Clean hotel, very reasonably priced for location. Easy on off highway,. Would stay again

Our room AC leaked all over the floor. They fixed it and used a big loud fan to dry it. It happened again 2 days later. Rug was saturated and room now smelled very musty. They ended up moving us to another room The manager told us she would credit us for all of the inconvenience, but when Expedia tried to reach her she was never there and never got back to them. It's too bad, because overall the room was set up nicely, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. But some of the staff were not that helpful. Expedia ended up making it up to us so we appreciated that.

Hotel is quiet and we hardly hear the highway traffic. The suite is spacious and bathroom is clean. Staff is very helpful.

The phone in my room didn't work, the iron in the room didn't work. Tile in the bathroom was loose. Water on the floor near ice machine.

The staff was very polite from the time we walked into the hotel. The room was very clean and huge. Breakfast was great and had plenty for everyone. We will definitely book with them again.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed how quiet the rooms were compared to other hotels. The breakfast was always full and it was busy considering it was beginning of summer and location so close to Arlingtons attractions. Only a few small issues. The East elevator kept not working properly sometimes taking up to five minutes for thedoors to close. The fabric of the chairs in the breakfast area were coming apart which looked really bad considering the rest of the facility looked so good. That being said we would definitely would say here again. Clean facility and friendly staff!

They didn’t have clean towels on hand when I needed them, we had to wait 30 mins. Didn’t have no extra clean blankets when I booked a two bed with a sofa bed. Hotel is too dark in the inside. The rooms were clean but it smells like old smoke. Would never visit again. Parking is horrible not enough spots for the amount of rooms they have.

The checkin process was very easy. There was so much noise. It sounded like there was construction but that was the other guest. I told the front desk but that didn't help. That was the worst 2 days I've ever had. I was so tired reach day.

My room wasn't ready so I was assigned another room. Keys to room wouldn't work even though they did program several times. They ended up switching rooms which was fine. But the system ended up charging my card 4 times for the room and deposit. They did attempt to void the charges, but every time a charge was removed another one was added as pending. I ended up having a hold on over $800 for a room that cost $150. I learned of the issued because my card company alerted me of the excessive charges. The staff was nice and tried to assure me the charges would fall off. They are still pending in my account. Fingers crossed it get resolved.

Easy access to where my event was located. Very quiet room and the facilities were fairly clean. I have always used a credit card for bookings. But this place makes a point to get a $100 security deposit. Not really an issue because our rooms are always in great shape when we leave but it seemed like I was staying in a very unsavory place the way the deposit was demanded at check in and booking.

Seemed to be clean and in a good location. I arrived at 3pm, check in time. There were at least 3 families ahead of me trying to check in. No rooms were ready. Had to wait 20 mins while they finished cleaning the rooms.

This was the most nastiest hotel I ever stayed in when I got to the hotel that day. I got there early to try to use the restroom. Some one were in the restroom and never came out. I had to leave to go to the gas station. That receptionist did not speak in her words were, I have no rooms for you yet. It was another family that came in and wanted to see if they could check in early as well and have to wait in the waiting room. when I got back, I had a slight sinus problem. They gave me room 326 which was a handicap room. The couch had an awful smell to it. When you walk in the room, you could smell it. The room smell like a dog had been living in there, and the dog had never been clean. If you’re not a dog person, this hotel is not for you. My sons get worse till I could not breathe. I had to get car fresheners and candles and lights so to spray the room I didn’t get moved at the room until the next day, they moved me in 312 which it looked like it was a little upgraded the back then when I get in that room, I was already sick not enjoying my time there in Dallas, Texas the address was 720 paddock do not make a reservation at this hotel the dining area. The chairs was all peeled off. It just looked nasty into there. The food they had taste like water was in everything I don’t think that they had good for the breakfast, but that you can make your own waffle. The juice was water down. Not sure her name ….. but have decent customer service skills. It will go a long ways. She just abruptly asked for my Id and that’s it. Can’t stand rude people

Our second time staying here. The front desk staff is so nice. The house keepers barely speak any English and have to ask for house keeping which is a small downside. Beds are super comfy. Stayed 10 nights. Slept well except for the last 2 nights there was lots of noise down the hall, people shouting and slamming doors.

The state of the hotel was a little dilapidated, but the space for a family of 5 was nice. There was a roach in our shower the first day we got there. There was no breakfast the first day (at 8am) but apparently that was because the lady who handles the breakfast was out sick (so not a huge deal). It was an "ok" hotel experience.

I had to spend the rest of my morning standing in the parking lot and having to go through each and every single item in order to make sure I was not going to bring a roach back home and infest my house with them. When I told the front desk staff, they were uncaring and flippant. They told me they would “send someone to check it out” and did not offer any further help beyond that. I managed to take a photo of one of the roaches on the wall before running out of the room. I’m absolutely disgusted. When I book a hotel, I expect it to be bug free. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen is like if we found roaches in the bedroom. Dirty. Customer service line was absolutely useless and “would look into it”. I want my money back. I couldn’t even relax when I get home because I had to keep checking all my luggage to make sure none of the roaches managed to hitch a ride home.

