Hotel entrance was appealing and clean. Convenient garage parking beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Some restaurants and shopping near the hotel, but will likely need transportation to get to most places.

Everything was great when I asked for a late check out the first representative was not very helpful but the second one was in the morning around noon and she was able to get me a late checkout at four so I really appreciated that but other than that, the facility was clean everything was great.

There were many complaints from the guests that the breakfast buffet was cold. Ordering bacon and eggs from the kitchen, it took 30 minutes for the order to reach my table.

I think the lobby smelled bad. One suggestion is to have coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby. That would of been amazing

The Georgetown Sheraton is in a great location with several restaurant and bars within walking distance,including a nice bar inside the hotel. The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The bar service, food, and drinks were top-notch!! The room needed a little TLC, but overall, it was acceptable. The parking garage needed a good cleaning. The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest I've experienced, but they weren't necessarily rude. Be warned you'll be charged for Wifi if you're not a Marriott member and may still be charged.

Check in was seamless. Clean room and room service was good.

The shower would not adjust from scolding hot – the knob was very hard to turn and get the temperature right in the shower. The body wash was empty and the shampoo bottle fell off the wall.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for my needs. There’s a beautiful walking trail right behind the hotel and there’s plenty of restaurants that are walking distance. I’d stay here again for sure!

For a 4 star hotel the amenities seem very outdated. There are no water refill stations. They say the pool is heated, but it was so cold no one wanted to get in. There is no hot tub. They had some games out on the patio but the connect 4 was broken. There are no microwaves in the room. That seems like a standard now days even in 2 and 3 star hotels. The did have one with the ice machine. When I heard someone ask the front desk why they didn’t have a microwave in the room the front desk clerk said it is because they are a 4 star hotel, not a restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense.

My husband and I visited the hotel over the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is really open and spacious. The areas are very well kept and everyone was really nice and friendly. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The parking garage is right next to the hotel. The hotel was everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It is a very good location, walking distance to shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants, and short 5 minute ride into town center. I would love to stay here again. There is not much to complain about. The only thing I can think of is that the outdoor area around the pool was not as maintained as the rest of the hotel areas- and by that I mean there were alot of leaves around the seating areas outside.

The rooms are always very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is always very accommodating because my flight is always one of the last direct flights from Jacksonville. This Hotel is very convenient for me and my family that I am visiting in the area.

It took 30 minutes to locate the motel using the car map, not easy to get to at all. Breakfast was not served, only coffee. The room was clean but the temperature kept going up throughout the night. I had to get up to adjust controls.There were only 2 towels. You have to pay for internet and only 10 channels on tv. We are not impressed with this motel.

The rooms are in good shape but the toilet paper and kleenex are almost see thru. Parking is non-existent, unless you pay in the parking garage that is literally attached to the hotel but not managed by the hotel. Weird.

loved sitting out by pool and enjoyed lovely breakfast. The hotel even smells awesome! Views gorgeous! I requested a room that looks out back of property and we were assigned to look out front instead. I didn’t complain, but did double check myself that a request was in there as I remembered. Perhaps next time.

Georgetown is a quaint place but close enough to Downtown. The hotel bars and outdoor patios/pool are lovely! Traffic can be bad but there are work arounds.

The shower water pressure was excellent, a small detail, but after a long day of traveling, it felt amazing and made a difference. The in-room toiletries were also a nice touch, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which smelled wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet overall. The coffee was brewed very nicely, and the fruit was so fresh. While the three different bread options weren’t our favorite, the potatoes were absolutely ? and definitely stood out. The dining staff were also attentive and made sure guests were taken care of. Parking was stressful. Even though I paid for the garage, we weren’t able to find a spot when we first arrived because it’s also open to non-guests for free. After circling for about 10 minutes, we gave up and went to grab a late lunch. When we came back later, we finally found parking, but after a long day of traveling, it was frustrating not to be able to park right away. We also didn’t like that Wi-Fi access had a daily fee. Something we expected to be included. The lobby bathrooms weren’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to the convention happening, but still not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. At check-in, the front desk forgot to give me a breakfast voucher, and I only received it after asking about breakfast times. On the day of check-out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice, starting around 9:30 a.m., even though check-out wasn’t until noon. The second knock came closer to 10:00 a.m., which left us feeling rushed and ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned. Lastly, the pillows were uncomfortable. Most hotels we’ve stayed at usually offer a mix of firm and soft options, but all of these felt old and flat, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

This was a fantastic stay! Beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean, and all the staff we talked with were super friendly. Gustavo at the restaurant was one of the nicest people ever, and he came up with a drink for me based on one from a restaurant I like. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

The property was nice, was shocked I had to pay $10 a day to park. The a/c did not work that well at night it was not cooler than 73. We reported the first morning about the temp and they would look into it. The next night you could tell the air stopped working around midnight. I reported again the next morning they said yes we fixed it this morning.

The pool was not heated like advertised. Which was disappointing. There was also a fire alarm that went off at 845 in the morning which I am assuming was a false one since we were able to go back in about 15 mins later.

We went down for my sister's wedding. We opted for the king suite on the club level. The suite was a nice size with 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom was very large offering a tub and large shower as well as a place to get ready. The club level is great for kiddos, snacks and drinks 24hrs. The coffee machine was great for making lattes. The breakfast was great with lots of food options. Staff is very friendly. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Good job!

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Georgetown, TX. Great location near shops, good restaurant and bar and nice cozy and clean rooms. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

There was a hair on the comforter so we just folded it down and used my own sheet & blanket. One of the glasses in the restroom was already used. Only one wash cloth was provided.

I have stayed at this Sheraton several times and I would highly recommend it!

My stay was short but sweet. The room was amazing with plenty of room. I will definitely be staying again when visiting our grandchildren

We had generally an excellent experience there. The one area for improvement is the club level. The food and drink offerings were measly at best. Some complimentary wine or beer and more than just granola bars and pretzels etc would be welcome. And also, the breakfast provided was essentially the same thing that is offered at a very low budget hotel. I was disappointed with that as well. I did not get my money's worth for my club level room.

Property was gorgeous! Cleaning people did not understand a requesr for extra towels and I spoke Spanish to them! She never brought them and I had to go downstairs to get them myself.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff at check in was helpful and friendly. I was unhappy that I let the staff at checkout know that the shower was ice cold that morning and they had no reply other than “We’ll let maintenance know.” No apology, nothing for the fact that I had to take an ice cold shower that day.

This is one of our favorite hotels when we’re passing through the Austin area. Overall, it’s a lovely property. Our stay last night though wasn’t the best. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that appeared to still be occupied, or at least had not been cleaned. We headed back to the check-in desk and were given another room, but it was late and an inconvenience. The new room was nice, but we could not get the temperature regulated, so didn’t sleep well as it was too warm. The bathroom floor was sticky and water spots on the shower fixtures. We still really like this hotel, just didn’t have a 5 star experience this stay.

Stay was nice but they charged us for breakfast both days which we did not consume so am disputing.

the hotel had an outdoor heated pool which was heated. It was a good size and popular with guests on the hot weekend we stayed. There are also conference rooms. we attended a function while we enjoyed our stay and the room was large, clean and the bar and wait staff were efficient and professional. Food was wonderful.
