The room was fairly clean. The desk staff tried to help but we had a party of 4 & the hotel had no sheets or blankets for the 2 individuals using the pullout couch. I asked the front desk twice & they had no blankets available either night. Since then I’ve messaged the property manager twice and corporate once; it’s been over a week & no response. We had to buy our on blankets to stay at a hotel; seems like this should have been a basic amenity for the number of guests we booked for the stay.

Area is convenient to shopping and eating and the highway. Room was nice, quiet, and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning situation. Air condition does not run when you’re not in the room. It runs on a sensor. You have to wait about 15 minutes when you get back in the room for it to come on so after a hot day outside, you can’t come inside to a cool room. Did not get much sleep at night because the air condition did not run. I woke up several times hot.

The bed was awful, as were the linens. The room was not cleaned of straightened up after the first day. No blow dry in room, but got us one. No USB ports, which caused us to go buy additional plug ins for our devices. We won’t stay in another. Very disappointing.

The property and room was very well maintained. It was a little busy as there were many construction workers staying there. The location was very convenient.

Aerie, the manager who helped us check in was truly excellent. She ensured that our stay was perfect, directed us to local attractions and helped sort out a reservation mix up when we arrived. If not for her, we would not have had the stay that we did, celebrating my mother's birthday. Her attention to us as guests, the follow up and her kindness was above and beyond. She was amazing.
