Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco

We went to be close to the Coamerica center so we could walk to a graduation ceremony and would’ve been great but it rain and didn’t work out. Close to Legacy Hall where the served all kinds of food.

Conveniently located. 30 minutes or so from Bob Jones field Southlake and Old Celina Park. One of the elevators was out of service.

Great Breakfast and very affordable AC was cold but made loud noises cycling on and off, it kept us up half the night, sink drained very slowly

Breakfast was really good! And we forgot shampoo, conditioner and body soap at home, so the fact that the room had full sized bottles available was awesome! Over all price for the room, for 1 night was a little high. Given that breakfast was free, and it was good. We were charged $200 a night and then went down to the front desk's little store area and got about 5 sodas and a water bottle. After check out, we were charged another $88 on top of the $200 and we never received the $25 deposit back. It was a good room but the TV never worked. The hallways were so humid and hot and the elevator felt like it was about to just stop working work you inside of it.

Upon check-in, my room smell the smoke even though the whole floor is supposed to be not smoking or is makeup prints all over the bathroom door. The ac worked well in the room The pool was disgusting and not well kept generally. My towels in my room were so old that when I went to dry off with them they ripped. The room was very antiquated and the bathroom looked like a gas station bathroom. Handles on doors and towel/toilet paper holders were coming out of the wall. The light fixtures were not properly installed. The beds were lumpy and old and hard. The management did nothing about guests running up and down the halls slamming doors and partying. The breakfast was not kept up with there was hardly any options and it was dirty we did not eat there.

These were the worst in years and we have to travel a lot. I have back pain due to the poor, poor quality of your mattresses now at home we use very good quality mattresses the nectar brand . I liked the landscaping and the water fountain was pretty. In the back, however there were cigarettes on the ground, and there is an ash try right there. I ran out of shampoo in the shower,but I had brought my own,and the body soap was empty as well. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a table on one side of the bed I had to move a chair and the lighting wasn't too good. The breakfast was amazing and tasty.

The first day the bacon was burnt and oily. They tried their best to keep up, but there was a lot of guests in and out. The second day, the scrambled eggs were like a weird textured jelly melting in my mouth. They were disgusting. The staff was very nice. They helped as much as they could at all times. They were all so friendly and fun.

After I got a new room hotel was just fine but first impressions made me never want to stay at a Hilton ever again.

Clean room, great area in Frisco! You can get to most places in 5-10 minutes and they have great food selections around! Mini fridge, microwave, tv, desk if you need to do some work, very nicely kept! Staff is super nice and inviting! Would definitely recommend staying here!

It's the worst place I've ever stayed, the air conditioning didn't work and in the morning I needed to go to work very early there was no hot water, I tried to talk to the receptionist and he wasn't there.

I was given a room designated for handicapped. There was no bathtub in the bathroom and the water from the shower spilled over the entire floor of the bathroom. Made cleaning ourselves and out small children more difficult.

Super clean and comfortable, bed comfortable, nice hot shower, room very efficient with fridge and microwave and room very spacious. Buffet breakfast terrific and was frequently restocked with hot food. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location to Baylor Scott-White Medical Center. Parking was very easy and plenty of luggage carts available. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to book this hotel again if in the area. I’d recommend it, especially if you have a family member in the nearby Baylor Scott-White hospital.

Something was making noises throughout the night, probably in the air conditioning. The staff changed our room for us. Breakfast was good but was the standard given at most hotels. Also wish they had hot water at the breakfast area instead of having to use the lobby each time.

Every thing was fantastic, there was an issue of kids banging on doors drunk in the middle of the night. My mom said I was so tired I slept through it. But apparently they woke several guests up.

This property is conveniently located and the first impression is good. However the sink and tub were very slow to drain. We I took my shower I stood in soapy water almost to my ankles. The bottom of the tub looked yellowed from being backed up so often. The room was now lighted well. Needs task lighting over the microwave and over the coffee area. Otherwise the room was clean and furnished well.

used my cellphone to call the front desk. I was told someone would fix the phone & spray the room the next day. It did NOT happen.

TV service lost signal and the AC was loud. The breakfast was below average.

I felt unsafe, the side entry door did not close all the way which gives access to anyone without a key. On the back side of the parking area, there were homeless people asleep at night by the bushes. The hallways looked like had never been vacuumed. Random man walking through the hotel never went into a room just walked to the pool and back out, no one from the front available to see him and ask him if he needed help. We paid 75 pet fee and was put in "The Pet Room" my small 5 lb dog does not even smell close to what that room smelled like. Not fair to put us in a room that is designated for pets, not all pets stink like that room did.

The breakfasts were really good with differing main egg dishes each day. The beds were comfy though at 107 degrees took a bit to get the room cool down. The only issue was that the ac was extremely loud

Great rooms with plenty of space for us. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The kids enjoyed the waffles each morning. This hotel is close to all the best restaurants and shopping we could have ever wanted!

Hotel was conveniently located in Frisco. Clean room and friendly staff. Only knock was the pool was closed on the 2nd day we were there. With 2 kids, that was a huge disappointment as we look for hotels with nice pools to entertain them. A refund of some kind would have been nice.

Everything was great. The only complaints is that we were there for a basketball tournament and we needed the washer, they were down. We had to find a laundry mat to clean uniforms. Also, housekeeping was every other day so we needed towels. Other than that everything else was great.

