Great room, very nice hotel. Had one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Hotel staff was very helpful getting us a shuttle to the cruise ship. Area around the hotel was nice and just a short drive to several nice restaurants for dinner. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Sunday breakfast was not ready at 6:30 like stated. Our room AC stopped cooling. First they didn’t have a room and then by 9 pm when it was 82 in our room they magically had an extra one. We were able to move and finally get some sleep.

The hotel was clean and fresh but there were no face towels, hot water was not working on the last two days we stayed and they ran out of breakfast sausage the last day of our stay.

The hotel had an issue with the hot water. I was not notified, was told it would be fixed by the next day, but it wasn't. I had to check out and go to another hotel. Four days without hot water for a shower is unreasonable.

The hotel area was a great spot for me the room had a slight smell to it and the parking was very limited I ask the front desk for an ice bucket and was a trash bag to put ice in and I thought that was very disgusting

Well I wanted the room with the sauna so I paid extra to switch and then when I went to the room it was not clean the bed was not made so I had to go back to the original room big disappointment

The rooms are clean however the property is showing signs of aging

“Full breakfast” consisted of watery powdered eggs, undercooked sausage one day, burnt the next, and no meat option at all the third day. Multiple bread options but no toaster, and when asked for one, staff rudely said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Milk jugs showed expired date, and when brought to staff attention, it was put into silver containers instead of being replaced. WiFi never worked so we were unable to use the tv or our phones, as building structure blocks 5g service as well. Pool was closed all but one day of our stay because the staff member that was there most days refused to open it due to “rain”. It rained the day before we got there but was sunny and hot for our entire stay. Pool was clear and didn’t require “cleaning” as stated. Housekeeping congregated in empty rooms and hung out all day while leaving full trash and linen bins up and down the hallway ALL day. It smelled terrible every time we tried to come back and forth to our room. Property is nice, room was cozy. Other than that, we didn’t get to use any of the amenities we paid for. Still waiting on corporate to follow up regarding some sort of compensation. I’m sure that won’t happen. Stay away from this place unless you just want a place to close your eyes for the night.

Water was not hot, took shower twice and froze. Told the front desk but didnt do anything about it and the breakfast was terrible both mornings. It was mostly machines so bow do you screw up biscuits and gravy was brown water gross.

The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy traffic noise is constant and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. I asked to be moved to a room on the back side of the hotel, but the front desk agent said the hotel was fully booked. However, I checked Expedia while and saw multiple rooms available for the same dates. When I went back to the front desk, the service was dismissive and unhelpful. After contacting her manager, I was told the only option was to pay for an upgrade at $220 USD, even though the same room was available online for $216 CAD. That’s unacceptable. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and bathroom has mold. Old tires pillows! Overall, the service was nonexistent, the room conditions were poor, and the location is awful due to noise. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We booked this strictly because it was listed that they offer airport shuttle. They do not. We almost missed our flight because we couldn’t find an uber or taxi because we were thinking we’d have transportation. Room was clean. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good.

It was not great at all. The room looks nothing like the pictures on the website. They gave us the wrong room at the beginning we had to switch we didn’t get our rooms cleaned and fresh towels, and toilet paper till the third day! The door was crooked on the door frame and had a 1/2 gap which let in all the noise from people in the hallway! It was the worst!!

The king junior suite is spacious with a nice bed and quality bath products. Friendly and helpful staff.

The beds are super hard, couldn't get comfortable. What really disappointed me was the fact that by the time we got to the hotel late at night there was no parking and there were 2 white vans taking up 2 spaces each and one of them belonged to the hotel. When we brought it up to the staff at the front desk he said he couldn't do anything, so what are we supposed to do at that point, it made me really mad.

Everything was great about our stay except the pillows. they were absolutely terrible. We had a King room and there were 4 tiny square shaped pillows that were aweful and lumpy. if you stay here, I recommend bringing your own pillows.

The overall experience was less than desirable. Room was very noisy due to highway noise, bed was very uncomfortable, no water pressure, provided breakfast was very very unapalletable. Parking was overcrowded and I was worried my vehicle would be broken into because of the parking location left. All this made the whole thing overpriced. I will not go back.

The stay was good up until I had to switch rooms. The new room i was placed in had bed bugs, I took pics told front deck they came up to verify and saw the begs herself, I got placed in other room. 😞

The bathroom in our room was not clean, particularly the mirror and sink. The breakfast area tables were never clean and the yogurt machine and juice machine were not working. Thethe thermostat in our room did not work properly and it was like a refrigerator all the time.

1) The pillows on the bed were small square throw pillows you would use on a sofa. They were very hard, to high which resulted in neck cramps and stiffness. 2) The usb and electrical outlets which are based on the bedside lamp were worn out, causing connectivity issues. My guest used a medical breathing device while sleeping and it contentiously was turning off due to the electrical outlet not functioning correctly. 3) The shower soap dispenser was empty, the kleenex box also needed to be restocked. It had one tissue only. Housekeeping needs to be more through when cleaning and restocking the rooms. 4) The breakfast was absolutely poor quality and should be an embarrassment to the hotel. The juice machine as completely empty. The device had four juice choice and all of them were empty. The coffee machine had a sign on it that it was out of order. The eggs and sausage treys looked as if they had reused these items for several days and just rewarmed them. There was one apple (as far as a fruit choice). There were 4 pieces of wheat toast and no other bread/pastry choices. The cereal area was a disaster and there was no milk if wanting to choice this as a food option. 6) The choice in air freshener that the hotel chose to use in their ventilation system was a very strange smell. 7) Front desk never answered the phone For the price per night, this was very unsatisfactory and I would not recommend the hotel.

