    The room phone did not work, making it even harder to contact staff. Our requests were never addressed. The refrigerator barely worked and made loud noises all night, making it difficult to sleep. The A/C unit was extremely noisy as well. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the sofa bed was terrible—you could feel all the springs, and the pillows were not comfortable at all. On top of that, the hot water was not hot enough. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, especially for a Hilton property. We expected much better service, comfort, and maintenance. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

    I found the hotel with a smart location: close to the airport, 20 min from Dallas, 25 from Forth Worth and next to a giant shopping center with several shops and attractions (Legoland, Bubble World, Peppa Pig, Acquarium, etc.). Breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. I found the staff very polite and attentive. The space in the bedroom is great, very large and comfortable. The most critical point for me: cleaning. Really very flawed. Filthy curtains (with even ugly stains), carpet with a lot of dirt (the half stained from walking on it), under the sofa had food from I don't know how long ago, crockery very poorly washed. Anyway, it doesn't match a Hilton hotel and nothing you expect when you spend days away from home. Besides, the fridge didn't freeze anything, it was super old and the button is temperature adjustment was at least and broken.

    My main complaint at this property is that i had to pay $12 to park my car in the parking lot. I was not aware that this property charged the parking fee so i was not happy when we were told we had to pay it. I have never had to pay an amount to park my car in a hotel parking lot where i was staying. This is a deterrent and i do not plan to stay at this property again. There are other hotels in the area that do not charge you to park your car in the parking lot where you are staying.

    The room was super spacious and the hotel spotless. The staff were great to work with over our four day stay. They were friendly accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was consistently tasty and plentiful with a variety of choices. Checkout and check in was a breeze and the room itself was comfortable, clean and everything worked well. Hardest part was finding the location since the sign is easy to miss and the broken driveway was distracting. There was some construction but the windows were surprisingly helpful in keeping the noise out.

    Pretty run down hotel. Carpet was stained and sticky. Hot tub/Pool was very dirty with a band aid next to the hot tub for a couple days then it was broken for a couple days. The cockroach on the wall in my room on the last night really sealed the deal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but Hilton doesn't give them much to work with here.

    The location was the only good part, however there was construction literally right outside our window so it got loud really early which was a huge problem for my family. There were 6 of us total we were there for 10 nights. The 1st room we were in was really hot even with the thermostat down to 67 which is the lowest you can take it. That alone was a bummer as we’re hot natured ppl. Issues number 2 the fridge was AWFUL it even made my milk sour the fridges aren’t cold and my diabetes medicine has to stay cold in the fridge. The fridge was literally room temperature and the freezer was going out. Because I am a diabetic and had medication in the fridge they moved us rooms. So we had to pack up and move. However the freezer was better the fridge was still not cold I had to place ice packs on top of my medication. It stated that this hotel was recently renovated I’m not sure where exactly because the 2nd room they placed us in had black marks on the ceiling around the sprinkler the room smelled awful I guess one of the pilot lights was out in the fire place making it smell the carpets throughout the hallway are very outdated torn in a lot of areas and just nasty. The laundry room you can’t breathe in there both washers don’t work at the same time, also beware of other guest taking your belongings out of the washer and just placing them on top of the non working machine to wash their stuff no matter if your done or not. As that happened to me I walk in and another guest removed my underwear and my kids underwear and place them on too of the non working machine for God and everyone to see or just take it down whatever they please with them. When i addressed the situation with management they told me they can’t really say anything to the guest because of “surveys” so surveys are more important than the guest. Nothing everything was misleading, it’s completely outdated with significant problems throughout the whole property.

And housekeeping didn't come mop the floor that had toilet water and pee all over. So, I cleaned it the best I could just so my kids would be able to use the restroom. The shower floors looks cringe. So, we had to put a towel in the shower, in order to feel somewhat comfortable. I've been staying at this hotel for over 4 years, when we visit Texas. That was our last time staying. They need to do some upgrades, and get some new staff, for sure.

