuttle provided made everything so convenient. The breakfast was great for the price, especially once we learned you could order other things from the kitchen. All the servers were very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay again if we return to Grapevine!

    Comfortable, spacious room; excellent price range of choices in in-house restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet well stocked. A quiet and welcoming respite from long haul travel. All staff interactions were kind, courteous and sincere. Shuttle service excellent. Wonderful to be out of airport space and breathe fresh air, rather than stay in DFW airport. Nothing…my second stay and still no dislikes.

    I stood at the desk for a little bit before the 2 ladies there even acknowledged that I was in front of them. I had to speak before they looked up and the lady that checked me in acted like she didn’t really want to be there and I was bothering her for just being there. The smell in the hotel was like a chemical sewage smell. Not pleasant at all. The room had chipped furniture. The tv had showed a blue picture and never cleared up. The bed was uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom flickered on eerily. There were handprints on the back of the bathroom door and dirt on the wall. The only thing that I can say was very good was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. They were very pleasant and greeted us with enthusiasm. We only stayed for one night. That was definitely enough for me.

    First off our room has a water leak in the bathroom outlet, we were upgraded to a suite to stay on the same floor with our friends which was good. The bar was out of a couple options of beer we prefer and they did not have items stocked to make a Bloody Mary. We went down the next morning for what we thought was a continental breakfast and it was not good. The eggs were cold, sausage was overcooked, they were out of mix to make waffles then we got told we had to go to the front desk and pay for self serving what little we ate.. the hotel booking says “cook to order” food and there were no clear signs anywhere telling us we had to pay when we arrived downstairs to the breakfast area.

    During our first night at the hotel, the dining area was closed, which was disappointing. We had to shower and get dressed to go out to eat, despite being very exhausted. We had no plans to leave the hotel that night. The restroom fixtures were very rusty, and the lack of a restroom extractor made it very humid. The AC never turned off, even though we had it on auto. As a result, my baby woke up with a cough. The pool had a very strong smell of chlorine, and after being in there for 30 minutes, my son's eyes started burning. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, like at Holiday Inn, but we found out that was not the case. Overall, I regretted my stay. We decided to leave on Saturday at 6:00 pm and did not stay until the next morning because we were not comfortable staying another night. When I tried to give the key card to the front desk while informing them that we were checking out, the staff member said they didn't need it. Overall, I am very disappointed and don't think I can recommend this hotel at all.

    The carpet in the room was disgusting. Housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up prior to 8:00 am to see if we were there. 5 minutes later another housekeeper knocked on the door to see if we were there. Housekeeping knocked a third time just before 11:00 am. We had to navigate around all the dirty linens in the hall when we finally left. First time staying here, and the last.

    Mattress was broke, every time we moved we could hear something broke. The decorative cover over the comforter was like sandpaper. The room never got cooled down, not sure if it was the humidity or what but we woke up hot every hour all night.

    I’d suggest not booking at this Hilton cause they will give your room away that you pay for . We get there to check in at 4 and they gave our prepaid room away it took over a hour to get us in a different room . The tv didn’t work and was blue so we couldn’t even watch tv the bed was hard as a rock . Then as I was getting dressed at 9 am checkout is at 12 somebody from the hotel let themselves into my room WHILE I was changing . We told the people at the front desk no one cared that we had someone come inside our locked room . So I’d suggest skipping this place it was horrible . They said they was overbooked so I’m guessing we got the scrap leftovers and that’s why our room was horrible . The lady walking inside our room while I was naked was the cherry on top of a horrible time . They also triple charged us after we laid on Expedia .

    Horrible customer service booked a king months prior none available when we checked in. Stuck with a double. Called TWICE for towels they told us they would be up right away. HOURS later we went down to just get them ourselves and there was 3 people up front just sitting and talking. Restroom was dirty. Half the channels didn’t work. They didn’t want to help us when we were there but they sure did want us to check out early they called us at 6AM saying we requested a courtesy call which we didn’t! Then they were knocking at the door at 9AM. Check out is at 12.
