I don't even know where to begin? Traditional standards are clean room clean towels, cleaned daily, free of mold and insects, working tv, etc. I thinking camping would have been more sanitary. This place is disgusting but we booked a week. Other motel 6 places we've stayed are superior to this in other states. NOT Texas, Grand Prairie. Here is a brief of the room, filthy floors, my white socks are permanently brown! The curtains are half hanging and ripped as well as the shower curtain that was never changed when cleaning. The bathroom door was chewed up by probably a dog someone left in there. Shower walls not clean, soap scum, mold on the ceiling, clean towels yes. BUT GOD FORBID IF THEY TURN AROUND THE ROOM DAILY! No they don't as they said that's only for the one nighters! They said you have to request it. The tv only sometimes worked. Went black with sound still on. Old soap repackaged, so gross. No shampoo, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. Just a bed and towels. Oh and the beds are so old they have dips in them, not even. And made thump noise if you roll over. Then bugs, dead cockroach upon arrival, another bug on ceiling, Outside, am concerned need this is a drug dealers place, nothing but stoned homeless looking thugs! Glazed over eyes, dirty clothes, girls looking like hookers! Right next to multiple freeways! So never quiet. Am not sure why health dept doesnt shut down!!!

The rooms were awful there were roaches, no ash trays burn marks everywhere my wash rag was black for smoke stains the shower was a joke my handle fell off just trying to turn the showers on, I can barely make up and down stairs and this was stressed to them and they still put us up stairs there were people wearing house arrest ankle monitors kids throwing broken title into the pool, and refrigerator didn't work so I had no where to put our insulin, AC units didn't work so we were burning up, tv remote didn't work, it's completely run down people walking around with big dogs, definitely not kid friendly or adult friendly oh and we requested a room with a microwave like advertised and there was no microwave we'll never be go back to this motel

Im never using hotels.com again! Worst experience of my life! There was a huy pimping out a girl. It was not safe at all! I tried to cancel and the guy at the hotel told me i could and only be charged for one night, but i had to contact hotels.com. so i did. And hotels.com said they were unable to cancel! There was no way i couldve stayed there with my children. Never booking with hotels.com again!!!

It was a very convenient location for where we needed to be and the price was very reasonable. The mattress was comfortable. There were blood stains on the sheet, the bathroom light above the toilet was out and the toilet seat was broken. But worse than all of that, I asked for a non smoking room but the smoke smell was so strong it took until the 2nd day with the air running and leaving the door open from time to time before it wasn't overpowering. I would have asked for a room change but it was very late when we actually went into the room and I was too tired to deal with it. The pillows were pretty flat but we managed. And what was supposed to be a blanket was thinner than the sheet so it was pointless.

The rooms were aged, but clean. The location is convenient to many stores and local sites, not to mention six flags. If you on the interstate side the news from the highway is a constant, but my wife and I slept fine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good people make up for minor flaws.

Nothing it was one of the worst experiences me and my daughter ever had Worst experience we’ve ever had these didn’t work to get in. Had to go to the office more than three times nothing worked out help me shower was disgusting!

I was able to rest without disturbances. Toilet ran continuously. Mold in shower. No clothes iron or mini fridge. Storage shelf was partially coming loose from wall. There was no where to hang clothes.

Room was okay. They could wash the walls at little better. Sticky spot on the floor and the towel I used had stains & a hole although it was washed. Other than that it was better this year! The staff was very friendly and helpful letting us know that if we needed anything to ask! Was very happy they had coffee available in the lobby because we checked out a little after 5 am. Would recommend this hotel!

Price The conditions of the rooms were not the best. The first room the toilet wasn’t working and in the second room, both beds were broken and uncomfortable. The second room also had roaches so we had to put our things in the car while we slept.

We didnt really interact with staff other than checking in and out. Price was great for a 2 night trip, if your price sensitive. Centrally located, about a 20 to 30 minute drive to either fort worth or Dallas. Alot of tolls, needed to activate the avoid tolls on GPS. We didnt utilize pool but looked like it needed to be scrubbed. Room was dated but fine for a nights sleep. Right off highway, so you do hear all the vehicles.

How close to the track it was This place is not clean nor sanitary. The first room we were assigned was infested with roaches. I’m not talking about one or two, like 10+ were under the mattress and crawling everywhere. The second room we were assigned had the smoke alarm disabled and smelt like weed but we gladly took that over the “extra occupants”. The sheets were less than sanitary to sleep in and I’m sooooo glad I brought my own bedding and pillowed because the motel’s was not refreshed/washed after the last customer.

