Booked the wrong room but was able to upgrade for a small fee. The staff was helpful and the property was very well kept. Will definitely stay here again!!

The ease and convenience to the major hwy access. The spacious rooms. Breakfast included. There was a foul smell every time we walked into the hotel hallways , and elevators even the room smelled like burnt hair or burnt rubber. The room was not serviced on a daily. Had to mention the smells to the manager and seems like there was only a room diffuser sprayed to temporarily mask the smell. The rooms were outdated and dusty along with dirt and smudges on the walls.

The couch pull out bed was worn out for daughter. do she just slept on the cushions.

I traveled with wife and little kid. My room was visibly worn out. The chair stank, the carpet was torn, and above all, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I wouldn't go back there even if they paid me. It was far from my expectations and definitely not something sipposed to happen from that booking ranking.

The breakfast was excellent and was partially different each day I stayed. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. My room had not been cleaned before I arrived, so they had to send someone up to do it while I waited, otherwise I'd have to change rooms and be away from my group. They were apologetic though, and had it done promptly.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s always been an enjoyable stay. Clean comfortable rooms and the breakfast is always great. Staff was very helpful with anything I needed as well.

The room is not clean Spider webs visible around the ceiling lamp Stains everywhere on the furniture. Did not worth the price for sure.

The staff were very courteous. Our room was on bottom floor and it was horrible! We hardly slept, we could hear the pipes making noises when people upstairs used the restroom or ran the shower. Also, the AC unit outside was so loud everytime it turned on, it would make a loud annoying noise. I was disappointed because it was the first time we stayed there.

The location was good, close to restaurants in the highway. My only complaint is that there were a bunch of stains on the floor so it made it seem a little bit less clean. We also stayed on our way out in a different room and there was a big stain on the curtains. Otherwise a good place to stay.

We were on vacation,so we purchased one night stay, we got to the room late by 11pm and when we got to our room is was gross, it was very humid & hot with smell, as soon as we turn on the lights we saw a huge bug on the kitchen floor, then we inspected the bathroom to find another bug by doorway, so just to check we inspected our bed & found a bug under the pillow as well, we just grabbed our things & checked RIGHT BACK OUT

Everything was great except we almost asked to switch rooms because the smell of air freshener in the air was totally overwhelming. Tried to open a window but that didn’t work. By morning my throat hurt badly but the smell had dissipated thank goodness

Only issue I have is with the $5 a night to park. Have never had to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at!

It doesn't say that there is a nightly parking fee to stay there. Had to find that out from the front desk clerk. He was nice. Got to the room and it was a nice size. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows sinked in soon as your head hits it. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The WiFi was horrible. You only get about 4-6 mbps. My phone Hotspot pushed out more than that. The kitchenette has two pots and no skillets (I found that ro be weird). The morning breakfast was ok. Nothing to go run and tell your mom about. The afternoon clerk lied about having salt and pepper packets to season food (so get that stuff before you check in). Also, housekeeping will only come to your and change the bedding and replace towels of you're staying there 7 days or more.

Overall stay was great. Breakfast had a variety to choose from and delicious. Hotel staff do have an opportunity on the cleanliness in both restrooms we had. They both had hair in shower area from previous stay.

If you are traveling with children this hotel is not safe at all. The light switch kept cutting on and off, which could’ve electrocuted me in my child as well as the outside door was not securely locked for $700 I could’ve spent it somewhere else where I felt Alittle more safer in a hotel that would’ve treated us better don’t be a fool like me and stay here. I promise you it’s not worth it. I will never stay here again and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.Im not trying too down them, but it’s to make people aware. Oh yeah the key card will have you going to the office a million times to get it reactivated

Absolutely beautiful place, clean, quite and affordable, will definitely be back!

Booked because room information said the room I booked had a bathtub which needed for small children and when we got there they said that room we booked only had a shower which my information from website said we had a bath/shower combo. Very disappointing and mad it how on kids. The hallways also had bad/weird smell. I recommend calling and checking on rooms before booking.