Asked for bed sheets and pillows, no one brought them. Finally chased the house keeper down and followed her to get the sheets and pillows. She gave me one sheet and when I asked for additional sheets and a blanket for two beds, she seemed very put out and when I asked for pillows, she piled 4 of them on me then I had to ask for pillow cases. I thought she would know what it took to make up a bed. Never offered to help carry the items to the room or to make up the beds. The mattresses were so bad we finally drug one to the other room and put them on top of each other just to be able to sleep there. Both couches had stains on them and looked bad. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and did not open until 7 and ended at 9. One elevator was out of order, the toilet in one room leaked when it was flushed, reported but not fixed. Trah cans were so small, they would not hold 1/4 of the trash we had from one take out meal. Never did find the ice machine I have stayed in Comfort Suites several times and this property was not up to my standards at all.

All was Great.

One elevator was broken but wasn't a long wait to get on the operational one. Hair is in tub, no body wash, stains on the towels and sheets. I brought my own anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was fine, waffles eggs sausage yogurt coffee and juice.

This is the cleanest place to stay. Once we entered the doors, we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast is good, hot and fresh every morning. Parking is easy and and everyone is just friendly and helpful!

Afternoon staff was very welcoming, morning staff was very unprofessional and rude. Desk clerk was clearly irritated when answering simple questions by guest, and on an active FaceTime call while speaking to guests. At time of checkout, she was nowhere to be seen for over half an hour, leaving a bucket to drop keys into.

Tv would load any channels or Apps. Outlet didn’t work in room. Dining area is worn. Needs some TLC but the staff was outstanding.

Loved how our rooms were close and not spread out love that it was on the first floor and everything was clean I was not told about the $50 fee per room that was given back after the fact but it was for incidentals but I was not told about it

The room had roaches and the bed was uncomfortable. The elevator floor had cracked tiles and breakfast was good, except the staff began to pack up everything as guests were trying to put their plates together.

When we first came, the room was very clean, (other than there being a gum stain under one of the ottomans), the TV was fine but you might have to bring your own internet because the hotel Internet is not very good. The breakfast was nice and pretty delightful. Housekeeping was quite understaffed as they did not make our beds yesterday. Parking was very easy and accessible. Overall, this Hotel gets a 4/5 for me. Hotel was sold out as of (Thursday) three days prior to arrival date so my 10 day prior reservation just didn’t make the cut. I believe it was selected because I got a good deal on price and an opportunity arose to cancel and get a better fee for room.

Danyale at the front is really great. The hotel was incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the parking lot was very safe! We will absolutely be returning Kind of expensive, and the 100$ refundable deposit is a little rough- I don’t love that because other people don’t know how to treat a public space I’m out 100$ for the 5 days it takes to refund, but that isn’t the hotels fault

P.S. Could I strongly recommend updating the laundry room to make it convenient for your guest to do their laundry. Coin operated washers and dryer’s are so outdated. This is a nice establishment, at least provide washers and dryer’s that you can use your debit or credit card with. Who walks around with a pocket full of quarters and this hotel is not close to a store to get quarters. Just a suggestion!

It was a very nice stay for 8 days. The appliances need an upgrade however. The coffee maker did not work and the refrigerator quit as soon as we arrived to the room. Other than that, the staff was quite friendly and accommodating. It was pretty quiet. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, but definitely not smell proof. We could smell the marijuana someone was smoking in the hall for the entirety of our stay. We had to stuff towels under our door to attempt to keep the smell from coming in.

Room was very comfortable with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Bed was very comfortable with plushy pillows, staff was friendly and helpful. If I stay in the Dallas area again I will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our initial room had a significant issue with cockroaches. We found five in total, ranging from very small to quite large, which made it seem like there may be a larger underlying problem (like maybe there was a cockroach nest in the room). It was late (around 10 PM), and while I didn’t take photos because I was focused on handling the situation, it was definitely concerning. To the hotel’s credit, they quickly moved us to another room for the night, which we appreciated. However, I do think it’s important for management to address this issue thoroughly to ensure future guests don’t have a similar experience. Overall, kind staff—but I would encourage the hotel to take a closer look at pest control in the rooms.

Didn’t like the area the hotel only had one working elevator the entire stay the other one was out room had a smell as well as the hallway the couch hadn’t been clean a scent was on couch covers coffee lid found under the couch the blow dryer was cracked up and the lobby chairs where all tore up we thought it was a cow print design almost all the leather had chipped off the seat of the chairs would not stay here again

Location being right off the way highway is super convenient. Parking easy and safe although felt a bit secluded being in the middle of a commercial district.

We get to our room, and there was trash left behind still from I’m assuming the previous guest. There also was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch. Had to call the front desk lady, and of course was met with even more attitude. While getting the bedding I asked what time breakfast was served, I found out the next morning she had given me the wrong information so my family and I had to go pick up breakfast somewhere else. Which is fine, but if I’m staying at a hotel where breakfast is included in the price I’m paying, I’d like to go to it. Overall it was unwelcoming, dirty, and lackluster. Spend your money somewhere else, this place wasn’t worth it.

