The only thing was the elevator kept breaking. I didn't mind being on the 3rd floor as long as the elevator worked. We had to move our rooms

AC turned off nightly. Not sure why. Always had to turn off thermostat and reset! Warm room. Room smelled musty. Carpet smells old. The iron board had a bad smell. Halls had a musty odor. Carpets were gross. Wasted my money and sleep.

I have a physical disability so we had an accessible room. The shower was great. I did have a challenge with the height of the toilet which was low and no grab bar. The bed was way too high for me and I struggled to get in the bed. A minor problem was the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so I just had to go downstairs. No biggie.

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices and very delicious! The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants, gas, coffee shops etc! The bed was super comfortable and the room and lobby etc were all clean. Would definitely be back!

Breakfast is okay but no fruit on last day of three days we are staying.

Clean and nice location The WiFi was out and I was unable to use the computer. I had to ask for toilet paper everyday. The breakfast some days were low on food and I had to inform the staff to restock food and beverages.

They accepted me and my family of 5 ( 3 seniors and 2 over 50 yrs of age + 1 emotionally support service dog with documentation that the front desk requested and signature was required. We checked in and the next day, they asked us to leave before 3:00PM.

I always stay here when I need to be within easy driving distance of DFW airport. The staff are really friendly, professional and helpful, parking is easy, the hotel feels safe and secure in a nice location. It's quiet at night, spacious, everything is very clean and well maintained. The only problem I have is that there are very few gluten free breakfast options, but this is the case everywhere.

Had a great stay here! The room was excellent ,very comfortable and most importantly clean! I was especially impressed with the breakfast, it was hearty and the staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything replenished as things got low. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, the traffic noise wasn't an issue for us at all. Would definitely stay again! Just a few small things to keep in mind, The hotel only cleans rooms for stays longer than three days unless you specifically ask. The ice machine on our level wasn't working, so I had to head to the lobby floor for ice. Parking can also be a bit of a squeeze when the hotel is busy, but we didn't have a problem finding a spot nearby.

The location was not too far from downtown and The Stockyards, but parking not designed for someone pulling a horse/cattle trailer and no way to leave trailer while venturing away from hotel. The breakfast was decent-other than water in the scrambled eggs- but not as stocked as could have been. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed well; there were tiles in the bathroom loose and grout was breaking and coming up; the tub creaked when you stepped/moved and the faucet was pulling away from the base when turning on/off. The bed creaked, too. Staff were unconcerned about the issues. Heard the noise from the traffic.

Handicap room, which was not needed, seat in the shower would not fold up, giving less room. Shower head was broke and sprayed everywhere, no stopper to take a bath either. 12:15AM phone call to ask if we had kids in the room, which we did, we were all asleep. She stated there were complaints of loud kids in the hall, I told her she was welcome to come by the room we were all in bed asleep! I stepped into the hall to see what was going on and all was quiet.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok, the eggs made our stomaches hurt most of the days. The reason i picked this hotel was for the pool/hottub. When we got here it was gross rusty at the bottom. Also the tub in our room had no stopper, the lighting in our room was dark, the view was of an empty lot. The toilet in our room ran constantly. Our bedding was ripped and the sheets were peeling and had lint balls (they were bumpy) I probably wont stay here for our next trip in May. Not worth the amount they charge.

It took the front desk 4 different tries to get us the correct room I requested. It caused a lot of back and forth walking up and down the hotel. Took 30 minutes to finally get into my room. They did not refund my stay.

This is a very clean and well-managed hotel. We got housekeeping service even though we didn’t ask for it, which was much appreciated. Bed was comfy. The best part is having 24 hour access to coffee and hot tea. Great for an afternoon pick me up. This practice should be industry standard!

Checked into hotel 11:30 pm, bed bugs crawling on both beds at 2am. Left hotel. Staff was apologetic but made it such a difficult night. Full refund was issued

We forget what room number we were in so we go to front desk to ask them and verify with my ID & person at front desk gave us an additional key with a room number attached. The key worked and lo and behold there were people sleeping inside. They didn’t put the deadbolt on, and turns out they gave me the key to the room next to ours. If I was those people I would’ve been horrified and anxious that hotel staff gave random people access to their private room. Felt anxious rest of the stay due to this incident. Told manager on site as we were checking out.

The room was pretty clean however I did notice that the lampshade had a significant stain on it, which was a little off putting when I turned the light on. The desk chair also had something white on the side other than that the one was fairly clean and comfortable.

The first room offered was 219, it had a large fan blowing air in the hallway, the room air was very stinky mold like and I notified the staff. The front end staff was very polite and helped me by giving another room.

Most of the good parking was reserved for hotel members. The rest were taken up by semi’s, trucks with trailers and work trucks. The hotel is decent, parking is annoying.

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast was good with options and my favorite the waffles. The waffle station was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was tight in the front, with a couple of semi's parking in the back lot. There was still plenty of room to maneuver but clearly not designed for semi truck parking. Overall good stay and I'll keep y'all in mind for my next trip.

Getting into the property from the one-way road can be a little strange. You need to pull into one of the properties before it. If you go too far, you'll need to loop around. This is a typical Texas thing and not a fault of the property.

The location is good for the stockyards and the Water Gardens, it’s an old building and I don’t think it has been updated in a very long time, the carpet in our room was patched and the shower was quite bad, the bed was comfortable. Front desk Lady was chatty and sweet. The road to get to hotel is very easy to miss, breakfast and parking were good.