This place is false advertised in the picture, it is ghetto and disgusting. When we arrived there was man with a huge pit bull off its leash that he couldn’t control, and when walking in the dog had pooped in the lobby. The room we got was disgusting, the shelf in the closet was falling off, the “nightstand” that was holding the phone was falling off the wall, the sheets and pillow cases were brown, there was huge hole in the wall where the fire alarm was supposed to be and you could literally see outside it also looked like there was a camera in there. There was also huge scratches all along the wall and they had dirty nasty furniture that looked like they just got whatever and threw it in there. All the rooms look the same btw the guy on duty let us see them. When we were waiting for our uber there was huge rats running in the parking lot. Don’t be fooled by this property it is nothing like the pictures it is completely falsely advertised.

The atmosphere wasn’t safe & our room wasn’t clean, our a/c also didn’t work. If you’re traveling with your family & have children I don’t recommend staying there.

The 1st they gave me was I so disgusting! No sheets on the bed trash on the floor cigarette buds on the floor like they never even cleaned up when the last tenant was there. I went back they gave me another room and that room had roachs. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SHOULD SHUT DOWN

Just what is needed for a one night stay for the Stray Kids Globe Life Field concert. The room was a tad warm, no control for tv and was just slightly moist in the restroom? Like condisation on the walls? But overall cleanish and quick check in and check out. Whataburger next door was a plus especially after the concert.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life to the point that we felt so unsafe didn't even make it to our hotel room door. It was a last minute booking because we had gone to a concert that we had not expected to, and it was too late to drive 4 hours home. Used Expedia to Help I viewed the pictures. The room looked good.when I got to the property, it seemed a little sketchy but we Check-in. When we got there, they had a smoking room when we had requested a non-smoking room. The person at the desk said that he had a room available. But he just needed to change the sheets that that room was used for family members who came to stay. I didn't quite understand that but I was so tired. I was ready 2 wait. The guy at the desk said to wait a few minutes and the room would be ready. He would call me and just to go wait in the car. We were there for a few minutes and I noticed a lot of doors were open and people were going in and out of the doors. It just seemed really weird. Then after about twenty minutes I went inside to see if the room was ready. It wasn't quite ready so we waited in the lobby. The room was finally ready. We got our keys. We were staying in Room 245. He told us is within the back of the building. We drove to the back of the building. No room 245. In the process of looking for the room we saw a drug deal happening and people who lived at the hotel. There were other things that were terrifying We didn't even stay. Owner refused a refund and we just left.

Horrible experience, I was there less than 10 minutes and was not given a refund. From the beginning there was something off about the location. Initial room given was still occupied, had a tarp on the bed and seemed like was was waiting in room. When I told front desk, he acted surprised and looked at another gentleman in regular clothes. He did not look like he worked there but shrugged. Front desk gave me another room. For non-smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. AC wasn’t working properly. Faucet was broken and on the way to room someone was as staring at my family the entire time from our vehicle to our room. There were vehicles on both sides of the location with people just parked in reversed. There where mattresses outside rooms on 2nd floor leaning against the building. It gave me bad vibes and I was not willing to chance anything with my family. Front desk said I had contact Expedia/hotel.com for a refund but Expedia/hotel.com and hotel were not willing to give me a refund or credit.

Check in was ok, staff was friendly, no issues there. Booked a King size bed, got a room with 2 queens, but I dealt with it because those rooms were actually more expensive than the one I booked. The room does not look at all like the pictures. The latch on my door was broken so there was no security other than the door lock. The key card to get into my room kept getting deactivated every time we left the hotel and when I would go get it reactivated, all they would tell me was not to put it near my phone, which I never did because it stayed in my purse pocket the entire time. The room amenities lists daily room service, but I don’t think they ever entered my room the 3 days we stayed because the little trash I had was left the entire time and the beds were never touched. Overall, I would choose this hotel as my last resort.

I accidentally booked a stay at this hotel and they refused to give me a refund for 2 nights.

I didn’t like the fact that they transferred me to three different rooms and all of the rooms were roach infested, and then didn’t wanna give me my refund for both of my days

There were used towels well a used towel in the bathroom that housekeeping didn’t get and cigarette butts by the a/c unit

The room the game is was all smelling like weed, it looked like the rooms around were taken out of a gang movie, they moved us to another room which smell better but the mirror was broken, the bed frame was bad, there was no water running in the sink so we had to use water from the bathtub in order to wash our hands and faces. Don’t trust the photos or the rooms at all.

This might have been my worse hotel room ever. I had to kill two roaches, constantly wave off 2 or 3 flies. There were dirt and scuff marks on walls and mold in the bath tub. My sheets had stains and holes in them. I booked two night, but the 2nd night I stayed at my son’s place. Please inspect this hotel for cleanliness. Just because you pay a low rate doesn’t mean you room shouldn’t be clean. I Would like a refund.

