I have nothing but rave reviews for this Drury location. It was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were great. Having access to both breakfast and dinner was helpful when you have a very hungry teenager. We stayed in the Frisco location and it was next door to where my son's graduation was. We walked to it. We didn't attend a game, but the Rough Riders field was within waking distance too. We will definitely stay here again!

Good customer service. The room that we booked ended up not being available due to a maintenance issue. They got us in a similar room with accessibility installed and gave us a discount. They were always super helpful and the meals were pretty good too.

Evening Happy Hour was unexpected but very nice. Though there was a variety of food options available, we had already dined off site. We did enjoy the coctails and wine. My only complaint was the pillows - they were small and square and not particularily comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean. The problem I had was that I was missing an item from my belonging that no one else would have taken but a staff member.

Everything about this hotel was excellent from the price to the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Frisco

I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour (kick back) from 5:30–7:00 PM with free food and alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the television service. There were only about seven channels available, and most of them were weather channels that weren’t even for the area we were visiting. It would have been nice to have more entertainment options, such as Netflix or other streaming services. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the TV options could definitely be improved.

Staff was very responsive to the leak in my bathroom ceiling...having another room ready within 5 min and giving a discount for the night, since I had to move rooms. My only issue with cleanliness was since the walls in my rooms were matte/flat finish greasy and dirty hand prints were visible and not something that can easily be cleaned. Would make sense to have a washable gloss paint.

Property was clean and bright. Person behind the front desk ‘Sade’ was super friendly. Plenty of good spots around the property and the location was convenient.

I just wish that there was i've designated time for adults to access the playout. Are the hot tub. We love the place we love the hotel every time we come.It seems like there's some kind of a convention and we come for a anniversary trip to get access to the pool and hot tub.And it's already packed with children or teenagers.

The top floor pool and jacuzzi was a bit of a surprise, but well received. The staff was courteous and helpful - with prompt replies to questions and a smile! I would definitely recommend this chain of hotels for their quality, value and hospitality.

I liked that they offered complimentary foods and drinks, but didnt get to utilize either due to the short times offered.

Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was super quiet and clean. The hotel itself was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were pretty good. The only suggestion I have would be to freshen up the couch in the room, if possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor. It was a bit dark, we probably should have choosen upper floors. The room was very clean. We appreciated the evening happy hour service. They provided plenty of food including soup, salad and hotdogs etc. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. We can come back here later.

Could change up the meals more, sausage everyday i was there and i don't like the sausage at all, just not a good sausage. Oatmeal was overcooked and snotty. Staff was very nice. Evening meals weren't great. Nacho cheese was separating and not good. Not very good varieties

This is the place to stay for a family! This was my first time staying at a Drury location and honestly if there is a Drury location in any town I visit....I will not stay anywhere else but a Drury! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was nice indoors at one of the top floors with a hot tub that was very soothing and calming. The breakfast was very wide and filling, the complimentary kickback dinner and drinks were great! The popcorn was great. The soda fountain machine during breakfast and dinner was great! The gym was good to exercise with basic equipment. The laundry room is good but be sure to have quarters ready to use for drying and laundry. I recommend this and any Drury property to anyone with family. 10 minute walk to the mall, next door to the ice hockey rink, 10 minute walk to the little league field.

Excellent property. All around wonderful. Only odd moment is when at their happy hour I went to get drinks for my wife and I but manager (not bartender) said couldn’t get two. Told her had two young children. Then she said Maybe I should get mine then go sit with kids and then she come up after I stay with kids was her comment. Think better just say policy one per person.

We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards.

Kids always bug me about the next stay.

I question the cleanliness of the hotel. The trash cans, while plentiful were sticky on the inside. When I wiped down the bathroom counters I found several long blond hairs. When I showered in the morning there was a dried crusty washcloth intertwined with the shower curtain hanging on the rod. I did inform the manager and she agreed that this was not up to the hotels standards. Unfortunately I prepaid so was told I’d be compensated by other means. On two separate occasions my husband and I were met with met with not so friendly service. We took advantage of the happy hour drinks on our second night. The person making our drinks was not personable, no smiles, not engaging. We’ve stayed at Drury Inns before and had great experiences. This establishment fell short by a landslide. So disappointed

The property was centrally located. Had amazing food provided and the staff was very accommodating.

The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, the showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast had good selections and the evening kickbacks had good food (and let's not forget the free drinks!) If we're ever in Dallas again, we will definitely stay at this property.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! The lobby area was so clean and nice; the room was spotless and very updated, and the staff were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered when staying at hotels. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dallas area.