Comfortable, but no TV channel listings or nearby restaurant list. Also TERRIBLE split-up, difficult to find and inaccurate on screen channel listing menus. Friendly staff tries to help, but have no further resources provided.

Very convenient location, was attending church conference in Newark, TX, a 15-30 minute drive north of the hotel, depending on traffic, which was heavy in late afternoon 5:30-6:30 p.m. Good fast food options within 5 minute driving distance from hotel along w/gas stations.

First room had blood on the comforter. Second room had urine stains on the mattress pad and when I pulled it up, there were blood and urine stains on the mattress itself, along with hair. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and apologetic for the hotel and tried to accommodate me. There is no excuse for this lack of cleanliness. I hope management fixes this immediately. This was my first booking with this brand hotel and will be my last!!

The place is super clean, no smells, nothing broken. Staff very courteous. Breakfast had lots of variety: waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice & coffee. Yummy! Comfortable bed.

The only issue was the shower floor creaked very loudly every time you moved.

We were in town for a swim meet and chose this property despite being about 20-30 minutes from the pool because the reviews were good and they were not wrong. Clean, plenty of parking, felt safe, good bed, good shower. TV controls were a bit odd where basic cable guide was on one page and the extended channels had their guide on a different page. My only annoyance was we had no cleaning service any days even though I expected they’d be in on the middle day we were there. I could have asked but by the time we got back it was too late in the day, so I went to the front desk to get at least some extra towels.

Honestly was great nothing to complain about, room was clean place was quiet, i was running late for breakfast fast and they were putting stiff up i asked a staff member that worked in the breakfast area if they still had juice she went out of her way to give me some despite putting it away. Really memt alot since me & my bf were about to leave in a 4 hr drive. Room was also very clean towels folded super cute & even a flower on our toilet paper. Cant beat that for the price.

At first glance, it was very nice. The room had carpet that had stains on it. The Kleenex box had Kleenex that were watered up in it. The shampoo container that was in the shower was empty. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. If we had not been so tired, I would have made them change rooms for us, but it honestly was not worth the trouble at that time. Hopefully housekeeping will do a better job for the next person.

The property was pretty hard to findn even with GPS because the sign is hidden. The overall experience was amazing despite the hidden sign. The breakfast was perfect, a full menu. Coffee was the best at any hotel i have stayed at.

The check-in desk could not find our reservation from Expedia. I asked the check-in staff for Expedia's phone number, as they wouldn’t accept my email confirmation or receipt. I do understand sometimes these things happen, however I was not helped with a contact to Expedia and I was repeatedly told until she (Nadia Fifita) talked to a person from Expedia they wouldn’t help me. I found a number and after an automated system sent another email confirmation that the desk wouldn’t accept, I asked what I should do since I couldn’t get a human to answer. I was told I was going to be asked to leave because I was upset. I never raised my voice, cursed, or did anything dangerous or threatening. Honestly, I had my two young children with me and while understandably frustrated with the situation after driving for 18 hours from SC to TX, I did nothing out of line. I did eventually get a person on the phone with Expedia and they called the front desk. A gentleman working the desk was helpful and told the lady (Nadia) they sent confirmation to their hotel email. She then says, “You know what, I want them to leave! Get out! We aren’t hosting them.” I was applaud and repeated I had done nothing wrong. She picked up the phone and threaten to call 911, stating she had the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. It was an insane situation and something I’ve never experienced. We did leave and Expedia did book us an upgrade hotel at the Hilton at no extra charge.

The chair in the room was broken and i couldnt turn on the lamp between the beds without turning on the room light. Pool had so many bugs and leaves from when they mowed. The breakfast wasnt that good. Eggs were cold evwn tho we went down right at 7am. The bread was hard as was the bagels. Mini muffins were good and so was the waffles. The cereal was hard to come out of the tubs. They kept coming out crushed or the twist handle would get stuck and nothing would come out. Also i hope i dont get charged for the markings that were already on the wall since, i was told they charge an addtl fee for accidents that was not included in my charge for online booking.

We stayed here overnight, and it was good since it was our first time in Fort Worth. There were a few things in the room I'd like to mention: the remotes didn't work, there were coffee stains on the wall next to the TV, and there was a loud crinkling sound in the bathroom. Our stay was good overall; the bed was clean, and it was quiet.

It’s an average place — I’ve been to far worse. Our ac unit sounded like it wanted to be put out of its misery with its squeals. Girls at front desk were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also nice. This is decent value.

The hotel is old and run down and needs to be updated.The room had an unpleasant odor. Also the air conditioner didn't work well.

This hotel was just average. We chose it because of the high rating, especially on cleanliness but it was disappointing. The carpet was dark but still didn’t appear very clean. The shower was obviously wiped down regularly but the corners and crevices were not. The bed was comfy and it was clean. Just not what I expected based on reviews. Also there was broken glass in the parking lot where another car had the window smashed. That happens but at least clean it up.

The hotel was clean and the bed was good. The couch not so comfy but at least it was there. The low rating comes from an extra $243 charge that was mistakenly was put on my account and stayed on my bank (this is over the $150 deposit) for 8 days. I was promised numerous times they were “working on removing it” but it never happened. In fact at check out she said “as soon as we walk out the door” the deposit drops and wasn't sure about the $243?. Called when I got home to talk to Manager, took message and never called me personally. Still didn't come off for days after that. I understand a 150$ deposit but the error of other and way it was handled after the room was prepaid days before arrival was terrible and very shady.
