Clean room. Efficient air conditioning. Welcoming staff.

Damaged door handle, Low and burnt out lighting. The floors were so filthy, if you walked on them barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. Strange unidentified stains under the covers on the mattress. Trouble getting the door key to work. Broken fire detector wires hanging out. Very limited availability of ice Etc.. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Checked out early and went to another hotel. Will not use this hotel again.

The motel is definitely "low budget" with few amenities and served my purpose of a place to stay while my daughter was in the hospital. The furniture in the room was definitely "tired". I do think they should do a better job cleaning the floor, especially in the bathroom. The Staff was very courteous and never acted like I was inconveniencing them as I asked for ice when I got back to the room after 11PM at night.

Was asked to pay an extra $20 then another $20 for accidentals (which is fine) after already booking online. Room was really dirty, dead bugs, weird smell, and the dude at the front was really rude. Only wanted to semi help after I told him I was cancelling.

The guy that works there at night is a great guy and really nice I stay here ever time I'm in Georgetown. That he gave my room to another guy but he found me a good room so I wasn't to mad.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to our business show. Would recommend supplying more soap for shower. Otherwise nice stay.

This motel has definitely seen better days. My floor a five inch diameter cave in hole in the floor. The bathtub looked like it was halfway through a paint restoration process, except the new paint was the old paint, and what was left the other half that had been completely chipped off. All that being said, the room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was surprisingly quiet especially considering its close proximity to Interstate 35. If you’re looking for a no frills inexpensive room to sleep in and can overlook the cosmetic flaws, then this place is perfect. I know most people will probably give this place a two or three star rating. But I gave it a four because it meets the qualifications where they count. Cleanliness, bed sheets clean, beds comfortable, value pricing and good customer service.

They are a very clean hotel but when I arrived about an hour after booking my room, they said that they no longer had the room that I booked then charged me an extra $20 for a double queen

The Inn was Very run down. The ‘breakfast’ was Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran. There was a small amount of orange juice in the dispenser when we checked in. The same orange juice was isolating in the dispenser the next morning. There were two air pots of ‘coffee’. Neither one marked as to reg. or decaf??? There was no coffee in the room at all. Need I say more.

The 1st room we were in had a 2 inch crack at the bottom of the door to the outside. And the A/C barely blew at all. We requested another room and the manager obliged. The double room he put us in had dead bugs all over the floor, more than likely from the 2 inch crack at the bottom of this door also. Barely slept due to wondering if the bugs would bite us. This business really needs a health inspection, starting with the breakfast bar. I would have requested a refund but the room was non refundable so i will never use hotels.com again! Nor will i ever stay at the dump onown as Rodeway Inn in Georgetown, Tx. The GM of Rodeway would be embarrassed to see their name on such a dilapidated hotel. Ridiculous!

Compared to other hotels in this price range, this one stands way above the rest. The maid service daily was unexpected and welcomed. The desk attendants were very courteous and accommodating. The complimentary coffee is well-brewed every morning. They also provide cereals and cold milk for breakfast in the morning.

Reserved a non-smoking room with a sign on the door; however, could tell the room had been smoked previously and often. Bed was sunken in, furniture run down. Room had been renevated and was clean.

Our refrigerator did not work, our freezer food had to be thrown out, hair dryer did not work, bedding stain spots and ripped,and couch in room ripped up as well as the desk chair....wanted $ back but sending YOU a note to help with that. The pool was great

The sink was cracked. Didn’t leak but looks terrible. The chair for the desk was pleather and worn away. Looked like a cheap poor location. The shower was peeling. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean. The staff we found very pleasant. Would have liked to have coffee earlier, I wanted to leave at 5 for my road trip. But they don’t serve breakfast until 6. Coffee machine in the room would have been nice. We didn’t spend much time in the room, just needed a place to sleep. It served us fine.

They ask you for a deposit and when you leave early. In the morning there is no one in the lobby I came back for the deposit and they didn't give it to me anymore

Although a breakfast was advertised as part of the stay, it was not available. No in room coffee or even water glasses.

If you're looking for a five-star hotel this isn't the place for you if you're looking for a cheap clean and comfortable place to sleep at night I would definitely recommend I was in Texas visiting for the first time for a festival and this location was only 15 minutes from my event making going to and from very easy and there's a Whataburger within walking distance

This poor old hotel has seen better days. The room was clean. The bathtub is painted and chipped. Hole in the wall from slamming open the door. Bad paint job. The vinyl on the chairs is ripped and worn off. But the place is cheap and easy to access. Would not use this hotel for more than an overnight stay.

