Over all it's a very good hotel to stay in. The wife and I have made it our go-to hotel when we come back to Fort Worth.

Great staff! Mormon at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! He helped us at least three different times and was always there. Clean room and good bedding. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Great value for the price and easy access. We came in town for graduation and would definitely stay here again.

Only not so good was the breakfast. Need to improve on the taste of the buffet food. But make your own waffles was good.

Parking was easy, staff was amazing and welcoming, rooms were serviced everyday of our stay and breakfast was top tier. Only issue I ever had was the bed being a little stiff ( as all hotel beds are), and it being a bit noisy after hours (it’s going to be noisy next to a major highway).

There were huge brown stains on the carpet next to the bed, all the cabinets were dented and dirty, and they would not let us out of the charge so we had to stay the first night before leaving. Totally gross.

The hotel was great, parking and checkin/out were easy. The only “complaint” is the water pressure in our bathroom was really off; the sink was too powerful, while the shower head had little to no pressure, and same with the toilet- which didn’t want to flush due to the low pressure and low water in the tank. The hotel rooms are very nice!

The traffic noise was unbearable. Uninterrupted sleep was impossible. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. It's apparent that this is an older property and the condition is commensurate with its age (but rather well taken care of I may add). The biggest negative is the pricing for this property. It is not worth the amount charged per night compared to other properties with similar amenities.

The breakfast really was nice, we had waffles, there was a yogurt bar with fruit and oat toppings, eggs and sausage, milk, juice choices, coffee bar, and even sodas. At check-in, i asked for a rollaway, and was told they didn't have them (and that the sofa bed WAS the extra bed, even though it wasn't advertisedthat way). The reason we booked the room with a queen bed and sofa bed, was because in the description of amenities, it specifically stated they had free rollaways/extra bed, so our teen daughter and son could each have a bed to themselves, and husband and i in the main bed... but me and daughter had to share a bed, while husband and son slept on the sofa bed. Very disappointing. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and things were pretty clean (except under the sofa bed, it could've been vacuumed). Bathroom was VERY tight, and we're all smaller people... no privacy area to get dressed, and lighting on vanity was quite dim. Separated tile sticking up in front of the shower, and scratches on end table...i really wouldn't think 3 star hotel. Overall, i am upset that we didn't get an extra bed that was advertised we could not only get, but get for free, and the rate was high for what we ended up with. I've stayed at lower hotels (price and rating) with much more comfort, and I'm usually not very difficult to please.

What I liked about the property was how nice the hotel room was and the location. What I didn’t like about the property was getting an unbounded visit from maintenance needing to come into my hotel room to get a fire extinguisher.

Our room clearly had a smoke in our room or in the ventilation to our room. It smelled smokey in check in and got wise through the day and really bad in the night - horrible. It smells like a heavy smoker was in our room!

Everything was great. The only thing I noticed was I think the person who had the room before toasted an onion or everything bagel and it has left a smell that hasn’t left yet after two nights. Outdoor pool was fun.

A variety of breakfast options: two types of very good scones, yogurt to serve on your bowl with fresh fruit toppings, waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, etc. That Saturday morning they had sweet potato hush browns, cheese omelettes, and sausage links. They had salsa (Pace type) and shredded cheese next to the omelettes, and some hot bottled sauces. A staff member told me they change the hot items every day, sometimes it’s going to be scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, white or red potato hush browns, etc. The unique thing about this hotel is that they have a social 3 days a week during which they provide a different hot dish in the cafeteria like nachos, chili, meatballs in different sauces, etc, and even wine, from 5:30-7 pm. The only two things that were not quite as good were the pillows, kind of flat, but I LOVED THE SHEETS!!! They felt cool and smooth. The second thing, when the elevator doors opened in the 4th floor it smelled like someone had been smoking something illegal in the state of TX, however, our room smelled clean!!! I hope my lengthy review will be helpful to someone else in deciding whether or not to stay at this hotel. As for me, I’m looking for another excuse to come to the area so I can stay at the Staybridge again!

We later found that if we turned on the bathroom vent and closed the door, it kept the smell from entering our room. Notified the front desk but what really could they do…just sad that these weed vapors ruin it for everyone there. We’ll just have to pay more next time to stay at a nicer hotel…

1.People upstairs were noisy. So maybe when someone is 300lbs you put them on the ground floor! 2.People allowed to lounge and not eat in dining area, no place to sit and eat breakfast. 3.ottomans in room on wheels went to sit and they rolled away causing us to fall. very uncomfortable.