    The place was super clean and awesome! Easy to find when driving and parking was easy. The only issue was the toilet flooded at one point, but staff was on it quick and fixed it up while we went out to eat! The room was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and staff was very friendly! The breakfast was limited, but delicious and they had work out equipment and a POOL there! Didn't expect it, but it was awesome! Beautiful place, definitely would want to stay here again <3

    While I appreciate certain members of the staff for their assistance, there were several issues during our stay that made the overall experience frustrating. Communication between staff members needs significant improvement. Prior to our arrival, we called to inform the front desk that we would be arriving late due to unexpected car trouble, including two flat tires. Unfortunately, this information was not passed along during the shift change. As a result, when we arrived—tired and already stressed—we were told that no room was available for us, which was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, the staff on duty that night were helpful and ultimately accommodated us. Additionally, there was a billing issue where my card was charged three times, totaling over $700, when the correct amount should have been $325. I sincerely appreciate Ms. Karen for resolving this matter promptly. I would also like to thank Ms. Latanya for assisting us in receiving our Hilton Rewards points. While some staff members were very helpful and professional, others contributed to the lack of coordination and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Overall, there is room for improvement in communication and customer service consistency.

    You can definitely tell it’s old, the plumbing is not the greatest. The floors are very dirty. They do not clean the third floor over night or take the trash. The walls in the room are dirty. Over all the plumbing was the worst part. You had to wait 30 minutes to flush the toilet.

    Property was clean, staff was friendly, we didn't bring a pet, or use the other amenities so I cannot comment. I would stay here again. Its literally right next to the mall, you could walk. Nice area. There was some construction next door but no major issues. Some of the hotel could use some renovations in the near future though.

    The pull out mattress had someone’s clothes sticker on it still when we pulled it out and the mattress to it was very springy my children complained of backs hurting . The room had a weird smell but we just used air freshener and other than that everything was great . Wonderful staff everyone was nice.

    I’ll start with the pros of this hotel: The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which is why we chose this hotel. Now for the cons: -When we first arrived at the hotel there was still a dirty bath towel hanging in our bathroom from the previous guest. -After sleeping all night on the pillows we realized there was something red on one of the pillow cases (and it appeared it possibly hadn’t been changed after the previous guest) -The kitchen was very outdated. The fridge and dishwasher particularly needed work (our fridge actually started leaking a significant amount of water on our second evening there) -We pulled out the couch bed and it was FILTHY. we didn’t even sleep on it because it was so bad. We ended up leaving early because the room was having so many issues. By the time our fridge started leaking all over the kitchen floor it was about 7:30 at night so we decided just to go home early rather than wait for maintenance to fix it or move us to another room. The location of this hotel is great and maybe we just got a really bad room - but I personally can’t say that I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was dated. Fridge in room had standing water. No finished cabinets under the sink, it was just the dirty floor. Cutlery was on top of dirty microwave because it did not fit inside a drawer. Pool and hot tub were murky and could not see to the bottom. Would never stay again, avoid this hotel. Motel 6 would have been better. Disappointed this hotel is a Hilton Brand.

    The staff was courteous but the room wasn't cleaned correctly, there was trash right outside the door with pills on the floor and trash. In the restroom there was old urine on the toilet seat. Pet hair in the carpet, so we dealt with allergies the whole stay. The front desk personnel asked if we wanted to move rooms, but the other room wasn't worth moving to. We got cleaning supplies from her and just cleaned and disinfected the room. So far as the pills and trash outside the room she said housing would pick up it was never removed.

    Staff is wonderful, hotel was clean. Great place to stay with kids, gives you extra space so you don't feel so cramped and has a kitchen so you can save money while traveling as well. Comfortable beds and great breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again! Price was excellent as well.

    Our toilet didnt flush correctly in first room. Moved to another room and it still had issues. The bed was terrible, and there wasn't extra bedding for pull out sofa. Breakfast wasn't great either. So many people, which obviously can't help. But not so many choices of things.

    Great location. Close to everything. Ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. They text you to check on you. Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Quiet. Only issues is the room was freezing but it did warm up and they brought a heater in the meantime. And could stand to be updated some. But would definitely stay again.

    Great location. Close to everything. Ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. They text you to check on you. Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Quiet. Only issues is the room was freezing but it did warm up and they brought a heater in the meantime. And could stand to be updated some. But would definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was our room wasnt flipped. They do every other day which is fine! The lady working saturday evening was able to get us what we needed but house keeping noted they came by our room. If they did nothing was left for us. This is my only reason for 4 stars.

    The staff here are excellent and engaging. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathtub was dated, and there is no wine glasses or wine opener in the kitchen. When we arrived I noticed a spill spot in the kitchen and trash on the floor of the bedroom. Later in the stay found a T-shirt left behind from a previous person. The hallways and the elevators are atrocious, It is hard to say when they were cleaned last. We grabbed breakfast twice and brought back to room and it was good, especially the croissants.