The best place. Friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We had breakfast and kickbacks. Popcorn. We will make this our place to stay every visit. My service dog was treated like a king. Also, there was a great spot for shopping and dining near the hotel that avoid major roads.

The staff was okay. Took forever to get my friend checked in due to not having the room cleaned in a timely manner. My room probably wasn’t that clean considering I found a Chromebook in the window sill. Do I’m quite sure housekeeping doesn’t open the curtains. Bed was comfortable. Not really worth what I paid for the 2 nights I was there. Felt very overpriced. Not worth the money

First time staying at a Drury Hotel and I was very impressed. Check in was so smooth and everyone was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay here again!

First time at Drury Inn, and we absolutely loved it! The breakfast selection was phenomenal and all made fresh every morning. The icing on the cake was the dinner social, with drinks and food, FREE!! Needless to say we will be back!!

The shops nearby are phenomenal! The Stonebriar Mall, The Star, and other Dallas sports arenas are within a five minute drive along with all of the other amazing sites to see. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Having free meals included in the package was a huge plus!

Everybody was so nice we were there for a cheer competition. Our room was a disaster of course trying to get three girls ready. Hair make up, but they came in and cleaned everything we came back to a very nice neat room for such a big hotel. The pool was kind of small but not complaining at all. Kids had a good time and we were well taken care of. Definitely will stay again.

Room was good. It was right next to the Comerica center where we were going to watch a game. We also got there in time for their “snack” (plenty enough to be dinner) and happy hour! That was a nice surprise!

Location and cleanliness

Hot water heater broke so needed a warm place to stay. It looked nice but that's usually not the reality. Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are large with vaulted ceilings. Looks new. Breakfast is amazing. Also get 3 drinks & snacks for free daily in evening. Stayed an extra day just because I am enjoying myself so much!

We stayed a week at the end of December into January. Everyone was extremely nice, room was clean, drapes kept it dark throughout the day if you wanted to sleep in. They had breakfast everyday and dinner everyday which is free to all guests. We had absolutely nothing but good things to say about Drury and would definitely stay again in the future.

The front desk Katherine was amazing and very helpful as was the morning front desk lady as well but I did not get her name but she went above and beyond as well and helped me out of a tight jam. The ladies who served the breakfast never stopped once as place was so busy and those 3 ladies made sure everyone had whatever it was they needed. I will definitely stay here in my next trip to the Dallas area.

This is the hotel we stayed 90% of our time travelled to Dallas. They provided great hotel rooms for just the way we needed. Big windows, clean room, great location, great pricing. But our most recent visit had a flaw which is they didn’t change the bed sheet when we arrived. And did not change it either after the first night and we told them to. We were mad. But when we checked out, the manager sincerely apologized to us and generously gave us a big discount. So we kind of make it even. Hope they can improve their management on the housekeeping crew.

Everything was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was also very good with a great selection. I would've liked to have checked out their happy hour offering and the rooftop area but we missed out due to the schedule of the conference we were attending.

The hotel was very nice; rooms were clean (not always so, even with high priced hotels.) The thing that stands out the most is the staff. Wow! Everyone was so nice. I could not believe it. And the management was openly being nice to the other staff. Yay! Nice amenities including breakfast and early evening food as well. I will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and absolutely loved our experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the pool quickly became our kids’ favorite spot. The included breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and we especially enjoyed the evening drinks and snacks — such a thoughtful touch after a day out. This is the first time I have stayed at a Drury Hotel and I was extremely pleased. Very relaxing and the help was helpful and friendly.

Drury inn is always a go-to hotel, but this one was exceptionally clean and the staff were attentive and polite. It is near a high traffic area in Frisco, but it really wasn’t a big problem. Both the dinner “snacks” (which is really a light meal) and the breakfast were good. They also serve free soft drinks and 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult per night, which is nice. Overall you can’t beat the quality of this hotel for the price that you pay.

Easy to find and get to. Right off the access road, it was well lit and can see the signs with no issues. The staff were super friendly and sweet. If you take a right on the street it is on(Gaylord I believe), tons of places to eat just a few minutes away. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was spacious. The Dallas Stars facility is right next door.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff and they go above and beyond to provide a good experience. I highly recommend.

Pleasant but not much sound-proofing in the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful but the bathroom walls and the shower curtain in doom 611 was dirty.

