    Its was a bad experience , room carpet was sticky , look like bed sheets were not replaced since ages. I feel itching on bed.Rooms has a smell due to carpet. The worst thing the room curtain was clear one so at night light comes from street liight and ofcourse there is too much light in room.Breakfast was okay.

    The room this stay was the worst ever. The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and so bad we were worried it would break. Other people staying there had no courtesy for others trying to sleep. This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!

    We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

    Staff is very friendly. The rooms need updating especially the toilets which are too low for anyone with joint issues. The bathrooms are in need of the most updating. Breakfast is okay, but the muffins are usually stale. Waffles are great,but powdered eggs are never very tasty. This recent stay the room was not as clean as usual...crumbs in the chairs and the seal around the refrigerator was filthy. We'll be back because of the convenience, but spend a little cash to make it even better!

    Remote didn’t work, leak in the ceiling above the toilet that dripped on me every time and left a wet floor. Dirty, dusty curtains and vents. AC was struggling to cool, towels were like Brillo pads and breakfast was pitiful. Had a two night stay and checked out after night one.

    First floor stay, and the banging in the laundry room by the staff opening and closing washer and dryer doors was ridiculous at the early morning hours. Wick air fresheners throughout the room and bathroom was tacky for a hotel. The only bright spot that was very helpful, was that they allowed a later than normal check-out at 1p due to the horrible morning experience with stupid noise. That was helpful for my circumstance.

    Because of these issues, we did not stay at the hotel and had to find another place to stay that same night. We documented the conditions with photos and later contacted Hotels.com regarding the situation. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of proper cleanliness standards and have yet to have anyone reach out with a response.

    Honestly not sure why this hotel was rated as high as it is. Staff was hit and miss. Some were completely rude while others seemed unaware of how to do their job. Hotel lobby was a mess when we arrived. Trash and dirt all over the floor. Breakfast was a joke. We had to change rooms twice to horrible smells coming from the bathroom. The upside is it's right in between some of the best food we have eaten in a long time.

    The location is very central to the city. Carpet in our room was sticky. There was a sock and empty wine bottle left under the bed. The walls were dirty in places. Bathroom was clean but stained in places. The carpet was wavy and coming off the floor in the dining area as well. The chair upholstery was cracked and stained. Everything was just run down.

    I was so surprised how clean this hotel was. It was not my first choice but all the hotels in the area were book. The hotel was clean and they had free hot breakfast, free WiFi, microwave, and refrigerator. More than a 4 star would offer. Definitely needs some upgrades but I would stay here again the next time when I’m in town.

    The bed sheets had visible stains on them. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and had to request clean sheets myself. At that price point, that is completely unacceptable. Clean bedding is the bare minimum. There are plenty of hotels charging the same rate that are actually clean and well-maintained, so there’s no excuse for this. Then at check-out, the front desk interaction made things worse. When I asked for my ID back, the employee mike told me “let me go check your room” with no explanation. When I asked why, he just said “that’s what we do,” and then stood there staring at me in a very uncomfortable, almost creepy way. If that’s your policy, explain it properly. Don’t make guests feel uncomfortable. And somehow, this place still requires a $100 deposit, while not even meeting basic cleanliness standards? Between the dirty room and the unprofessional staff behavior, I would not stay here again. Do better. The fact that my experience was dismissed entirely especially with the dirty sheets and unclean room just reinforced this review. i had posted on google

    Everything went smooth. Arrived several hours earlier than check-in time, but staff graciously allowed me to park my car in their lot until I checked in later that night. this allowed me to attend the Texas Pinball Festival knowing my car was safe and wouldn't be towed. Room was spotless, and breakfast was good.

    Our room was quiet, bed good, lots of pillow choices. The area has lots of shopping and restaurants all within 30 minute walk. I was dissapointed there was no public transportation (city buses) in such a large area. We used Uber.