    The front desk guy was great. The lobby had been recently remodeled. The room though, I think the cleaning staff forgot some things. We had dirty towels in our bathroom still there. One of the beds had blood stain on the sheet and dog hair on the bed. The room was tired. Breakfast was missing a bunch of stuff you'd expect. There was eggs and half cooked hashbrowns... no meat and very low on bread selection. Waffle maker was on back order and there were no plates...only big paper bowls to use. Not a place we'd come back to, even at the price point.

    breakfast was good, having inside pool, staff was nice, facility was nice and updated carpets were dirty and stained, trash was left lying around in bags all day, sometimes food, trash, etc left in the hallways and not cleaned or vacuumed for a couple of days. I accidentally left my curling iron behind while letting it cool before we left. they knew who stayed in room, but never called to report finding or if i wanted to have mailed back, etc.

    Breakfast fit our needs. The girls were able to get what they wanted. They were sorry that there were no waffles. However the food was hot and fresh. The fresh fruit and variety of food was appealing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room was a mess. It had not been fully cleaned. Trash was left in the kitchen; a pair of women underwear was found on a chair. We had to allow 2 of children sleep on the sofa bed and it was broken with some of the supports missing. There was not linen in the room to make up the sofa bed - so we had to go to the desk to request the linens. The kitchen as only equipped with a skillet for cooking - we had to ask for a saucepan. There were multiple spiders in the room and the bathtub in one of the rooms looked well used. We have stayed in many Homewood Suites rooms in the past year and we have always given them high marks. This hotel was very disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were great in explaining why we didn't get the room we thought we had reserved and helping us make the best of the bad situation.

    We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, there was a basketball court in the back and kept the kids happy. I had to plunge the bathtub so it would drain and the dishwasher didn’t work after the first day, but we had a great time!

    Everything was fine. Nothing amazing but nothing terrible. The freezer in the full size refrigerator would make a horrible intermittent howling sound so I ended up just unplugging the whole thing since I wasn’t using it.

But after my card being shut off for suspected fraud, because they tried charging it so many times during our 2 night stay, I will definitely not stay here again. Also, the main areas and hallways were dirty. Floor especially. Needed a good vacuum on the carpets and a mop on the hard floors. Not a terrible stay, but expected more for the price and the name.

The rooms where subpar for the price that was paid; they could have been cleaned better, there where like coffee splatters or rust on the side of the refrigerator; the floors had little crumbs like they needed to be swept; the pillows were flat in the room on the left; we saw a spider and cricket in the room in the right and there appeared to me mold or dirt on the molding around the tub. I was disappointed because I invited guest to stay with me and they were complaining.

    The staff was great! The pool was great! It was clean overall. We had some sticky floors in our kitchen area of the room that was gross. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming in quality. The coffee wasn’t hot on multiple mornings. We were also charged a daily parking fee but there were multiple signs all over the parking lot saying that parking was complimentary for hotel guests only. I’m sure they get people trying to park with mall nearby but thought the signs were misleading for hotel guests being charged to park.

While waiting in the lobby, I could hear the staff express frustration with the constantly ringing phone. While they answered politely, it was extremely uncomfortable. The inside of the suite was spacious and tidy. Unfortunately, the living room TV was broken, showing pixelated, distorted images that made it unusable. I called the front desk. They offered to move us, but we opted to stay put and make do since we were already settled. One of the bathrooms also had a broken bathtub stopper. It took a good bit of effort to get it open so the water could drain properly, which shouldn’t have been necessary in a hotel of this caliber. The final disappointment came at breakfast the next morning, where there was visibly molded fruit in the fruit bowl. That’s a quality control issue that should’ve easily been avoided. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but a handful of preventable issues made it a less-than-smooth experience.

    Many items were in disrepair. It took 3 rooms to find one with an air conditioner that works. Both the stationary bike and the elliptical were broken and the ice maker in the third room leaked so badly that the ice formed an unusable solid blob.

    I booked a room that said it would have a king size bed and a sofa sleeper. The bed was not a queen. The room was ok. I was charged a deposit and was told it was going to be refunded. It still hasn't been. We were told at check-in that breakfast was open until 10. We showed up at 9:15 and they were cleaning up. They let us grab a few things, but the lady said they closed at 9.     Hotel was a little outdated but yet was still very clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and front desk staff was freindly . The only complaint i have is the pool had way too much chlorine! Parents & kids complaining it was way too strong and burning eyes and nose.

