    Shuttle service from airport was great, even when the drivers did not show up for work the hotel management already had a contract for Lyft drivers to be called and transport everyone to the airport.

    This location was excellent for our flight the next day. The shuttle was so convenient and our driver dropped us off well within time for us to make our flight. And even gave us excellent directions to get to our gate with ease. Breakfast was good as we have come to expect from The Hampton.

    My husband and I were guests at your hotel June 1st and were not pleased with the room. Hampton Inn Suites is our go to hotel because they are normally really nice and exemplify cleanliness. However, this hotel lacked what we are used to with Hampton Inn Suites. Below is a list of what we encountered and feel our stay did not live up to the Hilton brand. The nightstands that were nailed to the wall were uneven. One was further away from the bed than the other. The lamps that were on the nightstands were different They were not dusted and had not been wiped. The bathroom remodeling/ paint was not completed The toilet tissue holder & shampoo holder were poorly affixed to the wall. There was a hole behind the thermostat. The remote in the bedroom did not work The furniture was dated and chipped We did not want a room with an adjoining door or at the end on the hall. They said that was all they had available. We felt like we were in a motel, not a Hampton Inn Suites. We were not pleased at all and have photos. We sent an email to management with no response.

    Rooms were ample. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was adequate for our needs. Toilet room needs its own light switch, especially for late night visits. More electrical outlets needed in rooms, dressing area. Air conditioner was hard to regulate. Either it was too humid or too cold. Plus had to keep fan running all the time to drown out the road noise. Breakfast was great! Great assortment and variety every day. Staff was friendly and approachable. Did not use gym or pool. TV's in room were great. Streaming kept buffering on Pluto. Not a big deal. Watched another app. Couch was comfortable. Ottoman was a great addition. Linen was clean, only one top sheet was very worn you could see through. Others were fine. Our floor and location of room was quiet. Very pleased overall with our 5 night stay. Will consider this hotel again when we are in the area.

    15min away from where we had to be in the morning There was a roach that we had to kill roaming in the room I stayed in, not enough towels in our room initially. The check in staff lady was trying to overcharge me for the room and I had to show her my information on my phone and she was very rude how she treated us as the guest checking in. Please keep in mind that it was very late like 11 something at night and we were super tired from the drive!!!!!

    The electricity went out around 8am. My husband had spine surgery a year ago and has trouble walking up and down stairs. I kept trying to ask questions however everyone in the hotel advised they weren't told anything. We were set to checkout and I could not get any clarification from anyone in regards to any advice on what is expected. The housekeeping couldn't even clean the rooms with the power out. Lack of communication was a major issue. I understand it was out of their hands but just communication.

    The bad review is due to no shuttle. My travel plan was to arrive on Sat, return my rental car, then take the shuttle early to the airport on Sun. I was told the shuttle was not running due to driver illness. No backup driver available in the entire DFW metroplex? And the person at the front desk was so unsure of themself that I didn’t trust the offer of Lyft rides paid for by the hotel. The extra day rental cost nearly as much as the lodging fee.

    Coming back to the property … all well, just renovate air conditioners 🙂 a bit (they work though). Since we booked via Expedia our Hilton reward was ineligible (this is why don’t use Expedia much now), plus due to Expedia were given first floor across the gym. Again we were busy with conference so so not mind. In overall, we have had no complaints at all.

    We stayed at the Hampton for a few nights while attending a conference nearby. Last year we were in a newer hotel, but this one was much more budget friendly at the time of booking. The room was clean, we were barely there, except to sleep at night, and it worked well for us. We didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t rate the food, but I’d stay here again.

    We checked in Friday, checked out Monday and we didn't have any housekeeping stop by our room, I thought it was because I had the sign on the door, and I was told it didn't matter.. It's all good though because we were checking out the next morning. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again whenever we have another visit to the area. It's so close so many things, very convenient!