    Room was clean. The portico was damaged and had been for awhile and was just hanging drywall and stucco, it was a hazard that has not been addressed in some time. The "breakfast" was lacking. However, for the price I assumed there would be minor issues and I was correct. BTW the Pool is in constant shade so plan accordingly.

    Never again will I stay at this hotel! I changed my reservation added a night I was given a total on the phone and was told to pay the difference when I checked in. When I arrived my total due had tripled!!!! I had no choice but to pay because I had my child with me and it was late to drive around town looking for another room. The property had the drive way blocked off because it’s falling down the sliding doors didn’t work, my room was missing bed sheets, towels and I checked in at 9pm!

    When we drove up there was a collision business in front and made it look like a dump. Then when we got back to the hotel there was caution tape all around the front with a partial roof collapse. I called the home office and told them we were concerned about staying there. My husband went in while I was on the phone and they told him that an 18 wheeler had hit it. We went on in because of location. It was dated and not a friendly staff. I won't stay there again.

    Got in late due to late games/tournament and had easy check in. Removed stars due to rude lady in the morning. We specifically chose this hotel so we can grab some quick breakfast in the morning but we had to leave earlier due to change in games. On the way to check out at 6:30am, I kindly ask lady if we can just have 2 bananas since we were heading straight to a game but she told us “no, breakfast starts at 7”. I advised I see that but it’s just 2 bananas since we thought we would be able to get breakfast since it was included in our stay. She refused and reminded me again that breakfast starts at 7am! I don’t understand how 2 bananas would cause her any harm!

    Safety is important! The outside needs to be addressed before the wood collapses. The elevator was swaying and we weren’t at weight capacity with two small people. And the most important thing!! CHECK YOUR ROOMS!! Issuing a key to a room already occupied is and will always be unacceptable!

    Not good from the start, checked in and went to the room, door was open and room was dirty. Went back to lobby and was send to a second room that was supposedly clean but was not cleaned well at all. Left the property for a bit, we decided we did not want to stay in a dirty room. We went to try and cancel for a refund. There were people in lobby so we just said our plans changed to not start drama in front of other guests. We were denied a refund and called hotels.com they contacted the property and still denied the refundm Poor buisness would not recommend ever.

    Hotel is a little older and in need of some updates. Room was clean but needed new flooring tile in bathroom as it was cracked and loose, carpet appeared to be dirty and one of the chairs in the room had very bad wear with something spilled all over it. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Breakfast was great with lots to things to pick from.

    The room is in need of an actual cleaning. We found socks in the freezer, mold accroos the walls in the bathrrom, dust everywhere, and a baggage tag in the refrigerator from a previous guest. You can not telll me they cleaned the room in-between guest. Absolutely not worth the price we paid.

    Woke up to a fire alarm at 6am . Left room came back & had multiple items missing . Called front desk and all they said was sorry . None of my items were valuable thankfully but they went missing and no one took accountability for them .     This is a very old hotel. The picture that it shows on hotels.com is incorrect. This is not what the hotel looks like. I stayed three nights and on the first night I saw a pigeon walking around in the entranceway. I left to go to a meeting and when I came back during lunchtime, I saw a dead pigeon in the entranceway. I went to my room to grab some things and left. When I came back after 5 o’clock, that pigeon was still in the entranceway and it had been ran over apparently by a vehicle. Because there’s blood and guts all over the entranceway. This was something that should’ve been cleaned up immediately. It was not. I mentioned this to the front office and the lady they asked me where it was. I showed it to her and she told me that they would clean it up. I went to my room two hours later. I went out from dinner. The pigeon was still there. This is totally unacceptable. It makes me nauseous thinking about it right now. This hotel did not meet my expectations.

    The staff here welcome you & are genuinely happy to see you. When I combine the super clean room, instant hot water in the shower, the very nice fluffy towels & the breakfast it makes this stay unforgettable.     The sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the room was not. I dropped something under the bed and went to retrieve it but the amount of disgust under the bed made me sick. There was food under the bed, toys, amongst a plethora of other unknown items. The bathroom was also in a horrific state. There was loads of hair and toothpick flossers. I was astounded and disgusted by it. I know we didn’t pay much but for how dirty it was I’d say we should have paid half.