    My stay was amazing until it got close to check out. Maintenance walked in my room while dressing and I was very upset that they would allow this. My stay was a late checkout they should not let anyone make or female in my room until I check out.

    Check in staff was wonderful. Checked in around 2:45, room wasn’t clean and ready until after 4! Chlorine was so strong in the pool area it was burning my eyes just to pass by in the hallway, couldn’t stay in pool/hot tub very long! It was very humid in our room even with the AC set to 68 or below. The hotel was clean.

    First thing I want to say is I'm very very disappointed that there's not a waffle maker. That was one of my main points for booking this hotel. I stayed here in December and you had one. Second the floor had not been vacuumed it was dirty. Pretty nasty when you put your feet up in a bed with white sheets and there's nasty dirty hairy crap all over it. The AC didn't work very well. There was a water bottle left in the freezer. The button to regulate the temperature in the refrigerator was not there. We didn't have a remote in the bedroom and I went downstairs and told them and I never got one. We had to ask for towels in the pool and the lady that was going down as we were said she even called to ask before we got down there and I had to go and ask as well. Was not pleased with breakfast at all. Everything was so much better when I was there in December I'm so very disappointed in this trip. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating just forgetful. The gentleman that works there is very funny and always welcomes us and makes us feel at home when we come. But like said the waffle machine should not just be there on the weekends it should be there all the time for everyone. I won't stay again if it's not there. One other thing that I did want to say is the bathtub has a lot of rust in the bottom of it and I don't know if there's anything you can do about that but surely there's something. But the floor is what got me the most because it was just disgusting

    We checked in at approx. 8 pm on Friday the 30th. The following morning we rec’d a call from the front desk that we had checked out @ 8:55 and housekeeping was not able to enter the room. I did tell her that we were resv’d thru the 3rd. She asked me if I was ? To which I replied no. She asked that we exchange the card keys and obtain new ones. We did and found out we did not even show that we had checked in. The hair conditioner bottle fell off the shower wall on my foot (no injury) and the water leaked onto the floor saturating the mat. We used extra towel to soak up the water so as not to slip. We expected the room to be serviced on Saturday but was not. On Sunday I asked the housekeeper if she would leave two bath mats instead of one. She left three but no bath towels. Front desk brought up towels. Maintenance did fix the conditioner bottle. The bed was very comfortable. On the whole, the stay was good. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was friendly and attentive.

    We discovered a water leak very late on our first night that soaked all of our toiletries in the bathroom and created quite a mess. We had to relocate at midnight to another room. Staff seemed less than interested in helping with the move and we never heard anything regarding our situation or complaint from the hotel manager. The front desk seemed disinterested in our comfort or experience.

    The first room they led me to, was someone else's room!! I am just lucky they was not in there . Never got a key, no swimming, and too afraid to leave the room because they would give my room away, and all of our stuff would be gone.

    My wife made several complaints to the front desk about the central air not working and all they told her was the small roll around unit in the room was sufficient when it was most certainly not. The room never got below 75 degrees and it was very humid. Along with not having a remote for the tv in the room. I am very disappointed in the service at that establishment.

    Stayed while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. Room was clean except for some hair in the shower and a couple of random almonds we found laying around the room. Breakfast was great, more options than most other hotels and good strong coffee! I take my own pillows and good thing I did because the pillows weren’t great and I woke up with a sore back and hips. My husband said the bed was fine for him. Pool and hot tub were clean but the chlorine was SO strong. Overall a decent stay but not the best Homewood we’ve ever stayed at.

    This hotel had bed bugs. I do not recommend this to anyone. We only stayed for one night, we arrived back home in Frisco My 3 year old had bites all over her back and naval. I initially thought it was chicken pox or measles. Turns out it was bed bug bites!!! Please please refrain from staying here unless they rectify this issue ASAP!

    I have never stayed at a Homewood Suites before, but I was impressed. Room was updated and clean, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor courtyard and the breakfast was better than a lot of hotels too. The biscuits and gravy had flavor and not watery! I was happy it was pet friendly for my mini schnauzer. The only thing, I wasn't aware of the pet charge, but that may have been my fault for missing that information though. So if you're traveling with your fur baby, there's a fee for that.

    This is our 2nd stay, with our adult childern and grandkids, to go to legoland, pepa pig land and the aquarium. The rooms are great, i love having our own ice bringing home leftovers for snacks, or lunches the next day. Plenty of room and everyone gets a break with our own rooms. The staff are helpfull, professional and friendly.

