I had to cancel my stay because of allergies. Communication was great from the booking to canceling. They told me i have to call expedia for refund. When i called expedia they told me they will have to call the motel to confirm. But when expedia called them they declined the request for refund. Expedia customer service still went ahead and gave me refund.

The manager was very nice the receptionist Destiny went on and beyond to help in any issue. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. They would clean your room every day. There was a Hispanic receptionist that was very rude and not helpful at all.

The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up. The rooms were clean and updated. No amenities offered such as shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer/ breakfast even though I thought they were offered. It may have been an oversight on my part. Clean place to stay for the price.

as soon as we walked into our room we noticed a couple of gnats (theres sitting water, crack under door, small gaps in walls in the bathroom) as night came about we noticed a few roaches. i also noticed that the light for the night stand didnt work. the staff was friendly and overall really kind. the property or rooms itself just kinda suck. there were people outside yelling for the portion of one night and on the other someone sat outside our window and played music loudly from their device. it is pet friendly though i have no pets ive seen many medium sized dogs around. i dont think id recommend. theres no microwave and the floors were dusty aswell.

It was clean and functional and had a fridge. The wifi didn't always work, so often only antenna TV was available, which had bad reception too. There was quite a bit of road noise which might affect sensitive sleepers. The room cleaner should be told which rooms are vacating each day, and wait until after 11am to offer to clean them, as she knocked while I was getting dry, and even though I called out quite loudly, still opened the door, until I called again. Add a do not disturb sign so on other days we can request no room cleaning (and interruption). I don't make such a mess that the room needs cleaning/new towels every day.

I like the location of the property I did not feel like the location was clean. There was a smooshed bug on the wall in the bathroom behind the door. And the floors were so dirty. My child’s feet were black. And there was dust and lint all over the floor. The shower also did not have a working showerhead. The water pressure is in adequate for the showerhead that is installed. So you need to update the pressure or you need to put a showerhead on that works with what you have.

Everything was good. I love Texas so much I stayed two extra days. The motel had everything I needed in walking distance. Would stay here again. But next time the pool should be open.

This place is really upkeep. The staff is wonderful especially when it comes to room, service towels and cleaning the rooms are perfect solo or couple a lot of shops nearby just a little bit of walking

Too much highway noise. Could use some soundproofing to minimize hey noise since it sets next to busy hwy and no microwave or coffee maker but it did have a fridge. Would have rather had a way to heat food or at least have hot water for beverages and instant food.

Booked this due to death in the family. Had to stay a night in Dallas. One minute after I booked this, I called the hotel directly and asked about the transportation from the DFW airport. This is what filters I put in Expedia when looking for a room. They said no transportation was available. I cancelled the booking and was still charged.

Booking .com gave me the wrong address.They said it was 110W. Airport Freeway but it was not. There was another motel at that location Then the taxi driver took me to a Motel 6 we passed on the way.So we then stopped at a second Motel 6 that was not the right one. They then told us the address. The taxi charged me $83 !!!!! I think Booking .com should reimburse me for being overcharged by the taxi for not giving me the correct address.

With a space in between the door frame and the door and there was cold air coming in. The heat didn’t work as well either.

I’ve never felt so unsafe at a hotel before. Did not get a good night sleep having to check to see if my car hadn’t been stolen. Allot of sketchy people outside hanging out and some smoking week and even my non smoking room smelled like weed.

The room was in okay condition headache weird smell. The sheets did not look clean had to dust off the bed. There was no shower curtain and the tub. And the lamps would turn on and off by the bed I guess the bulbs were going out.

They ( an employee) cancelled my ( paid) reservation because I was late due to traveling which made it very inconvenient for the manager and myself! Destiny really came through and tried her best in her power to help solve this issue for me she was really sweet thank you, so was the manager demetria who was able to pull things together full circle for us!! I would come back just to see these ladies again!

There was no way I could safely or comfortably stay here. The pictures used in the advertisement are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the room. I am extremely disappointed with Expedia for allowing this listing to appear trustworthy. This is false advertising. I requested a refund immediately and checked out within five minutes. I expect a full refund due to these health and sanitation concerns.

The staff was amazing. It's obviously not a high dollar place. No microwave or coffee maker. On the 2nd floor you could feel any movement from anyone around you. The floor dipped down in areas. The TV didn't work in one of the rooms. But overall it was fine for the price you're paying.

I am now a believer because I lived it. For 4 hours in this room. When I went outside to get fresh air, police cars came flying in to smash a car window and pull people out right in the parking lot. I wanted to try a low budget trip while flying in for the state fair and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. My advice is skip a few meals to pay for a better hotel if you have to. This was literally the worst room of any hotel, house, business, or building I have ever seen in my entire 49 years on this planet. I should have realized my Uber driver wasn't joking when he said don't walk around at night. In addition to the lobby being locked at night and having to check in at drive through bank teller window. I cannot emphasize enough that this building should be razed and turned into an insect research facility, at least they'll have enough subjects to research.

had no idea wifi could b so slow (didn't use it bc of that), the first room i had had no bulbs in lamps, no tv remote, flooring was peeling up by the foot, ac was stuck on 74/felt humid/could not change temperature, beds smelled as if they had been sitting for months. staff promptly gave me a better room. the beds seemed to be missing the narrow decorative cloth across the bed, but beds smelled fresh. floor and ac were fine. only one lamp was missing a bulb.pool was v old/stained but just from age, water needed skimming but was clean and clear. no towels at pool in towel cupboard. very loud bc of the highway. request no maidservice the following day, they came anyway. price is good for a bed and shower if u can handle less than super clean.NO COFFEE POTS or microwaves in room, but starbucks nextdoor.

