The room was clean enough. There was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was poor. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room well enough for the TX heat.

I asked them for sheets without holes in them. He explained to me that these are the sheets for the room. I asked twice. The chairs in the room were so dirty it will blow your mind. The A/C would not decrease in temperature. Th front desk didn’t even tell us the phone to call the front desk wasn’t working. Television will not have what you are talking expecting at minimum. I promise you I am not lying. Do not book a room here.

The hotel is a lot older and lacks an elevator so definitely not great for people who need accommodations. That being said, the staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre, the bagels were kinda stale and the orange juice didn’t taste like orange juice but not a deal breaker for me. Would come back and stay again.

The place was a clean and quiet. The staff, they are very friendly and helpful . If you are a solo travel , just have to be careful that the door completely shuts and latches because there was a few situations where I had to slam the door or play with the door for it to latch all the way.

The strong smell of fresh paint carried into the hallway and was uncomfortable. 🛏️ Room Experience • My room appeared recently remodeled, which was a pleasant surprise. • However, the air conditioning unit needs replacement—older, loud, and not very efficient. • The bed quality could be much better; comfort was lacking for the price point. • Towels definitely need an upgrade. The ones provided were rough, small, and irritated my skin. Better quality and size are needed. 🤝 Customer Service Despite the issues with the property, the reception staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. Their professionalism was the highlight of my stay. 💵 Value for Price For $112, I expected a cleaner, more polished location. The room itself, was a basic room no ventilation in the bathroom, it took a minute for the water to get hot. There wasn't a safe to keep valuable items. Definitely, a booty call hotel......

Great location, fair pricing, kind staff - but this place is old and dirty. My feet were black from walking on the floor barefoot, the room had a stench, and the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. But you get what you pay for!

The property was clean, the service was clean excellent. There are not many extra amenities such as pool, hot tub no area to sit and relax. Would definitely go there again. The owner Alex is awesome

Nice enough staff and property was alright. The only thing is the reservation said Queen beds when the beds were actually full size. Feel like it was false advertising. Holes upstairs were really warm, smelled like marijuana, and the room smelled musty upon entering. Probably due to the AC being turned off.

We were only there for 1 night before flying out of DFW which is fairly close. The room was adequate and clean, the king bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep. It was a short UBER ride to Epic central where there are some good restaurants with a view of a man made lake. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without an extra fee. It’s not the Ritz but it was exactly what we needed for a afternoon/night and early flight in the morning.

Did not get checked in. Front desk was extremely rude. I was told there was no reservation. They had several locations in the area and that I was at the wrong one. Clearly I had address from booking. I was never checked in and they won’t refund.

My only complaint was our AC smelled strong of mold. It needed to be cleaned. AC being so dirty it was struggling to keep our room cool.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very quiet and there was a very nice breakfast included in the price. I want especially to emphasize that the front desk worker Alex went out of his way to help us in many different ways and we are grateful. We are coming back to Dallas twice in the next 2 months and we will stay there both times.

Facility was fine but there was a man screaming all night long, drunk and arguing with someone for HOURS in the middle of the night. Staff should have called police to have him escorted out. I would have left but i was terrified and afraid to leave the room.

The staff were friendly and accomofated with last accessibility room! That was the end of a good stay. The neighbor had tv full volume to approx 8 am. We could hear word for word everything from their tv. Finally 8 am tv turns off and then a phone video starts loud as can be. Porn... No sleep the entire night. Watch what you want but lets do it at a reasonable level. Horroble stay because of others staying there.

There was a 2 inch long (thankfully) dead cockroach in the room and the bed linens were covered in hair. The lobby looked clean but the room left a lot to be desired even in the most simple ways.

Good location to the event we were attending. Close to several eating establishments we frequent when at home (Oklahoma)and are eating out. Parking a little rough for a dodge 3500. But managed it.

Friendly staff and convenient location but seems like every time I walked through the hallway it smelled like an ashtray. Water pressure in the shower was kind of low. Other than that I always had fresh towels and room was cleaned every day.

The room was very dark due to poor lighting and very dark paint on the walls. The ac unit in the room worked well but really stunk the room up. I assumed the filters/unit needed cleaning and were the cause of the musty, old room smell. Overnight trip to the Melissa Etheridge concert. This hotel was close to venue. It was clean but the lobby smelled like pot and my room reeked - like absolutely reeked of either perfume or perfume like cleaning products. I am a migraine person so smells are such a big deal to me so to be hit by the pot smell and then moments later assaulted by the perfume, was horrible.

The first room I was placed had bedbugs that I didn't see until after my shower. I woke up with bites on me. The second room was a little neater but the bathroom smelled like a dead sewer. I could not wait to get a little shut eye and head home. The worse hotel experience i ever had visiting Texas.

Very small parking area, bath towels had stains on them, even found a small roach on one of the hand towels after taking a quick shower. The hallways smelled like smoke, breakfast was decent, but small setting area to eat. If you’re tall, it’s not the place for you, as the ceiling is only about 6 1/2 feet tall. Very out dated.

My friends and I booked a non-smoking room here, but hadn’t realized that the whole property isn’t non-smoking. Regardless if we didn’t smoke, the whole hallways and even flooded into our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We found a multitude of stains on the bedding, mirrors, and surfaces in the bathroom. However, the staff was extremely helpful and we received almost a full refund. I would warn that the pictures posted here aren’t the current quality of the property and how it looks.

As we opened the door to the room we were overcome by the terrible smell of dampness. In the morning when we got dressed our clothes were damp. Very dark and dingy. Bed and bathroom clean. We watched the man clearing away breakfast and he swept up spillages from floor and then used same brush to sweep crumbs off the counter

Things we needed were taken care of, but the staff had to be prodded to provide things. No hand towels were provide unless we went to the desk to ask for them. The room smelled of pet dander and the floors had visible pet hair on them when we arrived. We have no pets.

Great location near gas station, and other food places. Nice and peaceful not right off the highway. Newly renovated inside, but upstairs hallway was hot. Had to walk belongings upstairs. We told the front office about our clogged shower drain but no one ever came to fix.

The property looks to be starting renovations. It highly needs. The online pictures are misleading to the aging of the property. It did not look as pristine. The hotel says no smoking but had a powerful smell of smoke. It was fine for the price and just needing a place to lay your head for the night.

it was pretty much what you expect for a mid grade motel, not the prettiest or cleanest but continental breakfast was included and rooms had tv, microwave, fridge, and iron.