Staff responded quickly to my request to fix the picture on the tv Room was very worn and tired. Uncomfortable bed, pixelating tv, no coffee in the room, lamp missing a light bulb. Unsightly electrical cords and wiring. It was obvious the owner/manager was NOT going to spend any money on maintenance/upgrades.

I want my money back. It was when it was in freezing conditions, and I went to stay there in the teens. I got in the room and the whole door frame had holes where the air was coming in the bottom of the door had about 2 inches of air coming into the air condition Was air condition and heat at the same time and all they said to me this is not a four star hotel and I told him this are health code violations and again they said it’s not a four star hotel I want my money back The rooms are in proper with gaps around the frame of the door there’s gaps underneath the threshold the heater does not work. It’s heater and air condition. The bathroom has no heat. What more can I tell you how can they charge the money they charge and say this isn’t a four star hotel I want my money back

Easy to check in and out. Bed was comfortable. Tv remote did not work. Build is very old and shows wear a lot but was clean. Big gaps around door so bugs and wind could get in easily.

Nothing at all - it was hard to get to I guess the saying is right - You get what you pay for- it was late when we got here - LESSON LEARNED - will never again stay at a RODEWAY INN- VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PROPERTY- bad for the name - DO NOT RECOMMEND Deceiving - the door to our room Didn’t close properly it opens with a good ‘shove ‘ - furniture in room is raggedy - can not sit on couch it has springs sticking out and the rolling chair in room Looks like they got it out of the trash. Really BAD experience and we travel all over and this Hotel is the WORST we’ve ever stayed in we’ve stayed at ‘other’ Rodeway Inns - OH AND THE BREAKFAST WAS HORRIFIC- cereal is all the had - no toast - no waffles - bagels NOTHING a continental breakfast has a little bit of something- this ‘breakfast bar’ had only two kinds of cereal so if your lactose intolerant as I am - you cannot even have what they serve.

So you get what you pay for. Extremely out dated not enough outlets. A/c couldn’t keep up not cold enough. Door locks out dates. But other than that it was ok stay. No major issues just needs major improvements.

I seen a lot of bad reviews on Google but I have nothin bad to say I thought it was great for the price I have no complaints at all I didn't see a single bug my room smelled fresh and the shower was hot what more could I ask for.

My brother stated the bed was soft and the air conditioner worked. Overall he stated it deserve an average rating. Just needed a hotel room and everything else was booked or way overpriced.

The gentleman that helped at the front office was very kind and considerate of my time.

These rooms were absolutely horrible. All you can smell was weed coming from all around. It was coming in under the doorways. You had to put towels to even conceal it just a little bit. There was no breakfast Harley. It was simply juice and cereal. Nothing else that is not what you call a breakfast bar, the rooms had gaps in the door that the crickets came in under the doorways whether on the outside or on the inside crickets were coming in the rooms by the numbers will never stay here again if I get drug tested it’s gonna come back positive because how bad the weed is in the area and constant drug cells up and down the corridors

Everything was absolutely gross and worn out! 78$ plus 20$ deposit for place worth 40-50$ a night. Dirty ceilings. Bugs on the walls. The tv didnt work very well. It would make everything green then randomly change channels. The bed was disgusting and the top sheet had weird stuff like meltied mystery plastic stained on it... and the smoke detector is hanging by a wire. Theres so much more but i dont want to make you read a whole book.

2 doors, one was open upon arrival instead of both being locked. Latch locks were missing. Tv was turned on while I was showering. Felt unsafe, attendee assured me with “there are cameras, you are safe”. Not comfortable to sleep

The relation between price and quality is fair. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is not included. Only coffee and cereal.

Front desk super amazing

The motel seems like exactly where you’d go to smoke crack. Bathroom was nasty. Floor was some cheap vinyl/tile that had the vibe of a place where a serial killer would thrive. Front door did not fit the frame and didn’t seem like it could even keep a fly out. Basically feel like I got screwed paying like sixty per night.

The sheets were stained, bedspread had burnt spots. It was dirty. Manager was rude.

The staff were helpful & friendly and the location was convenient. Our room was not the cleanest when we arrived and after finding some cockroaches we asked for the room to be cleaned. The staff were helpful in this regard but in all honesty the room could have use a more in depth clean.

The worst motel we have ever stayed in! We were exhausted and just needed to sleep for 8 hours so we stayed. Dead roaches everywhere in the room, holes in the bedspreads, paint all over the tile floor, and the bathtub was so peeling I couldn’t use it - especially since there was NO HOT WATER! Terrible!!!!