    This property was absolutely filthy. The rooms smelled awful. I was with my family and we transferred rooms after being in the original room less than 2 minutes. The second room was the same and we left. Absolute dump of a hotel, avoid at all costs.

    Run by greedy and unfriendly immigrants. I was charged $250 for "smoking in the room" Since they had my card on file they charged $250 though I was told the deposit was $100. I nor my friend smoke and I was unaware until I saw the charge on my card. I called and went in person but could never get to the manager. DO NOT STAY HERE! This isn't the first time an Indian owned hotel charged for a made up reason, but it will be the last.

    Do not stay here! The staff member that was supposed to be working was outside our window drinking withba friend all nifht keeping us up from talking so loud. The lady the next day was rude, hateful and all but called me a liar. They then tried to tell me for the time I was trying to contact the front desk, the employee was outside trying to get the guy outside to be quiet. They are lying about that, we both witnessed the employee drinking under our window being extremely loud talking and listening to music. Stay away from this place at all cost!

    Run. This hotel is very trashy. They sneak hidden fees, charge extra at check in, and the girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude. They claim to have one person in management and you can only reach them by email. Waste of money.

    3rd floor room, nice elevated ceiling. Sorely lacking hooks in bathroom. Mild mildew smell in bathroom. Breakfast may have been the worst we've had--no fruit, weak coffee, half of the days there were no eggs (they didn't run out). On no-eggs days, they served sausage patties AND links, and biscuits that were okay. Buffet staff was very nice. Front desk staff seemed out of it. Tried to get a south-facing room and were told rooms are issued randomly, and we couldn't make a request. New carpet throughout!

    Bathroom,sink, walls were nasty. Ceiling was mold or something. Not to mention, I chosen to pay at property (Book now pay later)and they ran my card before it was time to even check in. When i called and asked why and response was basically they did it because they wanted to. So happen my card was locked. Rooms need upgraded. I stayed 2 nights and house keeping didn't offer anything!!! I have pictures and it will not let me load me load them.

    The day we checked out, we left for an appointment early in the morning and came back at 10:30 a.m. to get our stuff and check out. The key card had already been deactivated and we got locked out of our room. We had to go back downstairs and have the man reactivate our key card. He said they deactivate close to check out. The card should not deactivate until 11 since we need to get our stuff and load the car in multiple trips. Frustrating.

    Check in time took longer than expected. It also only had one person at the front counter. There was an issue with them accepting my car type and once in at 3 o’clock with our check in our room wasn’t ready till 445. The room was tidy, but cleaning this in the bathroom was not very good around the toilet around the floor was like a cracking like when she stepped on it it lifts up of course Lance has staining on it, and there was dust. We were in a hurry so we didn’t get to fully expect the room, but those are the first things offsite was the bathroom stains and the cracking of the floor and the water pressure from the shower elevator looks very beaten and it makes some noise but the lobby was clean. It was a rainy day, but it was still clean. The walls are very thin. You can hear the person on the room next to you having a conversation Because I’ve been on better comfort suites I would not visit this one or say again based off of the clue, this was not superior.

    The staff was very nice. The room was ok, but could use a good deep clean. Things like the sink had obvious build up. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and the floor needed deep cleaning. The toiletries offered were not the best. Also, the outside curtains could not be pulled leaving us feeling wide open to the outside.

    They had feces in the laundry machine, my clothes got infected and smelled terrible I had to throw them away. The staff was so rude the manager cussed me out and had no solution at all. They were so rude and disrespectful. The phone in the room didn't work, the wifi was slow. The floors were dirty. The outside was very rusty and wood was breaking. The curtain in the room didn't cover the entire window and there was so much noises from the next door room and from the outside, the walls were so thin. This was the worst stay I have ever had.