    Need to work on elevators-one was out-of-order and the other elevator looked like it needed service. Lobby always warm, like the A/C was not working properly. Our room was fine, A/C working properly. Was not made aware ahead of time by Expedia of the $5/daily parking charge or the additional Texas Recovery Fee tax charged by the property. Would have been nice to know about it. These are the reasons for not rating better than Good.

    I requested rooms next to each other and they weren’t even on the same floor! The lady at the front desk wasn’t happy that we didn’t book with her. She was very pushy and only gave me keys for one room at first. I had to go back to her and tell her I had 2 rooms. I have used Hotels.com before and have had similar problems in the past. Seems like there is a lot of disconnect between you and the hotels!

That house keeping doesn’t make the beds and freshens the rooms up during the day, ie. makes beds refill shampoo or conditioner more coffee fresh towels and wash clothes. The room was very clean and the temperature was set perfect due to the temperature drop outside. My kids used the indoor pool and that was very clean as well.     First, I must say how awesome the staff was. The room needed attention and updating. Dirty carpet, all of the cabinets were swollen from water damage, the room smelled like dog pee, the AC didn’t work and the shuttle didn’t start running until 7 AM on a Saturday so I had to buy an Uber to the airport. As soon as I mentioned the AC the staff was right there to fix it. If it wasn’t for the great staff I would have given it one star. Not worth the price.

    The carpet in room 302 was wet and smelled like chemicals and dirty carpet shampoo water. There were also water or mold stains around the ceiling perimeter. Advised the front desk about issues and was told the manager would follow-up. Never heard back from anyone. Requested additional clothes hangers but was told that housekeeping went home at 4pm and they could not provide any. At checkout, was also charged an additional $75 pet fee, which was not disclosed prior.

    During our 3 day stay we did enjoy a good breakfast!! Loved their waffles!! We also liked the convenience of having Great Wolf lodge and the Meow museum close! What we didn’t like during our stay was the cleanliness. We found a prior guest dirty laundry in our closet and some stains on our pillow and towels. When asked for more linen it took multiple attempts to get more towels. Which was rather frustrating cause you felt like you were begging for them at that point. Other than that the staff was friendly just not quick to accommodate.

    My wife and I stayed one night in May 25 and the property is beautiful inside. You walk in and with all the walnut or cherry woodwork in the the lobby/breakfast area, extending upward to the second floor, you would think you walked into an English exclusive club. Just awesome.     We had a last minute stay in on Christmas Eve because of a canceled flight. It was close to the airport, very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable along with nice bedding. Teddy the shuttle drive was amazing and took us to a restaurant after a long day of traveling. He was so sweet and helpful. We would totally stay again if we are ever back in the area.

    Booked a 2 night stay king bed. Arrived and the heater didn’t work. I wanted to move and attendant said they only had a double queen and that it would be a 100.00 up charge. I objected and he said that they would switch units with another room which I said well move there and he said can’t do that cause it was a double. Bottom line is they switched units and the heat worked, but the blower motor had a bearing going out and made an annoying wine which it was late now and we just bared with it. All this because they said I booked it with Expedia. Really pore attitude and dispossession.

    The room was well accommodated and clean and comfortable. The staff during check in and checkout were very friendly. Whether purchasing items at the snack bar or making change they were friendly. Esparanza in the breakfast area was very friendly and her service was wonderful. She even came in on Thanksgiving day to do breakfast for the guests. She always wore a smile. I will come back to the hotel because the staff were very good.

    The hotel and room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had also booked a room for my daughter and her family for one night. They then wanted to stay two more. I couldn't extend their stay on the app so I booked two more. The young woman at the counter, I wish I had gotten her name, was able to recheck them in the next morning so they didn't have to change rooms. Esparenza came in on Thanksgiving morning to do breakfast. She was very friendly every morning and did such a wonderful job.

    The property is very well kept bed is comfortable and the room clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and went the extra mile to get me some extra pillows. Very pleasant stay.
