    There a hidden charges when booking for a room. Not sure if Expedia is aware but beside the confirm amount for the room, they will ask for a refundable $100.00 deposit for “amenities “ . This charges should be disclosed upon booking and not during check in.

    Clerk at check in was on the phone and didn't advise us how the power to the room worked. Key must be left in a slot on pad on the wall inside the room to turn power on to the room. Problem is that the room is dark and hot while you try to figure that out! Had never seen that before. My husband was halfway back to the front desk by the time I located the slot. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Not a bad deal for the rate thru Hotels.com. Was not made aware of the $100 deposit either. Was only in the area for a graduation, so would not have a reason to book here again. Almost forgot, breakfast was nothing special. Watery eggs and the sausage looked boiled. No pan searing at all. Didn't even bother to go on our 2nd morning.

    We rented the king bed suit for 6 days, very big rooms ac worked great has a mini fridge and microwave! No black out curtains, bed was hard and uncomfortable the toilet didn’t flush my husband had to fix it! Never did housekeeping throw our trash or refresh or towels. The hotel overall needs much better up keep there’s spider webs and rusting everywhere the pool was closed all week ! And the breakfast is vey mediocre but the staff is very pleasant!

    When I made the reservation I said non-smoking when I arrived the room smelled too strongly of cigarette the manager ignored me he didn't want to do anything he simply said that it was what he had and the hallways were very dirty the elevator looks like a prison all scratched and the exterior was in the dark the receptionist said he would get a refund to this day I have not received anything on the internet they have deceptive photos nothing of what they publish is reality

    First I will say the hotel staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was not great. The room smelled a little of dog pee and mildew. The beds were basically padded plywood. The toilet wasn't connected to the floor and shifted while standing up. The bath tub had soft spots that made you feel like you might fall through. We most certainly will choose something other than a LaQuinta again.

    Called front desk twice to have neighbor turn down tv, music and talking. It was on all night and never stopped. Between that and the dripping shower, I got no sleep. Christmas decor in March was a nice touch though. Overall not well maintained, annoying experience.

    The room was nice and clean, but it didn't look like anyone ever cleaned the metal fixture where you turn on the light by the bed. The shower didn't have any shampoo in the opaque bottle attached to the wall, so I just stood in the shower and waited for my husband to go and get some at the front desk. The breakfast was not as good as at other La Quinta's, which is the MAIN reason we stay here. The bagels were miniature, as were the pastries. There was only plain cream cheese. There were not a lot of choices of drinks. There wasn't any honey, although there was whipped cream. I had to look for someone to help me at breakfast and the girl was hiding along the side and reading a book. Another time, my husband went to the desk because no one was manning the breakfast. He came back and said that there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I told him that she's on the side reading a book and went to ask her myself. At check out, I had to flag someone else to go get someone so that we could actually check out, after waiting for a long while.

    When I got there the room was a too warm for my comfort upon trying to cool the room it was impossible to decrease the temperature.     Housekeeping did not visit my room nor were the linens refreshed. Bed was like sleeping on concrete, hard and very uncomfortable. Remote to television was missing. After reporting staff delivered a replacement in around 30 minutes. Wifi password was not initially provided, I had to request password. This i would expect as it is a security measure.

    While I understand some things are inevitable, especially with travelers in and out of the rooms, bugs happen. However when you find a bug and the front desk agent is uncooperative, but moves you to a room that the AC kept going off, and then you find mold on the ice from the ice machine. Additionally room was not cleaned ( trash taken out or vacuumed.) That’s completely unacceptable.

    Hot water went out, beds hard and breakfast was not good. This is a standard hotel with prices that match above standard hotels. There is not a complete sidewalk that goes all the way from hotels to surrounding stores, had to walk in grass field or along side of roadway. This hotel should never be over $70 a night.

    Walking in, there were several rolls of carpet sitting in the lobby. I understand removing carpet, but the guests shouldn't see it. They could have put it in a conference room until it was picked up. The walls were all scuffed up and dirty. I tried looking past it and thought the room might be better. Nope...not at all! The ceiling above one of the beds looked like it was about to fall in. There was body hair (if you know what I mean) in the bathtub. Something nasty on one of the lamps, another lamp didn't have a bulb. The bed was almost the same firmness as the ground and I found a bug on my pillow. I dont usually leave bad reviews but I feel like the reviews on this hotel that led me to book with them, were misleading or completely inaccurate. I hope they read this and make corrections.

    Cons: they’re doing renovations which we didn’t know about till we checked in. There were 2 hairs left in the bathroom from the previous visitor. It had a weird smell but I think it came from the carpet (which they are in the process of removing). They charge an extra $100 for deposit that will go back to your card in 3-7 days. And the pool was freezing cold!!! Why have an indoor pool if it’s basically going to be like taking an ice bath. We only book hotels with pools so we were disappointed that we couldn’t swim.