The pictures that is on there site is a big fat lie. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no trash cans, the tolite was stained that it need to be replaced and the bathroom sink the water was going out slow and I went to the dask told the manager that was there he said he would have the maintenance to come by in the morning which was that Saturday 9/14 no maintenance. The whole weekend we was there no one never can to clean nor change our linen on the bed. I ask for towels they didn't have no bath towels. So we had to go buy bath towels. I feel like they should give a half or all my money back. I wouldn't recommend Motel 6 in Grand Prairie, TX.

This hotel was horrible. The first room had roaches and mold. I walked in the room and there was water in the table. The second room had roaches and the ac sounded like a train was coming you couldn’t even hear the tv over the ac. I checked out of the hotel and the guy at the desk said he couldn’t give me a refund instead just put me in another roach infested room.

Only good merits I can give it is that the A/C worked real good despite the panel falling off and the few times I had to interacted with the front desk they seemed pleasant enough.

This place was aweful. I wouldnt give a star if that was an option. There was cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom light didnt work. The shower head was molded and black. The shower ceiling was swollen and full of mold. The smell of mold was so horriable. We couldnt stay due to health reasons. The mattresses were springs. No cusion just laying on springs. The night stand had horrible water damage and was swollen. We got a refund and left. Not to mention the traffic was so loud because the door has a horriable seal on it. U could see out side. And the ac kept turing off no matter the setting.

It was horrific. I thought I was in New Jack City when we first pulled in. People hanging all outside. The first room the locks didn't work, the second room the tv that was supposed to be on the wall was sitting in a chair.. The third room had big black bugs in the bed and bathroom.

It was not a comfortable stay. Due to a barking dog that woke me up after I was sound asleep. And when I walk in to turn on the air conditioner, it did not turn on. When I sat on the bed and looked toward it, I noticed that he cord was unplugged. It was unplugged because the controls on the panel do not work. I was not able to adjust the cold air to less cool. And if I did turn it off, the room got warm. To compensate due to the beds that feel like springs

Comforter had cigarette burns and holes in them. Night stands were broken and poorly put back together. Rooms look waaaay better on the pictures than in real life. Room reeked of smoked even though it was a nonsmoking room. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all.

This place is near a highway with multiple ramps which means there isn't a second a car will pass by. Make sure to get ear plugs.

Property is convenient to fast food and highway access. What i dislike was that the pool was closed at time of stay. Which was a bummer because i travel with my kids and wouldve been fun to enjoy at time of stay. A microwave wouldve been nice in room too. Room did have a water line bust, but was taken care by maintenance. Only thing was, i had to use hot water, because cold one was shut off.

It's scary, decent hotel, but the occupants are live in's. Doors all are dented from someone trying to get in. Ice machine is next to office, but outside. Loud music playing & doors open everywhere, almost like they were living there. I have not problem with that, except for the noise. It is a pet friendly property. Room actually was decent, but not up to Motel 6 standards.

Nothing enjoyable about staying here. Paid for a nonsmoking room, couldn’t breathe in the room because the air was so thick of marijuana and cigarettes. Got the rooms switched but the second one wasn’t much better. Had to buy my own sheets because the beds were covered in hair and other fluids I don’t even want to know what they were. The floors were sticky and the towels clearly had not been washed. I went down to get new ones and those were dirty too. Every single one was covered in blood, makeup, and black stuff. Had to buy my own towels too. I’m convinced they don’t even own a washer. The front desk lady was the least helpful person I have ever met. My room card stopped working and instead of trying to fix it or giving me a new one, she walked us to our room, unlocked it with her MASTER key and acted like I was the idiot for not being able to get in. Had to go to the desk seven times before getting let into my room. Oh, and they never fixed it. So if you want to stay at a filthy motel with used towels, dirty sheets, and a room card that doesn’t work, then this is the place for you! If not, then go anywhere else.

I didn’t like the fact that I used door dash.For this property it was supposed to go to the hotel lobby even though I put a room number. My food was still taken. Not acceptable. And when my husband asked the front office person they stated they knew nothing yet security had given the necessary information to find out where our dinner had went.

Im pretty sure there was bed bugs in the room I stayed in due to the fact there was broken bars of soap under the sheets and according to google its to detur bed bugs or some voo doo stuff. It was very dirty and shower had not been clean in a very very long time there was dust and dirt everywhere. Burn holes in bedding however it was the only place available under 500 dollars at that time in the area.

Property is so run down. Shower had cracks on wall. Night stand had water damage. Looks like it never gets properly cleaned when looking at tile on shower wall. Very uncomfortable. Indians need to learn how to run a business when they enter this country. Hotel has nothing but creepy vibes and bad energy. Never would recommend this place.

Cheapest room near stadium, so can’t complain too much. Basic room where I could rest and it got the job done. Good location, room had funky smell (likely pets), restroom needed a deep cleaning, beds very noisy with little movement.

This place feels like a Motel 6 sign was hastily placed over the top of the Bates Motel sign.