This hotel is super clean. As soon as you walk in it smells good. The customer service is good. The rooms are huge! Very clean. Beds are a bit hard but it's still ok. Just a nice , quiet stay. Oh and the ac works great in the rooms! Super cold!

The stay was comfortable. It could use some better upkeep. The carpet in the room we stayed in looked like it needed some deep cleaning, and the shower needed better cleaning, there was mold in some areas. The beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was not as pleasant, needed better upkeep as well. I would stay there again.

This property was extremely dirty.and worn down. The parking was difficult. The room was less than 200 sq ft. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I hated to even use the toilet. Linens were thin and dirty. The outside needed cleaning and paint. Worst property I have ever seen on Travelocity.

No plates, silverware, milk, bread, yogurt or juice. It was very messy and trash was overflowing. The staff was extremely slow to restock and seemed to be uninterested in the crowd waiting for food.

Listing showed they had a shuttle to AT&T, they did not. The room was clean, but when we used the ice bucket, the lid had mold on it. The picture showed a different jet tub, the one with our room was in the bathroom with a very squishy bottom of the tub. The staff was very polite. The room it self was clean, I would get rid of the small pillows and have full-size pillows to be more accommodating. The pool was closed during my time there, and it was not listed on the advertising. The breakfast was pretty mediocre. I give it an average score because the whole purpose of our stay was to be a shuttle to the AT&T Stadium and a jet tub to celebrate a unique weekend. But for the price it was decent.

The staff members were very nice. The only problem is the price paid for the stay and the breakfast was the worse I've had. Majority of the food was very cold because the food warmers were broken, not too many options and the long wait for staff the refill items. No warm food is supposed to be served cold to guest. Other than that the stay was okay, the staff members were very nice.

Checked in late evening for a three night stay. Booked a 2 queen with sleeper sofa through hotels.com. Room we were given did not have a sleeper sofa. Room was in poor condition, cracked floors in bathroom, felt dirty. We asked for a room with the sleeper sofa like we booked and were told they didn’t have one. Contacted hotels.com and they called front desk to find out what happened. The representative told us we could keep the room we were given or just leave for a full refund so we left. Would not have been comfortable staying here for one night let alone three. Do not recommend, plenty of hotels in area that I’m sure are better.

Did Not Have Working Hot Water Also My Jetted Tub Did Not Work Called To Tell The Manager What Was Going On I Got Hung Up On Tried Calling Back No One Answered My Calls Reached Out To Expedia To See About Getting A Refund Of Any Type Told Me I Have To Wait 72 Hours And It’s Up To The Manager Discretion I Would Not Recommend Only Because Communication Is Key They Could Have Gave Me A Free Night Or Even Half My Money Back But No Nothing I Will Not Be Staying Here Again!

I stayed there for 4 nights and the 3rd floor had a weed smell that lingered for my entire stay. There are so many affordable options in the area that I would look elsewhere for your stay.

Only issues were road noise and rehashed looking breakfast. Right on highway. New build.

Breakfast was awful. Eggs were dry and had been sitting out for a long time, meat didn’t say if it was turkey or pork (some people don’t eat pork) and the juice dispensed apple juice with bugs in it. I thought it was a dirty glass, so I poured a second one and there were bugs, wings and all. This place clearly cuts corners. Way too many options to ever come back again.

Nothing fancy but worked for one night when I needed to be close by for a volleyball tournament in icy weather. Overall could use some updating in the rooms but it was clean and comfortable for what I needed.

They were incredibly understanding and apologetic about the bathtub discrepancy. Their friendly and accommodating attitude was commendable. They quickly moved us from the mistakenly booked disabled access room, and were generally helpful. However, the room itself fell short of expectations. It was dark and dingy, with old carpeting and worn furniture. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the bed was hard with tiny pillows. Our last night was disrupted by a smoke alarm that sounded incessantly. Exhausted and needing to leave promptly the next morning, we didn't report the issue. This incident left us stressed and sleep-deprived before a long travel day. Overall, this hotel presents a mixed bag. The staff deserve high praise. However, the misleading advertising, the uncomfortable room, and the disruptive alarm detracted from our stay. Travelers should be aware that the photos on hotels.com may not accurately reflect the rooms.

The hotel overall looks good but I feel like the staff was very stand offish like they were afraid you were going to ask them for something. The breakfast area was messy both mornings. I watched staff come get coffee and not acknowledge the Mrs that had been made by the coffee maker. The cups were to small for the amount of coffee that was dispensed so the drip tray was constantly over flowing. There was cereal everywhere.. the bed was also hard. Not firm hard like a old bed.

Room very small couch bed very used springs poking through. Hard to understand desk clerks all big accents. Not worth the money paid. Location was good but that’s about it.

Toilet flush was extremely weak. Reported to Front Desk. They plunged, but very little if any difference.

Cleanliness was above average. Mix up in rooms with incorrect room keys given. Breakfast needed tending to. The little girl working had music playing loudly on phone and didn’t seem to care much about being there.

Hotel hospitality was great however people staying above us were really loud sounded like they were jumping and running around. I called front desk around 1am and they noise was still going on.

This hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean, large and updated. I did not try their breakfast. I loved the convenience of being right off the freeway. There's plenty of places to eat near by.

The walls are a little thin and the bed could be a little more comfortable but it’s in a good location and there’s a shuttle service to the Cowboys games.

Got stranded in Dallas and got a room here- have to say it’s an impeccably pristinely clean hotel and the rooms have an extreme level of detail and cleanliness - the first paramount priority for me - the mattress not bad not great- duvet needs to be thicker - but the level of clean of this hotel is outstanding and that matters to me most