    Expensive, after checking in I notice there was only the roll of Tp on the holder, probably 10 squares left, total, no tissues, the shower mat had black mold all over it, the floor was nasty, the very dingy 2 white towels are hard and small, etc… the floor in room was nasty, the lounge chair had so many huge stains i lost my appetite for dinner. The top blanket had to come from late 50’s so awful to eye, so uncomfortable, the only clean item in the room was mini fridge. I was informed the owner puts only what previous guest had used on Tp, the over priced, NO COFFEE, No breakfast, motel needs to spend some of the money from guest that they over charge and upgrade on some needed improvements. Very very disappointed in customer service. They are only in it to profit, and not take pride in safety, cleanliness, at least satisfied customers. We work hard for every penny we make, treat us with common currency respect,

    The location was inconvenient. There was a Dollar General right next to the hotel and a Jack in the Box, but because there were no pass-thru driveway or entry through the parking lot, you had to exit onto the service road of the freeway and drive to the next exit and loop all the way back to the road on the other side of the hotel to get to DG or Jack in the Box. Having one entry and exit to the hotel, located off the service road was a personal annoyance. It might not bother other people. The room was nice and clean, and the maids were very kind and helpful. The indoor pool was extremely cold and there were never any pool towels available. The breakfast was okay. The cereal options were Raisin Brand and Cornflakes. Great options for adults, but not kids. The sausage and eggs were like any other continental breakfast. The waffle batter was as thin as water and for some reason, after trying 4 times, the waffles kept coming out uncooked in the middle, even after I left it in there for an additional minute. It was weird. Needless to say, I took my kids to Denny's for breakfast. Overall, I will not go back to this location.

    The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay (that would have been nice to know before booking). It took a little while to check in, we had to wait (about 15-30mins) while the room was made available. Also, the photos show a hot tub with the indoor pool, but the hot tub was covered and not accessible (and the pool was VERY cold). The renovations included some work on the roof which was very close to our room and somewhat noisy (but not during late hours). The hotel required the key to use the elevator (and access the stairs from what I was told by other guests), which was new to me. The room was in very good condition, the staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was very good. The price and location were very good, overall I was pleased with the stay (aside from the items mentioned).

    Unfortunately never got to stay here as the front desk tried charging my credit card multiple times when it was a PAY AT PROPERTY. SO THEY CANCELLED MY STAY. I WAS STRANDED.

    This property is under construction and it was not listed as so when I made the reservation. I would have never stayed here knowing. Our first room reaked of pot and the next one smelled of plaster.

    Upon arrival they told us they had no keys so they had to let us in and out of our room which sucked! Beds are super comfortable and room was very clean! Breakfast lacked a bit and could be improved for the amount paid for a night.

    The breakfast is always the same. Not very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. Feels like sleeping on plywood with some cushion. Can hear the neighbors above, so sound travels easily unfortunately. As mentioned before the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The maids are also very friendly and helpful. Other than the above things mentioned, this place is not bad, just need to improve their mattresses, especially if they are going to continue to charge what they charge for a room. But all in all a pretty decent hotel. I would recommend it.

    I chose this hotel only because it was close to where I needed to be for a few days. The first room I was offered smelled like rotten garbage. The second room was poorly cleaned (globs of hair all over the bathroom, and under the blanket on one of the beds)and still had a funky smell, but was tolerable. Lots of road noise in the room. To top it all off there was some sort of wannabe mega church service in the meeting room that went on until almost 10pm on a Monday night. I was on the second floor and the noise was shaking the whole room. It was cheap, so I guess there's that.

    Staff told me I had to pay in full up front even though website stated I was to pay a deposit. They were rude and treated me like dirt. Being a white, middle aged, woman dealing with foreigners, they thought they could get by with it and who would care. I paid for 3 days but looked for a different hotel the next day and checked out after two. I have yet to get a refund or receipt. They refused to provide one at the time of checkout and said they would email it. Still have not seen one and I can't get anyone to return my calls.

    It was mostly good. Issues: No curtain’s in room on arrival. Our room was right above the conference room and there was a party going on with loud music coming through the floor till 10pm. After a long exhausting til from Tennessee this was annoying and made getting to sleep difficult.

    Our stay was fine. The shower drained very slowly. We didn’t bother asking about it, so can’t complain that they didn’t fix it, but it would be obvious right away when clean that it’s not right. Breakfast was okay. We’ve had better, but definitely had worse.

    Front desk confused us by giving us a “key” that he really couldn’t explain. Turns out, which we figured in our own, it was for the lights. Evidently some rooms you had to insert that key card to turn lights on. Ours was not that type of room. Front desk should be aware of the rooms that need that key card. Vent fan in bathroom was very noisy. Sounded as if it needed to he replaced. Air conditioner also was very loud. We only had the breakfast once. The day we decided to eat breakfast the sausage links were not done. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Close to a lot of eateries.

    The sheets on one of the beds looked dirty, actually like it had mildew on it. Also, the breakfast area ran out of fruit by the time we got there and they never replenished it. other than that the stay was OK.
