This was by far the worst place. Top step on stairs was broken, door had huge space between it and wall and room was extremely filthy. People who got kicked out of their rooms were hanging around.

condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember.

At check-in, the area and surroundings seemed pretty sketch I'm not going to lie. However, I stayed there four nights the parking lot was very well lit, cameras everywhere, I never heard anything other than the traffic on i-30, was never bothered by anybody the property was clean and my vehicle was never messed with. In regards to the room. My room was clean, there were no bed bugs as others have reported, I didn't see a single bug of any kind in my room! Yes there were a few cigarette Burns in the cover sheet of the bed and there was mold around the base of the tub and on the shower curtain but if that kind of stuff bothers you then you didn't grow up drinking out of a water hose LOL the price point was great and it facilitated my trip perfectly.

This place should be closed down and knock down asap the health department should come in close is for good

The good thing about it is that it has separate suites, so you feel comfortable and it’s very quiet.

AC was cold that’s about the best thing about this place. There was stains all over the bed and bed covers the bath tub looked like it had a gunshot through it. Stinks like weed I could not sleep at night because the smoke of getting stronger and stronger if you just need a room to stay in and don’t care about your door, not closing all the way your curtains being almost see-through then go for it.

This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. Only to be told upon leaving, that the house keeper said we left the room nasty and that the owner has black-listed me so if I went to book again, I'd be loosing money. Yeah, no, black-listed or not, I will not be booking there again. I wouldn't tell a working girl to book there. Don't waste your money on this roach motel.

The floors were so dirty that walking with bare feet left my feet black on the bottom. Getting fresh towels was a task in itself and the television had to be replaced after two days without a working remote.

There were only 2 things good about this hotel. 1) The staff were very polite. 2) The price of stay was reasonable. But everything else was bad. Room looked decent, but the bed blanket had holes in them as if they were burned or perhaps an animal bit into them. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had mold on the outer rims. They had a tv but it wasn’t even working let alone was a remote there. A lot of nats flying around. The filter in the AC was completely dirty and looked broken. Above all stay wise, not the best place, but if you’re looking for a place to stay as a budget friendly last resort, then do what you gotta do.

I would be surprised if they've ever clean anything in these rooms. Everything has stains, cigarate burns, and smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was also raining and the door sucked so the rain was in the room. You don't come here because your life is going great, and it is the cheapest option in Dallas, so pick your battle.

I didn't use the laundry room and the parking was safe but the rooms where so dirty specially the bathroom there was hair on the bathtub the wall on the bath tub was so nasty I had to clean it up myself I say for about two weeks never got a knock on my door offering housekeeping

The bathroom was dirty. I slept in a chair. I was low on funds and couldn't find anything with a reasonable price. I booked 2 days and left after the first night they kept my money. Y'all should do some type of property verification and audits. This is crazy sending people to roach motel that won't give you your money back.

The bathroom toilet was broken and would not flush, the exterior was junkie and covered up with boards, the room was disgusting and dirty all over the floor, the bedspread was dirty. The linens were dirty and smelled like feet.

Absolutely nothing Basic Crack hotel. Drug transaction being held right outside office door. There were actual prostitutes sitting on the sidewalk vaping.The desk guy told me to mind my business. I looked at the room which smelled horrible. Trash in can and visible bedbugs under the pillow and side of mattress. I did not stay.

The woman had a small child in the office but refused to come to the window and was talking very fast and was far away. I finally understood what she said but she was very angry I couldn't understand jibberish from 80 feet away. She said come back on 15 mins. So I stood outside in the parking lot for 15 mins to return. She came outside before I could go in and she waved me off with her hand and yelled I said 15 mins so I walked around the entire hotel before coming back and was not allowed inside the office. I spoke to a stranger who was allowed to go inside. He later spoke and asked for my driver's license and could her her complaining to someone on the phone about me. It was around 740pm I then got in the room to find 3 towels available I went back to the office in the morning and was told I couldn't have any towels because laundry didn't come till 1030am

I called and asked if I could get an early check-in and was told no, check-in was 3P. I arrived at 2:58 and was rudely told I would have to come back in 10 minutes and couldn't even wait in the lobby. The guy who eventually checked me in was nice and professional unlike the original woman who was rude and abrasive. Room was not bad except for bedspread with stains and cigarette burns in a non-smoking room.

