The room was clean. But the bathtub looked like it really could use a refresh. Also there was a mystery stain on the carpet. And the hard floors near the sink and bathroom were not wet but felt kind of oily and slippery so I did not walk on them without shoes... And the sheets had holes in them like cigarette burns... But I was in a non smoking room. Just not as good as it's been in the past. Kinda disappointed because I liked this hotel, but I think their standards are slipping.

Rooms were large. Air conditioning worked great. Good strategic location. Area of town a litle rough. Has everything and more of what you would expect from a nice motel/hotel at a reasonable price. Every major hwy in Fort Worth at your finger tips. I had no complaints.

The room was a decent size! There was a roach in the bathroom sink. The hallway in the hotel as well as the breakfast room was extremely hot. The breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast, it was more of a grab n go but you couldn’t go because you weren’t allowed to take drinks or food out of the breakfast room.

The property had a comfortable room and tv, the staff are very welcoming All the homeless people, can’t walk out side without everyone mad dogging you like they want to fight you.

The pool was closed. The key lock on the door at the back of the motel was broken. Anyone could come in.

Vending machines broken, pool drained and green, pull out couch did not have linen and staff refused to supply blankets or linen- said only get the sheets on the two beds in room. Something was going on at night to much lady's holler at night getting hurt by men doors slamming have the night an people walking . To much traffic. Was there in snow storm .

They offer a light breakfast. I arrived to the property at 11:30p in 31 degree weather with a fever only to find out my reservation was for the next day. I attempted to change or cancel existing reservation; however, staff would not allow. I had to leave and stay at a competitor Five days later, still no refund, no approved cancelation OR new reservation. Basically, I got screwed.

Nothing They had roaches

It was somewhere to stay during a snow storm All of it, tried to checked in but they didn’t have my conformation right away. Was asked to come back in 15 min to check in during a snow storm. Asked to at least use the restroom but clerk told me they had no public restrooms. Came back 30 min later.. Finally checked in. The first room I was given front desk clerk had to change it since the people next to that were arguing with police and getting tossed out. They gave us a room 2 rooms down. Still could hear all the arguments and yelling for at least 30 mins. Breakfast was literally nothing. Morning clerk questioned my family which room they were staying in before he unlocked the doors for them to go get their so called breakfast. Which was cereal with only enough milk for 1 person and 1 pack of small donuts. Very rude staff from check in to check out. Would not recommend staying here!

The person who attended me on May 5 at approximately 9 pm, was racist, only when he saw my ID and looked at my face he told me that there was no room for me, I asked him why? And he answered me because yes. I told him that I had a reservation made and paid for and changed his way of treating me a little, but it was still a rude treatment. To all the Hispanic and Mexican people if you read this message do not come to this hotel it is terrible the treatment and very racist

The staff at the desk was extremely rude including admitting that they lied to the booking agent when they called for a manager. Signage at the window implies that you can book rooms by the hour, the shower took 30 minutes to drain.

I enjoyed my brief stay here. It was close to my job. The hotel itself needs some renovations, especially when it comes to their ceilings and bathrooms. Other than that, the decor and hotel is beautiful, with friendly staff members.

We were over booked at the hotel. Your rep relocated us to this location. The hotel had cockroaches and their was stains on all the walls. Like people wiped snot all over it. I would like to talk to a rep. about the way we were rebooked. And why it still cost me over 200.00

Even though there wasn't supposed to be smoking in the hotel, it stunk of old cigarette smoke and some of our blankets had cigarette burns on them. Once we got to our room, we had to kill two roaches. I guess the room was ok other than that, but it was a bit rough to try and get extra towels for the 3rd person that was traveling with us and extra pillows.

It’s been the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The room needs plenty of maintenance and cleaning to be done. I was extremely disappointed when I open the room I was given.

The rooms are spacious. It was clean. The property is old but well to taken care of. They allowed our pit bull without any problems. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and pre-packaged honey buns. Coffee was drinkable so was the juice. Only problem was the smell of marijuana through out the building. And the neighborhood isn't too friendly but nothing happened to our vehicle and we had some pretty expensive stuff in the bed of the truck. It was all there the next morning

No breakfast like they advertised. Got the room for my brother who's truck had broken down. I put the room in his name but I paid for it. Gave him a hard time checking in. I even called the property beforehand to make sure it would be ok. It was just more convenient for me to pay for it because he was trying to get his truck fixed. A big inconvenience after being in the heat all day.

My husband and I booked here specifically for the pool but when we arrived in July it wasn’t open, then there were no refunds. In the morning, their “continental breakfast” consisted of only water to drink, Activia yogurts, and gross looking muffins. They didn’t even have toast.

When we arrived the outside looked clean, however broken down cars in parking lot. The inside was nasty stains everywhere, holes in blankets, stained bathtubs, gross floors. Breakfast was ridiculous hard muffins, no apple juice just came out water, sticky rat traps next to counters. In the morning staff was in a literal argument with people who were staying there. I’ve never worried more about where my kids and I laid our heads until we stayed here. We showed up around 130am and made sure to checkout at 8am

Economical property that is nice for the price.

The first impression upon checkin was the number of people lingering in the area of the property and the overwhelming smell of weed. Our room, however, was clean and didn’t smell bad at all when we checked in. Later that night there must’ve been a lot of smoking around us because our room began to smell a lot like cigarettes and some like weed. The traffic noise was a little rough. The breakfast was very lame. It was pretty inexpensive and since the room was overall clean, it wasn’t terrible for a one night quick stay.

The hotel was adequate and served a putpose. We weren't on-site much so we didnt need much. Breakfast wasn't great, but we managed. The staff was friendly when we needed to interract with them. All-in-all we had a good stay.

It felt safe. Parking for my bobtail was easy. Bed was comfortable and the water was HOT. More foot traffic than I would like, but otherwise quiet. I wish all the floor was vinyl plank instead of part carpet. Door needs a sweep to keep light out.

The only problem we had was being able to smell cigarette smoke in our non smoking room.

Nice staff, but the place is a bit rundown. There were several broken air conditioners in the lobby, for example. No elevator. The "breakfast" consisted of corn flakes and some yogurt cups. Be honest in your listing if you are not really providing breakfast. No fruit. No waffle-maker.

Didn’t have much for breakfast just cereal.

Hard to have coffee when they provide coffee and coffee maker but no coffee pot. No ashtrays in the room either, luckily I was able to bring my own in. Also, there was a soft spot/ hole in the bottom of the tub that almost caused me to fall. That's not very safe and could cause some lawsuits if someone fell and broke something.