Great hotel and staff

Great place to stay! It was really quiet in the rooms even though it was storming outside. Bonus tip- there’s parking under the hotel! I didn’t notice this until our 2nd trip back to the hotel but that’s most likely my own fault as I’m sure they told me that while checking in. Very clean rooms and the staff were super nice! Will definitely be back!

Me and my boyfriend needed a place to stay that wasn’t too expensive. Our first option was a Airbnb but we were staying for 3 nights and didn’t want to pay over 350$ and they were well over that. The rates for this hotel are great and it’s 3–5 mins away from everything

We always try to stay at a Drury Inn when we travel and this location made our trip enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location was conveniently near the Fort Worth stockyards which we visited.

My boys and I did a little staycation here, and it was amazing. From the hotel room to the food and snacks!

Overall, it was ok. Rooms were good size and the shower worked well. The bathroom looked "dirty" though. Previous water damage repairs on the ceiling and the walls had various "stains" in multiple places. It may have been clean, but it didn't look that way. The AC was not good at all...never could get it to go below 72, and that felt very warm. It was not super hot outside so that should not have been an issue. Parking was a nightmare our first night. We had a late check-in and there were literally no spots available. The underground garage has tiny spaces and if you are in a truck, it's nearly impossible to park there. It's in a good location if yo are staying in Frisco

The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was fairly clean, though not the cleanest by any means. It was quiet and had a fun pool area on the top floor. Would stay again if the price was right.

The staff was so incredible. Angel, at the front desk, really lived up to her name. She was so kind to me, and so genuine. I was in town for bereavement reasons, and I was shown so much genuine compassion. The room was incredible, and the bed was extra comfortable. I loved the dinner buffet and drinks as well. If I could give a million stars review, I would. Everything was so clean as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We took our young grandsons an the stay was Great! Everyone was so nice and polite. The breakfast an evening food & drinks were perfect for all. Very kid friendly. Thank you Caroline & all staff for a great time. We'll be bk for sure.

They were busy at check in but we ate free popcorn and drank free soda while we waited. Josh apologized profusely for the long wait and brought us complimentary bottles of water after things slowed down for him. Josh gave us a room so we could view the fireworks show. We had no idea there would be a display. It was a wonderful surprise.

Staff was friendly and good but the house keeper stil

Front desk not very friendly. There was also a baseball thing going and there were so many kids/teens running around unattended making messes and being really loud. The breakfast are was chaotic but manageable

The afternoon I checked in the computer system was acting up so it took quite some time to chdck in although I had a reservation. My key card had to be reprogrammed two seperate times because it didnt work. Through all difficulties and long lines of people wxiting to be served the staff remained calm and polite.

There is not one thing I can pick out of my stay. Everything was amazing the bed the room everything was amazing

My family and I are loyal to the Drury brand. We’ve always had good experiences at all of them from customer service to things the hotel offers compared to others. The Frisco Drury is definitely more dated than any of the other ones I stayed at. There wasn’t the normal toiletries in the bathroom, the pool was dirty and the hotel room was significantly older looking. I also got bit by some mystery bug too. I’ll choose the Arlington or Richardson location over this one.

Drury Inn is consistently the best value when traveling. The rooftop patio and pool are great. The staff is very friendly. In addition to the nightly drinks and food, my son was given a snack bag for his birthday. We had a great stay.

Always perfect

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Frisco or the Dallas area. The staff was welcoming and quickly responded to any requests we had. The rooms were comfy. Our group included 3 grandchildren who loved the breakfast buffet, the rooftop indoor pool and the free popcorn in the afternoons! I would definitely stay there again. We were 25 minutes from the Perot Museum and 15 minutes Chicken and Pickles (pickleball) AND the Hawaiian Water Park. Easy access to major routes was a plus!

This is a quality hotel in a very convenient location. Thought this stay (and we’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years) was a little noisy. The air conditioning in our room, which was a two room suite, was noisy and our room was on the highway side so that was a little noisy. We will,though, stay there again. Food is really w.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, breakfast options were good, rooms spacious and clean. The afternoon snack time was an added plus. Location close to shopping and stone briar center.

The staff was very welcoming and gave off a classy but super friendly vibe. Rooms were immaculate, the location perfectly situated for convenience and safety. The only issue in my opinion is that the underground parking area is literally in the 120s during the summer and many of the spaces struggle to fit even a compact car. But this is NOT. a reason to pass this place up! All the outstanding points far outweigh that minor negative. We will absolutely be back!