I’m unable to change the booking or request a refund of the points it used to get another room elsewhere! Let me start by saying I was in 3 different rooms before I had to settle for a halfass unclean torture chamber of a room. I thought I was going to be there alone; however, I was quickly greeted by the infestation of roaches

The properties amenities are falsely advertised. They do not have a pool, based on the information provided from the office, the pool was filled and hasn’t been on property in years. I stayed at this property for two months, not once did I receive housekeeping nor was I asked if it was needed. I washed my own sheets and covers, bought my own tissue, and cleaned my own room. The property is not safe. There is a lot of illegal activity in and around the facility. The properties management and office staff is very money hungry and a danger to society.

Took 30 min to get checked in only one receptionist checking in and get the to the room and it’s dirty, toilet not working. It was horrible, towels dirty,bed sheet with holes and stained. I traveled with my family and it was gross. Never again staying here.

Property is not pet friendly and the staff was not nice and they had a lot of roaches in the smell was distinct the curtains was raggedy I knew I couldn't get my money back and I was okay with walking away without getting it back cuz I was not supposed to put my baby in that type of environment. This place in my opinion shouldnt be endorsed by hotels.com it is disgusting. The rooms were gross non of the appliances worked, the fridge got a little cold but everything else was broken! When we plugged in the microwave it sparked and shut off the tv so we unplugged it and never tried again! The little cook top stove didnt get hot at all the range over it with the fan and light didnt work...the cabinet doors were broken and filthy, the door looked like it had been broken into before and the security latch ok the inside was broken! Also check in was brutal! Took my almost an hour and a half due to "shift change"! The man stood at the front counter doing nothing while we were outside waiting! The new worker arrived and still i had to wait! It wasnt until i contacted hotels.com directly and then they called the hotel did things start to happen for me! Hotels.com is amazing and made sure i was checked in and happy ish with the room before letting me go! 10 out of 10 recomend hotels.com but this hotel get 0 out of 10!

It’s premium dirty. Full of cockroaches and all different insects even on the bed. You can’t sleep seeing all these irritation around.

Go a day behind on rent, hotel refuse to let me check out until paid, 2 days pass now I owe 180. Still refuse me checking out.

The beds were stained and you can tell they didn’t change the linen, food crumbs under the sheets. Rooms were filthy! Do not recommend!

I was denied the room I paid for and banned from this property. I was accused of stealing items from a previous room. These accusations were not proven. This motel is trash.

I did not like anything about this property. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets had spots, towels were nasty, there was water at the entry of the room, toilet were broken. We had the booking for 2 nights. We checked out and booked another hotel. We lost the entire money. I would say Expedia should not list these type of properties. Ultimately it will look bad on them.

Unpleasant stay, dirty towels, roaches everywhere. Not to mention loud guests. Definitely not worth the high rating.

We tried to checkout when we couldn't pay the next day's rate. Nancy the night manager kept my belongings and my medications I had in the room and still hasn't given me any of my clothes or medications. I've not been able to take my blood pressure medication in about a week now. So I wouldn't recommend this motel for anyone.

Very dirty filthy place, hallways and the room itself. There was one dead roach on the floor. The bed linens were butt cigarette burnt. I paid for the room, but I didn’t stay when I saw it the conditions.

They tvs do not work they never do house keeping they never have towels or extra blankets

Nothing and the lady that was in the office was a nightmare. I didn’t like anything about the place, it was horrible.

Customer service is always ls great.

I stayed here over the weekend, and when I woke up yesterday I had what kinda looked like a rash. I come to believe it was from bed bugs. I went last night and talked with the Manager and she said that they had pest control come that Friday and she denied there could be bed bugs. I will never never stay here again. All I can say caution don't stay here. No wonder it's 45 dollars a night.

At a very accessible location Room was stuffy, bedsheets smells, roaches everywhere, someone who looked insane at the location demanding for money.

These guys are wonderful! Great place to stay!

The shower curtain rod fell on me and the ac cover fell off. The door kept getting stuck and they wanted to blame me for the things that literally fell apart. Crappy attitude. Didn’t send anyone to fix anything and couldn’t even get clean towels

My room starting flooding and I got a refund and then was told I can't come back on property cause I got a refund

The mattress was stained with blood the bedding had cigarette burns even tho it was smoke free the room smelled and the bathroom smelled like pee I complained and they gave me a new room and it was just as bad