It feel less like a hotel stay, more like an apartment. The staff is always great, especially Sam!

My only complaint was that the cleanliness in our room was subpar. The floors were so gross. I almost feel like the housekeeper potentially left the room and forgot to clean the floor. There was pubic type hair all over both bathrooms and in the shower. The kitchenette floor was full of debris and small drip spills. Did I complain…. no. So that’s on me. I went to the dollar store and bought a broom and “mopped” the floors with Clorox wipes. It’s an extended stay so housekeeping only comes once every 7 days. If you take that out of the equation everything else was fine. Just could’ve been an off room.

The stay was doable for 1night. The place is outdated. The tubs had rust and molding ,safety hazard! The living room tv did not work even after turning it on/off & unplugging it. The size of the suite is nice. Out of 10 stars I’ll give it a 4.

The room was. Remove. I did not expect a kitchenette. We didn’t use it, but it was stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. The refrigerator had an ice maker.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. I really liked the suite layout. I would have given it 5 stars all around but we did NOT have tv service and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. Our suite was well maintained other than the toilet seat - it definitely needed to be replaced.

This property is in a safe neighborhood and looks like a newer build hotel. The suite was spacious with a king size bed, living room, and kitchen. There was also a nice breakfast (hot foods like eggs, pancakes, etc) included with our stay. Suite was clean and had almost everything we needed. We would have preferred an oven or toaster oven to a dishwasher, but other than that, it had a full kitchen. This property is also pet friendly if you need to bring your fur baby.

Unfortunately, could not give 5 stars. The free breakfast needs to be improved and a room with a stove needs to have pots and pans. Upom request we were told that pots and pans were available. However, they did not provide them for either of the two rooms we reserved.

Big room for the cost. Right off the Expressway. Conveniently located near tons of restaurants including Saltgrass. Lots of space for value. Outdoor pool was still open in November! Got to enjoy a quick dip.

We had a room with a separate bedroom as it was very spacious, nice couch, desk, kitchen and sitting area. Pool looked nice but too cold during our visit. Very reasonable cost. Would stay again if in the area

Aesthetics of the property were nice. The breakfast area was pretty good. Everything was clean and fresh. The room was good except for the bathroom. The door was to big for the frame so it wouldn’t shut ( room 13) and there was pink mold in the tub area. I bring my own cleaning supplies so know need to call house keeping. I do think they could do better because you could clearly see where the pink was at. I would stay here again.

I loved that there are 2 separate rooms with their own full bathroom. Area had plenty of places to shop and eat close by. Staff were very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Good location. Plenty of secure parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Well appointed w/full size fridge, elect.stove top, micro wave & dishwasher. Dishes, cups, glasses & utensils provided. Good sized bathroom area. Super comfy king bed. Couch has a pull out bed (not so comfy). A few minor issues. Glass shelf hanging next to bathroom sink was falling out of wall. Shower/tub water diverter wasn’t working properly causing water come out shower head with little pressure. We were in the building on right and the hall had a very odd smell. All said we would stay here again.

Was a great place to stay have no complaints, except beware there is a $5/ day fee to park and a $75 deposit at check-in that was not disclosed when booking. I don't mind paying either of these, but should be disclosed before arrival at property.

I liked having the convenience of home; fridge, stove, full kitchenette and also the separate dining and sitting areas. Also, the shower and toilet are separate from the sink area. I love that it was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This property has a lot of potential. The layout we had with two bedrooms was great for families. Cleanliness was lacking,coffee grounds & coffee still in pot from previous stay (for example) trash overflowing around property. Some updates and some attention to detail (bed & bathroom doors not closing all the way) would go a long way to make this place great.

I booked a room of a king studio then later on got an email to upgrade to king suite..I didn't get a king suite..it was a one bedroom it had a queen bed in it.I mentioned to the front desk and I was told that I should've let them know in the beginning..Ok first of all this hotel should know which rooms are which..ok fine we stayed in the room my question is why should we pay the original price of a room I didnt book?..I think they should've adjusted the price that's all.