Nice hotel. Several things that were not working, like ice makers. Drain in our room's bathroom missing cover and was kind of gross. It felt like some repairs needed to be made that just weren't. But it was comfortable and quiet. Park next door was very nice. Easy to get to on and off the freeway. Would stay again.

Some updates were done. We stayed 2 separate times and both rooms had air conditioning issues with noise. The second stay the pillows were not good. Updates made to lobby and breakfast area but other areas not done.

Elevators do not work, phones in room do not work, refrigerator in room does not work. Several folks including myself got stuck in elevator. Only one elevator was partially working. Dangerous for guests. Do Not recommend this hotel!

I was upset with our room as it had a loud annoying rattle & hum day and night, I brought it to the attention to the front desk & mgr & they were aware of the problem, but still booked it, I expressed to them it would’ve been nice if they made me aware of the problems & let me go into the room to see if I would be ok but was never given that option or the option to cancel, I was given a refund for one night but I asked for two nights refunded as those nights we didn’t get any sleep, they did finally moved us to a different room on our last night which I agreed to pay for since their were no issues with that room. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the elevators; their were droplets of blood like someone had a cut on their bare feet, all three days it was not cleaned up…I always stay at this site when in town, but after this stay I’m considering other hotels in the vicinity. Just disappointed with this visit.

The hotel was fine in many respects with a convenient location and parking, but our toilet would only flush every 20 minutes or so, the shower was miserable and falling apart, the window condensation was dripping on the carpet making the whole room mildew scented and several things were broken. If we had the time for it, we would have complained, but were on a tight schedule and felt stuck.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The room had a few small things were broken. The towel hooks and toilet paper roll holder were broken. And there was no top sheet on one of the beds. Nothing to make me not book again! The area was beautiful and has become our favorite area to stay in. It’s so quiet and safe and so many amenities close!

I chose to sat here because i had stayed at a previous Hampton in the past and it was very nice and clean. This location however even though was very convenient was not as clean. For being first impression the lobby floors & elevators looked like it they had not been swept or mopped in several days. There was also a funky smell on the 6th floor getting off the elevators. Overall it was an okay stay but would not stay at this location again.

Our hand towels had left over makeup on them, a tile was popped out in the closet, the door for the fridge was messed up and the door to our room was really difficult to close and open, you could push it open a little without the key.

Dirty towels in the bathroom I know for an absolute fact we were checked in before we got there and the room we reserved was given to someone else. Elevator is so loud you can’t sleep if you’re close to it.

The tub drain in room 505 needs to be checked, its capacity has been compromised.

Good location for our needs. Nice room, spacious. We didn’t eat there, but breakfast smelled good. I wish there had been a variety of pillow sizes. They were all pretty thick!

The water pressure in the shower room 502 needs to be looked at. The hot water is warm not hot.

We’ve just had to wait over an hour at an unmanned front desk - from around 7 pm till well after 8. Will NEVER stay here again & am in this area often.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, we were told they had given all those rooms away. We were offered a single queen w/ pullout couch. It was late, and we were tired from traveling. We agreed and were given keys to Room 220. When we entered the room, it had not been cleaned. There were dirty coffee cups on the floor, no sheets on the bed, a dirty comforter thrown over a chair in the corner, etc. We went back downstairs and requested a new room. We were given keys to Room 520. It was not much better. While waiting in the lobby for my husband to check 520 before lugging our kids and luggage up again, I literally could not let my son lie down on the couch - it was that dirty. The floors in the lobby had food, leaves, and dirt ground into them, the walls and elevators had coffee stains… We were only in town for a soccer tournament and not in a position to be spending a lot of time at the hotel, but it was so bad that we checked out and left. We were told we’ll get a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. This was easily the worst hotel we have ever set foot in. We booked Omni PGA and had a wonderful weekend.

It was my shock to discover that I was put in a room that hasn't received room service. There was garabge from the previois guest and one of the beds had the sheets taken off and placed on the tv, the bathroom had all used towels on the floor. That was very disappointing if it wasn't for the time i would of went to a different hotel. Once this was brought up to the receptionist which by the way was a gentleman, when i first arrived it was a lady. I recieved no apologies regarding that incident. I travel alot, and when I tell you that the rooms are dirty! Ooo i also did a eaely check out and the cleaning lady noticed and asked me not to tell the front desk since she didn't wanna clean it. Morale of the rant, the cleanliness culture has to change.

The staff present when we checked in were very kind and professional. When we needed to change rooms due to a climate control issue, the process went smoothly. A backup roll of toilet paper is what I think should be in the room, there was not. One of the bath towels appeared to have been folded while it was still damp, we didn’t expect that.. Overall positive experience due to the kindness at check in..

Everything was great just the pillows were super small. Ive never seen a hotel with half the pillow size of a normal pillow.

Sheets on the bed literally had spots of blood on them. I asked the front desk if they can have house keeping change them out the next day. When we got back, the sheets were never changed out. We told management the day we checked out and all were told was that they would be in contact with us. Never received a phone call.

Beautiful hotel but lacking the proper furniture in the room for clothing storage. No drawers to put clothing in. No daily towel or room cleaning service. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well kept. The area was beautiful. The adjacent property (apartment) had some type of outdoor event going late at night which included some loud music that was disturbing.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only tougher part for me was some of the lights were burnt out in my room, the body wash was empty, and the AC was screeching at different intervals so staying in the room had its downsides.

Just what we needed for a shopping trip into Dallas. The staff were efficient. There were a large number you young people in residence for a Baskeball tournament. But our floor was quiet and our nights sleep uninterrupted.
