Best Value Inn Garland

The most unsanitary establishment I think I’ve ever witnessed. I do not recommend

The bed cover had smoking holes in it...the door didn't stay shut when you left the room...saw at least 1 cockroach...the window covering would not cover the window...and the tub had damage to it.

Had a good nights sleep

Very comfortable and clean. AC works superb. Everyone would enjoy staying here.

Has bed bugs

I got bit by bed bugs and staff was VERY RUDE

Staff was very rude, toliet wasn't working properly had to manually flush toliet. Tv remote needed new batteries.

Shower curtain in bathroom had mold on it bathroom door had hole in it and was broken to where it didn’t shut. No remote to tv…nasty yellow build up on walls.

Clean room and great staff

The desk clerk was extremely rude. When checking in, I was told I’d been blocked with no explanation and told my reservation had been canceled. When I asked who canceled it, clerk said they had and I had to leave. I’m glad I didn’t stay there since it looked like a trashy place, not like a place I usually stay. They went ahead and charged my credit card even though they canceled the reservation without notifying me.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always clean I definitely recommend them

The bathroom was disgusting. There was grime on the tub and floor that looked like it had been there since the place opened, which was probably sometime in the 70s. It’s obviously a known hangout for less than tasteful individuals. I would not stay there again.