The first night we were placed next to a freeway. No sleep at all that night. The next 6 nights we were placed away from that area. It was alot quieter

Every person we dealt with at the front desk was rude, couldn’t provide extra towels or an extra blanket, there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the water never got hot even though it was turned on hot as far as it would go. Chose the pay at property option on the hotels.com app but the hotel took the money out of my account before even leaving my home all the way in Houston to go on the trip to Fort Worth. Definitely was not worth the $400 that we spent to stay at this property for the weekend.

The room had a very distinctive stench. A very strong chemical smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable! And clearly the room had been treated with some sort of chemicals because of smoking or water damage.

Baseboards are very dirty. Water Pressure was low and didn’t get hot but only warm. Bed and couch were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Great coffee, and you can use the indoor pool next door if you don’t want to use their outdoor pool.

Customer service is a big one for me. It sets the tone for the entire experience. The desk attendant, Melissa, was professional, friendly, and proactively helpful. She interacted with us every time we passed through the lobby and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Kudos to her. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the suite was well appointed and very clean. This was my first experience with Staybridge and it is definitely on the very short list of places I’m willing to stay when traveling. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality we received at your beautiful property.

Overall the experience was great. The only negative is the fact since it was pet friendly there were guest that do not pick up after there pets outside and it was not very pleasant. Made front desk aware and was never addressed. Could of had a better selection during breakfast also.

It was a great stay. The room was tidy and comfortable. It was stocked with extra everything. The breakfast was a good selection and they even had a social event during the week with wine and food. I plan on staying again when we come back in a few months. The area is also close to restaurants, movie theater, gas stations, whatever you need.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the friendly check-out, we were always acknowledged kindly by staff. Breakfast was hot and delicious both mornings and the dining area was kept very clean. I requested an extra pillow at the front desk and one was delivered to my room within minutes. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay at this Staybridge Suites location.

My wife and I spent three nights at this location with two of our kids (17 and 14). Had a great time. Hotel was in excellent condition, room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was outstanding. While we didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel (Cowboys game, friend that lives in the area, sightseeing), I give this location a very high rating. Would certainly stay there again when in town.

The property was exactly as listed online, even the pictures. We’ve never been more pleasantly surprised and pleased with our stay anywhere. Will always book here from now on! We hope they have more properties in other places as well.

Everything was just like the pictures!

Amazing place to stay! Clean, quiet with great service! Good breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows..but the pool!! The pool was awesome! They even had a BBQ area for guests. Definitely recommend staying here when in fort worth!

Room was not clean. There was red stains on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape. The cushions sunk in making it hard to sit on. The breakfast was barely edable. The eggs and sausage looked boiled. The front desk clerk didnt even instruct is where to go. We had to wander around to find the elevator. She didnt even botber to teml us what floor or room. We wont stay here again.

Clean shower with nice tile, with good water pressure. Nice fresh white bedding. All the things I needed in the room (iron, coffee pot, body wash, extra pilllows etc).

Check in was and hour and 15 minutes over due, sat in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready and wanting till 415, the staff didnt come and let us know when our room was ready, went to our room twice to check, 1st time 1 lady was working on it the 2nd time we went and two ladys was finishing, so we waited in the hallway, never got an apologie dont see why they couldn't give us another room or something!! Terrible service

The pull out sofa bed is a joke. Barely fits 2 smaller kids and is very uncomfortable. Free breakfast was nice. Good options. Tasted good.

I called to see if a 45 minute early check-in would be available and they had a room ready. We checked in. The rooms were of good size and situated well. Everything was clean and the beds were good. I wish we had the time to have stayed longer.

The "dinners" are very nice too however I wish fresh veggies and fruit could be offered as well. I understand it's free so something is better then nothing. The breakfast are wonderful! The staff were really on top of it and kept the area really clean. This was our second stay at this property and we will be back again!

Tv never worked. Otherwise good stay.

everything was working well other than one elevator only and stairs were outside the bldg. otherwise all is fine

Really good value, much cheaper than other hotels just a little bit closer to downtown. No complaints. Hotel was clean and quiet. We loved the breakfast bar.

Lots of noise from the interstate, had to wear ear plugs. Not the cleanest place - housekeeping did not come in one time. Staff was friendly enough, in a decent area.

Great hotel, super clean, convenient location and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and common areas were always clean. We'll stay here again if we return to the DFW area.

I decided to not stay for the following week because the water pressure in the shower and bathroom faucet were terribly low. It made for an uncomfortable experience and even after switching rooms the problem was not fixed. Also some rooms have little to no hot water if they're too far from the boiler room. Even if you are showering at 5am when no one is awake. Some parts of the carpet in my first and second room had stains which did not make me feel super comfortable walking around.