I Stayed here for 2 weeks. I watched the Spanish Lady with the Eyelashes who works at the front desk walking in and out of rooms with different guys day and night. This lady at the front desk with the Eyelashes is Bad for Business and is very rude. I Will Never stay here again

There was a drug deal on Sunday morning in the parking lot. One of the rooms the tv or lights wouldn’t work. The new room smelled like weed. Needs more security. Parking was good. The night staff man was rude to me and my friend. He fell like he was inconvenienced by having to get up out of the chair to answer questions about getting a new room.

From the photos online to actually staying in person was completely different. We checked in and honestly had a bad feeling because it seemed like someone was living there. But that’s not our business. So we go to our room and as soon as we walked in the floorboards were coming up and the ground was squishy. The lights didn’t work and the phone that did was flickering. From the photos online to actually staying in person was completely different. We checked in and honestly had a bad feeling because it seemed like someone was living there. The property is easy to get to with numerous dining options within walking distance. The building is old and there's only one microwave for guests to use. For some unknown reason the pool is closed. It was open but now it's not.

The air conditioner didn't work very well. Neighbors had a noisy dog.

We checked in around 5pm. Went to dinner and when we returned to the hotel around midnight our key didn’t work. Went to the office and were told we were not in fact checked in. We did not have a room there. What the actual Fck. It was a terrible experience just over all.

Really nice spot to stay at, rooms where nice, only issue was the roaches , and some cleaning needed on the floor, there was chips and some food stuff when we got there on the floor.

Gave my reservation to someone else, so after driving for 13 hours I had to wait for the sleeping security guard in a little shack type thing to figure it out

The property and rooms are decent for the price you pay. The lady in the from office had an attitude for no reason which is why I left. I was waiting for another room bc mine had issues and when I came to check on it she had an attitude I was moved to a double room when I asked for king and had to pay for a double room… when asked to change back I received attitude very unprofessional it wasn’t my fault I needed the room change

AC barely worked. Flies all over the room. Toilet making a loud screeching sound. Pay a little more for something better we left within 30 minutes of checking in.

Stay was great! Great riom for the price. Not far away from things. Beds could have been more comfortable, but overall, the stay was good!

Also, this property says it's 18+ directly on their website, but the age is 21+ in person. Apart from that the bed was thankfully nice and comfortable.

Absolutely horrible drug infested, prostitution, people that actually live there full-time, roach infested, and just downright nasty on the inside of the rooms. I’m actually shocked that they are still in business..

The room was only cleaned one day and was poorly maintained. I wasn't given any information about parking. The shower water pressure was low.

Room was close to the pool and there was to noise, and people smoking weed all the smoke came into the room.

The room was abysmal. The door didn't shut all the way, I woke up with bugs crawling all over me, the floorboards were coming up, the calling was cracked and slanted making me concerned about a possible cave in, etc.. worst hotel I've ever been in. Cops were outside 3 times throughout the night and gunshots freaked us out at 3am.

Room was horrible! Room was infested with roaches! Toliet seat was broke including one of the nightstand lights. 0/10 i do not recommend. I ended up checking out after returning back that evening from a wedding i attended, and driving back an hour away home.

I woke up in the middle of the night due to a cockroach crawling on my face. Immediately showered and fully left the premises. It was convenient, the front desk receptionist was so sweet. But the cleanliness, at least in my room was unacceptable.

This hotel was so gross. We booked here to save money but ended up leaving in the middle of the night. This hotel was infested with roaches, and it wasn’t just one roach there were multiple crawling all over the floor and walls. Not only that but the deadbolt lock didn’t work. The room door wasn’t sealed either, so you could hear everything from the highway. Such loud noises. You could also hear the rooms next to us. I’m all about saving money, but please don’t waste your time here. Paying more is worth it..trust me you do not want to stay here.

Easy check in, convenient shopping. The room appears to be clean but for a roach crawling on the floor when I turned on the light. That's disgusting. The wood floors coming up very easy to trip on. It's a cheap room you get what you pay for. I needed one night and that's what I got. If I were to be traveling for longer than one night I would not choose this establishment. I will be sleeping with the light on at this point because I don't want roaches crawling on me.

Booked a room for 2 queen sized beds and was given a room with double sized beds. Very disappointed since I specifically booked this motel because it specifically said queen size beds. Clearly didn't get what I paid for. That's called false advertising! The floor in the room was laminate and had several wholes in it. The floor felt warped also when you walked on it.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no microwave or freezer. A la decent size fridge. I like a freezer so I can refreeze my ice packs so I can carry cold drinks etc

The motel is remodeled, clean, the customer service was excellent, the only thing that was a negative was the beds were not comfortable, made our backs hurt. Another big plus the lighting outside was great, seemed like it was daylight which made up feel safe.

