The non-smoking room smelled like a 25-year old ashtray.

The place is a dump. I checked in, when to the room, walked out and left. I didnt stay there. I didnt even ask for a refund. It looked like those people need the money more than i did. There were no lights on anywhere other than Christmas lights in the lobby. Several broke down cars in the parking lot. Trash in the room.

Older property but safe and affordable. Super friendly staff.
-
Run down. Have folks living in rooms. Sheets were super old and dirty.

Horrible
-
Room looked to be up to par, the tv took some figuring out and the bed frames are loud. Upon pulling back sheets and blankets we found a bed bug in the blankets and on the bed.

Very Serene

The facility was very dated not very clean and the staff was unfriendly when you could find them
-
The hotel was extremely dated cleanliness was at a bare minimum the staff was rude if you were even able to find them. I have stayed in a lot of cheap hotels but by far in my opinion this had to be the worst.

It was gd

The online pics are misleading. It is really run down. We ended up not staying after seeing and smelling the rooms. There is no front desk - you have to call a number on the sign and someone comes out to the parking lot to meet you.

I didn't like anything about the hotel my room was dirty no phone in the room and it smelled awfully bad
-
It's a convenient place to stay that is close to food and boat ramps. I remember this place was really nice when I was young. It's old and run down now but for $55/Night it'll work just fine.

Although the Expedia site has early pictures of the Ken-Bar Lodge before part of it burned down and the rest was allowed to deteriorate into something I would expect to find in a third world country, this place is a real eyesore both inside and out. I had to prop a steel chair against the front door of the room because the dead bolt was broken.

Clean staff was very nice. Plenty of boat parking.
