Got to the hotel and there was a sign on the door saying they were out of business. No room, no staff, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Hotels.com you need to screen better!

We were looking for somewhere to sleep for a couple hours on our road trip. We felt so unsafe we decided to leave within a hour. There were a ton of shady characters hanging around outside. The room was in need of some help. Very outdated, sheets were either dirty or stained. The room had a musty, dirty person smell. When we went to check in there was no one in the lobby and we had to call a number. As we were leaving the lobby another person came in to complain that the power had gone out in their room. The pictures on the website definitely do not match the room. And there is no way anyone could have felt this place deserved more than 1 star. DO NOT waste your time or money.

No one at the lobby to greet me. The phone number for assistance is a disconnected line.

First room, bed was made, pulled covers down and found a socket, dirty used sheets, second room someone was already in, third room, bed was clean but I found toe nail clippings on the couch. I will not be staying there ever again. If I wasn’t so tired, I may have just chosen to sleep in the car. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the hot water was good in the shower. I had to throw my socks away as they were cleaning the floor for them.

I had no complaints

The rooms were nice and the beds were clean!

A scam from the pictures online.

Everything on their website about amenities is a Lie! No vending, No ice machine No pool. Room was Hott as Hell. Took 2 days to cool it down. They claim Continental breakfast. Thats a lie also. Just coffee 2 cereals and some honey buns. Claims to be American run but its like all Rude Towel Heads.they dont service rooms everyday

The photo shows a clean pool yet when you arrive it is maybe a foot of green pond water! The head board of the bed was so sticky my wife’s hair literally stuck to it! Very Gross! Don’t waste your money! Put a little with it and stay some where else!

Beds had bed bugs. Drapes didn't cover the windows. Bed pillows as small as throw pillows. 1 bar of soap.
-
it was a horrible place, would rather sleep in my car.
-
Everything was fine except there was no phone in the room and I couldn’t find an ice machine. There was an ice bucket in the room.

Nasty motel, i understand its a low budget motel but there was dead bugs behind the bed and some kind of powder behind the bed and couch like a bug poisoning, Also i feel like you could get a S.T D just by looking at the nasty ass bed. I have nothing positive to post.

staff knocked on our door at 12:30am…we called the front lobby around 1am for bathroom essentials and got told “it’s literally the middle of the night, why are you calling for that right now?”. just very unprofessional. also, the lobby light said open and an employee was still nowhere to be found.