If I could rate less than 1 star then I would. My vehicle got towed for being reversed in parking spot right before checkout. It was dirty, stinky and uninhabitable in my opinion.

Very easy to find but there is another Motel 6 right down the road and wasn't sure which one to go to.

It’s okay if all you need is a place to crash, we had a room with a broken sink and shower. But since we were gone most of the day it really wasn’t bad.

I didn't like that there was no microwave or iron inside of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Outside of room had a funny smell but room smelled clean.

I was given room 105 in my 2 visits and that room ac doesn’t work. On my last trip, that same room didn’t have a working TV. Both times I had repack my stuff and move to another room. The attendant was informed about the room’s ac from my previous visit on my second visit but I was still given that room. Maybe listen to your clients!

I was given the same room as last time. This room has the ac not functioning properly and then the TV wasn’t working. The TV fell off the wall. I was moved to a different room again. I mentioned my previous visit in the same room but I was assigned that same room again.

This motel 6 was the worst i ever seen , sketchy people hanging outside smoking & the room smelled & the floors where very slippery , i checked out not even 15 mins later I don’t recommend this location to anyone !

Upon checkin, the man who checked us in reeked of weed as he was just coming inside from smoking in the parking lot. The full time tenants were loud as could be. The shower was awful. Didn’t matter how much you rinsed it felt like you had soap on you when you got out even though you didn’t.

sheets has blood, asked them 3 times to change it, and they just said that their housekeeper is also the shuttle driver and they don’t have time. The Wifi was also down the whole time we were there as well.

Checking in was fine the front desk clerk was very nice, but failed to tell us that the pool was closed which i wouldn't have stayed there if i knew that to begin with...its the middle of july. Found bed bugs crawling on the bed upon waking up for the flight the next morning. Was horrified, and at night people are walking around ALL HOURS of the night. I woke up for my flight at 330 am and people who were obviously on drugs were uproaming around. Definitely absolutely will not recommend this place...

Old clean needs updates

Front desk was very nice at check in. Did have problems at first to get our key to work but they fixed it right away. Facility could use some TLC. The baseboard in our bathroom was pretty much completely off the wall and the floor was leaking from under the floor boards. There was someone else's hair on the back of the door in the bathroom as well. We had a non-smoking room but could tell someone was smoking weed elsewhere in the building because our room just continuously smelt like weed and it was worse in the bathroom. Was also approached by house keeping at 1030 if we leaving and ready to go when our checkout wasn't until 11.

AC is little working and not too cool. Also parking horrible while they were working on sidewalk and also paint.

For a cheap hotel it was perfectly adequate. My only complaints were that my non smoking room smelt like cigarettes as soon as you walked in, my comforter had 2 dead flies on it at check in, and upon double checking the bed for any left behind items at check out I found a chick fil a straw wrapper in my sheets, i found this alarming as the only meal i had in the room was dominos pizza. Also, someone should really do something about those foot high speed bumps.

We booked the Motel 6 located at 110 West Airport Freeway in Euless, TX, through here, and we have been here since 7 pm. In the time we have been here, there have been 2 stolen pets. We received this information from the property manager while he was reviewing camera footage. Police have been out to the property 3 times. Our exterior cover of the A/C was knocked off at 3:10am. The people in the room above sound like they have been moving furniture since we have been here. The room is nothing as described on the site and in the photo, and it is a little box with very room to maneuver. We literally went to breakfast at 4:38am, with our dog, because at this point, neither I nor my husband are comfortable and started searching for other hotels. We have secured and paid for another Motel 6 in Irving, TX, after visiting the property, and checking out of this one immediately. I requested a full refund for misrepresenting the property and amenities. We were told the pool is closed because it has not passed inspection. None of this information was given when we called the property for more information nor when we checked in. I would happily welcome a phone call to follow up on all of this. I will also be contacting the corporate offices for Motel 6 to notify them of this deplorable location and our horrific experience. The only good thing i can say is the staff was very pleasant.

Wasn’t notified that the pool was closed. There were people constantly hanging around outside the motel. During check in the night clerk was very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff during the rest of our stay were very unfriendly.

It was ok. I'm from the country so the traffic you can here all through day and night. Police was called over there for a situation. The speed bump in the parking lot is too steep in certain areas. It feels like you about to mess the front and bottom of your car up. I saw 2 roaches crawling in the room. They say you get what you pay for and I'm a true believer to it. However, besides all of that happened the staff was nice

suffice it to say, sometimes it is just worth more money to stay in a decent place. there is no reason under the sun that i will EVER stay at this place again.

I booked this location because it was affordable and close to the airport, but I will not stay here again. The staff member on duty was playing video games and was very groggy when talking to me. My key did not work when I got to my room and I had to go back for the staff member to activate it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I could hear traffic all night. Overall not a great experience.
