Kaja Villa

The place was really great, the pool with the view was outstanding! The breakfast was delicious and enough quantities In conclusion, everything was great!

Amazing views with beautiful nature, and the pool with jungle view was awesome. Very nice restaurant & resort next to the villa called Samsara , very luxurious & serving nice food , but it’s expensive. My booking was for deluxe villa but when I checked in at the property I was shocked with the privacy & security in it , the deluxe villa which is the ultimate luxury choice that I booked was able to be accessed by other guests in the property due to the shared & common garden that is linking the villas together without any door or barrier that isolate one villa from the others, it was linked with other villas by steps in the shared garden, also the privacy was bad any guest in the next villa could see you easily in the pool & inside your room . My concerns regarding the privacy and security was considered by the nice guy in the reception and the stuff was very very friendly and he understood my concerns so he changed the deluxe Villa that I booked to the supreme Villa, which was very nice and the security and privacy was well maintained you got your own entrance and garden and your own swimming pool. I really enjoyed staying there after changing my deluxe Villa to the supreme.. very far from the center of ubud , I advise to stay no more than 2 nights. But if you’re welling to stay longer & which to cook they don’t provide cooking facilities in the villa, like stove or kitchen.

The price-to-quality ratio is unbeatable! Each villa has a unique design and a different view of the jungle.

Appearances are deceiving! Apart from the large villa and the pool, there is nothing worth mentioning. Breakfast is very weak. For the first time, I was given a choice between bread, which is obvious, and eggs. You have one choice, and you also have to choose either juice or a hot drink, which you cannot combine. For lunch and dinner, you have to manage your affairs and use grab, or you have one alternative, which is a restaurant in one of the hotels near the villa, and by the way, the food is very bad. There is no reception all day because we needed a broom at 10 pm because of a swarm of ants, but the employee did not answer. So, be careful not to drop food on the floor because you will be surprised by swarms of ants, not to mention other reptiles such as lizards that are present in abundance. This is normal because the villa is in the heart of the jungle, but at least they should have provided a spray or something to help. In short, I do not recommend it at all.

Good place to disconnect and connect with nature

Thank you so much Yoga and your team?? You were so helpful and kind to us. It was one of the best places I’ve seen. The location of the villa is exactly inside the jungle. You feel so disconnected from the world but in the same time the staff can provide anything you ask for. The villa is cozy. There is a smart tv, the wi-fi ( I had no problem with it), coffee and tea replenished everyday, bathroom with an amazing view, air-conditioner, comfy sofa. The pool has a beautiful view, you can make beautiful photos. The breakfast was included and the personnel were bringing it everyday on time. Floating breakfast was available as well. Some people write about the insects and wild animals but come on it’s a nature. During the whole stay we didn’t see any wild animal. In general everything was amazing! Thank you!

just everythinggggggg, Exceptional viewww with this price. and great host yoga and the all staff and cook made, duwik, piki all were amazing, they even gave us the free coconut from the direct tree. and the inifinity pool i am in love with that pool in deluxe room. BTW I HAVE SO MANY VIEDOS BUT CAN NOT PUT ON IT IDK ONLU ABLE TO PUT PHOTOS.

Stuff very helpful and welcoming Far from ubud center

No more pluses. Very old villa ,definitely needs renovation, breakfast was so bad ,honestly I’ve never seen than kind of breakfast anywhere in Asia . Dirty pool needs to be completely changed the water ,but the villa owner doesn’t care about the guests . Even they started some construction work day after we check in. Was so noisy,I asked them to stop it . Hand soap was mixed with water . I tried to be nice but ,I just wanted to prepared future guests. Honestly I’m Not recommended this villa. You can find much better for that price

Big room spacious with stunning view to the jungle, the staff was very kindly and friendly. The pool was not clean also the room (building) was in bad condition from the outside. The curtains around the bed was very dirty with bad smell, the bathroom was full of insects and humidity also some walls was full on mould.

Very good experience at Kaja villa. Breath taking views of the jungle, very cool privat pool, big size villa, tasty breakfast and the most beautiful garden. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They can arrange for you the airport pickup, renting a motorcycle and getting a massage at the villa. We had an amazing stay! The lizards, but they are everywhere in Bali.