Spacious room with two bedrooms. Decent breakfast. We had an issue with check-in with our room size due to booking with third-party, but they took care of it. The second day we noticed there was a lot of mold in the closet on the backside of the bathtub and they didn’t want to move us. However, the manager ended up moving us the next day. Also, the first room we were in had little roaches and they were going to have someone come in and spray, but did not. However, our second room did not have any issues.

I want to warn everyone that yes the rooms themselves were decent, but those front desk employees make you feel so unwelcome. They clearly hate their job. The cleaning staff won’t even make eye contact and just look so miserable. If you have a fear of elevators, these are pretty scary but they do have easy access stairs. There’s these creepy signs on the storage rooms that say “big brother watching” and this hotel is NOT PET FRIENDLY they are in fact only small dog friendly. That was the main reason the bald man with the glasses was a jerk to me because the lady from morning shift cancelled my room for the next night when I told her I had a cat. I am not on vacation, I had to stay here due to a death in my apartment building. So I was not paying attention to the details I just searched pet friendly hotel and got one booked. These are non refundable though, and my apartments were paying for it. As I just lost most of my belongings to the smell of a corpse, I got someone to watch my cat for the second night after they notified me of the rules. I didn’t want to lose $130 as well. These employees and atmosphere take away the comfort that a hotel should provide.

A Beautiful refurbished apartment complex I'm guessing. Wonderfully clean & great breakfast options each morning. Safe & secure area. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It was a bit out of our way for our trip purpose - but worth the drive. My wife enjoyed it, several months ago because it allowed our pet. It has a dog walking area & the elevator is fairly quick. It is quiet, although it is off of the expressway. The breakfast is decent & there are plenty of eateries in the area. Good choice.

This hotel must have been a renovated from an apartment complex. It was not as clean as expected and had a certain smell to it.

Stayed 5 nights, not offered new towels or coffee refills, no garbage removal had to go ask. Very clean & comfortable and very affordable

This was our first time staying here it was very clean and quiet the room was spacious. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook and the staff were friendly and we even got a early check in with no problem. Will stay here again can’t beat the price either.

This hotel is set in buildings - there are several of them. It is fantastic. The check-in was smooth - they did charge me extra for checking in early - we arrived around 11am. The room was fantastic. Clean & spacious. There was no tv remote, so I went to the desk to claim one - the area is equipped with an area to walk the dog. The parking is convenient. I believe there was a charge to self-park as well ($5?) My wife was happy, so I was happy. The elevator was quick - which is also important. Good overall experience. There are some eateries within 2 miles of the hotel...iHop, Texas Roadhouse.

It had every convenience. The only thing to note is how truly sensitive their room keys are. They seem to stop working at the drop of a hat. Also love their breakfast!

The hotel itself was amazing. Clean, comfortable, with built-in ice machine in fridge. But the staff! Wow. Absolutely amazing. I left a blanket my son gave me as a gift and they were so helpful getting it back to me. Big shout out to Bruce for all of his help. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

We really liked this place..Nothing fancy. No hot tub & fancy hotel bar. But clean, safe, convenient. Not too expensive. Staff all great. Don't care gir paying for parking at a place I'm already paying to stay. Don't care for paying $25 to extend checkout one hour either. Overall, nice. Fantastic staff.

Very suitable and loved the variety of breakfast selections. Housekeeping schedule was a little hard to follow as no up front info was provided but other than that, the place was clean and staff were pleasant and responsive to requests.

No cleaning service unless you stay for 7 days, no remote in the room so I had to wait a day to get one. Washer not working, access key deactivated 5 times, no ice machine, free water hidden so they can make money on the bottled water. Staff was friendly.

We found a cockroach in our room. My two year old is allergic to them and woke up in the middle of the night with an allergic reaction. His eyes were swollen, he couldn’t stop scratching his body and he kept coughing so I’m sure there was more than one in the room. I told the front desk and was told , “sorry about that”. It was inexpensive but also I guess you get what you pay for. Everything else was fine.