    This is our 2nd stay, its so convenient for activities for our grandkids, they love the indoor swimming pool, we love the court yard, it gives them a place to run and play. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and have a great place to eat outside. The staff are friendly and helpful each time we stay. As grandparents we love to do all the daily fun activites but we love having our own room to relax and recover for the next days adventures.

    We stay at this property once a year, for the last 10 years. We have had some issues over the years. This year was exceptionally bad as there was a natural gas leak in my room. I ended up in hospital. The hallways in the hotel were dirty and had garbage and dog poop on the second floor. The hotel is understaffed. I would expect a higher standard from the Hilton brand.

    Bathroom was not so clean. Thick, cleanable grime on sink handles, dried blood splatter on the walls, dead worm on the ground and grimy prints on the door. When we arrived, the microwave was covered in fingerprints, which tells me the cleaning staff may be overwhelmed. Lots of space, though!

    We chose this spot because my kid loves picking out breakfast stuff and when we went to breakfast they were out of everything. Cereal but no milk. They never replenished the sad pastries, we were down there about 45 minutes and they never brought out new eggs. Tired of feeling shortchanged when the prices aren't getting any lower.

    Our spring break stay was perfect at Homewood Suites. Walking distance to Grapevine Mills Malls/Legoland… we spent one full day here!! So much fun. Short drive to Bass Pro Shops. Staff was friendly and very helpful! This is definitely a comfy hotel.

    The hotel had a thing in the room saying your room would be cleaned every day and that fresh towels would be brought in. This didn’t happen at all. The second night we were there we just grabbed some extra clean towels from the pool area to take to our room for showers. The guy from the first night that checked us in and cleaned up the trash was the only person who seemed like he cared about how the hotel looked and ran. You could tell he was trying to make things better and he was really nice even though he was clearly stressed. Overall it was obvious that the hotel was understaffed and that many of the employees were not happy there. I’ve stayed at Hilton Homesuites before in other cities and this experience was a first.

    Was hard to get pillows, blankets, and questioned about wanting more towels. We needed more toilet paper and told they didn’t have enough to give us 4 rolls. Was not informed I would be charged a $24 parking fee upon check out. Our first breakfast we found a hair in the gravy. The second day it was crowded with not enough food.

    We enjoyed how close it was to a mall and the airport. The indoor pool had great hours and thr social they host on Wednesday is great. We ran into some issues with our room that made us have to switch to a different room. They arent great with accommodating when there's major issues. But a few of the staff members were great others weren't as pleasant.

    Stayed with 2 grand kids. Mainly came for the indoor pool. Was disappointed due to the fact that there was way too much chlorine. I could not stay in the hot tub because of my eyes burning. The girls said the pool water was cloudy and also burned their eyes. I was surprised there was a charge for parking. I have never seen that at this type of hotel.

    Dirty rooms. Switched to 3 different rooms and the first two rooms the sleeper sofas were dirty. Not just stained. The 3rd room the fireplace was on when we got in there and we couldn’t get it to turn off and the room was 80 degrees. We left.

    I had no air conditioning or heating. During the day temperatures reached 82 degrees in the room and at night in the lower 60's. A staff member brought in a floor ac unit that did not cool the room sufficiently. I do not understand why I was not given another room with a working air conditioning unit.

    I had two dogs for the stay. Receptionist were oddly very rude. Expedia says $75 per stay for dog feed these guys charged me 250 dollars. This is a huge scam. I got a weird allergy from this hotel too and i never get allergy. I am a consultant always on the road. Worst experience Ever! I always stay at Hilton and i am a gold member too. But this was worst in the whole hilton chain.

    The property in general was fairly clean in public areas, but our room had a not so pleasant smell when we arrived. We turned the AC on thinking it just needed some circulation but this did not solve the issue. When it came time to go to bed, we pulled the covers back to find a brown stain on one side of the fitted sheet. Upon further investigation, we found another stain on the mattress cover in the same area and a much larger stain on the mattress itself. This is where the smell was coming from and made us wonder if these sheets were properly cleaned and changed. It was late, so my husband went down to the desk with photos and asked for help. He was given new bedding for us to place over the stained bedding and told management would be made aware and a credit given. The next morning, we requested the mattress be removed and replaced because we were attending a convention and did not have time to move everything to another room. The mattress was replaced before we came back. At checkout we were told because we booked through a 3rd party, a credit could not be given. We will not be booking at this location again.