The rooms are clean and parking is decent. But the breakfast was just sad. All they offered was cold cereal and coffee. Also my tv stopped worked and they refused to exchange it out. I had to bring home from a family member to use the rest of my stay. Unacceptable !

Over all is property is decent. Except I do need do say or complain that my tv stopped working a couple of days into my stay and management wouldn’t replace the tv. Isn’t that considered an amenity? Also they advertise breakfast buts just. Cold cereal and coffee. Every day. That’s not breakfast. I’m calling customer service and asking for some type of compensation.

It's an older hotel so is in need of some renovations. The staff was polite and the location was convenient. The price was right.

Was there 3 nights room didn’t get cleaned, had to go get towels. Keys didn’t work good had to go get them programmed. Originally wanted two nights, added a third and changed 20 dollars more. Left instructions to pay at property and was told they always bill the card on file when they get the reservation. Definitely won’t stay again!!

The room was definitely not in the best of shape in regards to room quality. There were marks on the wall, and there were sizeable holes in the comforters. The bathroom glass started chipping on the corners, and the floor of the shower/bathtub was falling apart as I showered in it. I booked this room with the option of Free Wi-Fi, but when I attempted to connect to it, it prompted a username/password login. After contacting the front desk, they said they were working on the network and it should be back within the next 2 hours, but I was never able to properly connect to the Wi-Fi at all, even after the 2 hours. Despite the holes in the comforters, I was able to at least get some sleep, so that's a plus. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience and will likely be doing a dispute/chargeback, as this was not worth the $414 I spent for 3 days.

I don’t know how this place has two stars. But maybe it was because the guy at the front desk was nice until you needed help. Our room looked like a hair salon dumped a bag of hair and spread it all over. We had choices when checking in, but when we called to complain about it there were no other rooms and no one to clean the room since “the maids had left for the day”. No apologies for it. No refund of the pet fee. Nothing. Just basically a deal with it attitude. There was even a towel with the same hair folded on the rack! I wore my shoes 100% of the time I was there. My husband was brave and walked around in black socks. When I checked out the guy did apologize for the hair, but that was it.

Let me say this- it will probably be the last time we spend our money there. I’ve been in customer service for yrs! And all I can say is here, the customer is never right and the clerk is argumentative, charged us a $10 a night extra charge for our dog, even after him asking to see the registration (which fyi there is no actual registration for service animals in Texas) then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t expect what we showed him, even though technically he can not ask for such documentation! Then stood and argued with me! Never again! I’m sorry but last time I checked you don’t treat your repeated customers that way!

The male employee was rude and check in was behind a partition. Charged a deposit. The outside was old and did not look or feel like a safe area. The pool was green and full of grossness. Laundry machines were outside and rusted. The room was plain awful! Filthy floors, it smelled, dirty microwave, paint peeling off of and left in the tub, metal areas rusted, broken vent, old curtains hanging off, bugs on the ceiling, and on and on. Do not recommend, will never return and regret wasting my time and money! Expedia should not have this rundown facility as an option!

The bathroom had mold all over the shower. The sofa and desk chair had open holes in them. The hair dryer was a safety hazard and looked as if someone took a hammer to it. The entire place was just old and sad. The next room over partied til 2 am.

Rooms are dirty, manager was so rude, didn’t get my deposit back because they didn’t tell me that I had to go to the front desk, second time I tried to get my deposit. I waited there for 10 minutes and nobody came to the front desk so I never got my deposits back. Also the AC didn’t work

Odor in the room was horrible. Smelled like a spray was used to cover up odors possibly from previous pets. Floors were dirty. Doors were not safe. Crickets in the room and were under the pillows.

The room was made up but the floors were dirty, the furniture very old and looked more like acquisitions from a garage sale. The repair work that had been done on the room was at best amateur. Paint splatter was evident and the bathtub had large amounts of paint residue. The faucets were not installed correctly so you had to be very careful about turning off the water. The smoke detector was dangling by the wires. There were roaches in the sink area which was left with either paint residue or tobacco residue. Outside needed cleaning. There was a significant amount of trash, beer bottles, and landscaping debris. Breakfast consisted of your choice of two dry cereals, coffee, and leftover juice. For the price this was very disappointing.

Both my brothers rooms and mine had roaches and were unkept. Floors were not swept. Linens were dirty. The smell was awful. The front desk refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to speak to the manager in front of me. I want a refund. We had to stay elsewhere and wasted $200 on disgusting rooms.