The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness. On the second night of our stay, my son found bed bugs crawling on the wall. That alone is a huge red flag and completely unacceptable. We tried to report it immediately, but once again, no one was available at the front desk to address the issue. Even checkout was a problem—there was no staff present, so we had to leave our room key at the desk and just walk out. The “free breakfast” was also disappointing and clearly reflected its price—very low quality and not worth it. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient, especially if you’re visiting Six Flags Over Texas. Unfortunately, that’s not nearly enough to make up for the lack of service, poor cleanliness, and overall bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall, there were things that needed attention. One elevator was inop for the four days that we were there. In the one operating elevator the tile floor was cracked. Our shower handle was loose and hard to control. The breakfast area microwave did not heat. The coffeemaker in the room was inop and it took 12 hours to find a replacement. The rooms were clean. The paper towels in the common bathrooms were inop.

The property is nice enough in the staff is very friendly, my issues lie within laundry, which was out of service. As a truck driver, it’s very important to have laundry available. The biggest issue was being bit by what seem like mosquito bites three bites on my body to be exact. This is not OK. It should be addressed

They had given me a room a family was checked in at & I walked in the room at 11:30pm when I checked in just to find another family there screaming at me to get out. Then they gave me another room where everything was broken.

The fridge was not very cold & the freezer didn’t work. The shower had rust, the towels did not smell very good. The fridge leaked from the freezer onto the floor. The breakfast was not very good. Beds were pretty comfortable & had enough covers. The carpet in the room felt quite dirty.

Didn’t try the breakfast I don’t know. AC had to be reset when we came in, but I was able to reset it and it finally called the room down OK. The power went out the last morning for about 30 minutes and I’m not sure why but that could’ve had nothing to do with the motel. One elevator was broke, but the other one worked. I checked in on Friday 12/26/2025 until Sunday 12/28/2025 I didn't get any rest or relaxation due to all the running and jumping and bumping coming from upstairs I called and complained about it they would say sorry I'll take care of it and the noise continued still not only at night but throughout the whole day so I ended up extending my stay getting an extra day to relax I changed rooms and I really shouldn't of had to do that if they would've taken care of the problem tne first time and they also said other ppl had called and complained about it I feel like I shouldn't have had to spend extra money for an extra stay when I had already paid for a stay

Room has broken fixtures and the wash clothes and towels were not replaced as they should have been and had hair and other things trapped in the fibers showing they were not properly cleaned. The shower and shower curtain was dingy and not cleaned well. Overall the maintenance and cleaning was poorly maintained for the room and it was a you get what you pay for situation. Staff wasn’t rude but were not friendly either. We won’t be back.

I enjoyed my birthday stay with you. All the room was excellent. It was clean big the staff was wonderful especially Danielle. She really made my day a God-given person. Please recognize her not taking anything from anyone else. Also, there was a young man came up from housekeeping and made sure a plug we had was taken care of thank you all so much for your hard work in making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Prior to checking out i caught the housekeeper Elizabeth in my room going through my things. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. When spoken to management, she stated she would have a talk with her. Don’t take any valuables here.

Overall had a great stay, somewhat dated but very expansive room, comfortable bed and clean sheets, I only complaint is really the location and the breakfast options, I'm vegan and they didn't have any oat milk, or any vegan options for breakfast so I wish there was a few more options other than that great state.

I arrived on 10/28/25 at 6am, driving almost 3 hours. I walked in and asked the lady working if it would be ok if I could eat breakfast, but can’t check in til 3. She said yes sir go right ahead, that meant a lot because I was tired from driving. Staff was very nice, courtesy, hotel looked very clean and room was perfect. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

the room is not clean--the toilet seat is dirty. on top of that, we can barely sleep before an international trip, because how inconsiderate the people staying next door are!! Would not stay there another time for sure!

Parking was safe and easy, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was small but plentiful, air worked well and there was decent water pressure in the showers. Tucked back off the main road with really convenient highway access and plenty of dining and shopping relatively near by. Although not the worst stay, we wont be returning to this property.

Our 3 night stay was great. It was a birthday get away weekend for my wife. We had activities planned each day. It was nice to return to a specious and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but had a weird smell when I first entered. It took a minute to get rid of the smell.

Reserved one night for after a Rangers game. Check-in was simple and quick. Great young man helped us with check in and a missing TV remote after we got to room. Hotel was exceptionally clean and room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was an additional $100 deposit charged in two $50 transactions that caused a little confusion on my part. It was refunded immediately after our stay.

I questioned the safety of the bath tub. When taking a shower the the was very slippery and could possibly slip and fall. I had mentioned it to the staff . They seemed like they didn't care .

I thought the front desk lady was quick & helpful however, the room smelled a bit. I did not complain much about it becausey stay was short. Overall I thought the hotel was decent.

I always stay at this property with plans to do a lot and I usually just climb into bed and get some of the best sleep! The beds and mattresses a hidden gem! Comfort Suites provide a relaxing low key stay.
