Spent one night there it was loud all thru the night. Plenty of questionable activities going on, I just couldn't sleep. Makes me wonder, how they got such high rating?

My stay was ok. Nothing bad or great. When I arrived, it was after hours so I had to check in via the side windo

The floor of my room was disgusting. The person at the front desk so rude. If you pay online they will charge you a $20 fee. WHAT THE HELL!!! They also charge a $20 deposit $25 if you are a smoker and they always come up with an excuse not to give that back. SMH!!! I don't recommend staying here.

The room I originally was supposed to be in had a leak so they moved me from a 2 bed non-smoking room into a 1 bed non-smoking room without giving me any options for a refund, the room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke despite being told it’s a non-smoking room, the room and property did not match any of the photos online, the property was covered in trash and cigarette butts with the area having horrible lighting making the area feel incredibly sketchy and unsafe with several cars with plastic for windows making it feel even more unsafe. Neighbors were yelling and blasting the tv the whole time we were there and it was after midnight by the time we decided to leave and go to another hotel. I have never been so dissatisfied and disgusted by a hotel room. The room itself was disgusting with the ironing board having blood, the sheet had stains and the couch was comically gross, stains all over it, ripping at the seams, it smelt so mank you could notice it when you walked in, you couldn’t pay me enough to sit on that couch. Our door had plastic bag stuffed into a hole that went through the door.

We were satisfied with this property and felt that it was very economical. When we are looking for places to stay in that area of Fort Worth, we want a property that is clean and safe.

German cockroaches everwhere, tv remote didn’t work or microwave . Broken shower curtain rod and needs new shower head.Over booked the rooms, I ordered single king and gave me double queen. Super friendly staff but definitely needs an exterminator for roach infestation

This is a sketchy hotel! Not safe! People sleeping on the stairs. People parting late hours. A girls screaming for help. Lots of people hanging around outside. We left two days early and forfeited our room.

The AC wasn't working and any deposit you may put down on your room, they will find a reason not to return it.

We asked for a smoke free room and actually got one that didn't smell like smoke. Only complaint was gap under the door big enough to slip fingers under. nothing a towel can't fix.

It started with a Cracked out guy yelling at us in the parking lot…then led to a very dark lobby with 2 guys dressed in filthy clothes sitting at the desk. Lobby had the stench of cigarettes. We turned around and left immediately. Do not stay here.

The staff is very nice. It’s clean and comfortable. Yet you can hear all the traffic from outside outside the door. The doors need to be sealed more to keep pit traffic noise

They gave a room with a broken restroom door and I couldn’t get in there. The door knob was literally broken off and had a foul smell coming from the restroom. They knew the door was broken and still refused to help. They said they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me and that there would but there were no other rooms available. I called the front desk a few different times and got hung up on twice when I was trying to get help for it. They finally moved me to a different room after I threatened to sue. The new room I was moved to was broken down and had many other problems. Lights, dresser, hairdryer, chair, and a few other things were broken. There were stains all over the walls. Don’t book here and expect good service or a good room. They also don’t mention the deposit you have to pay after booking online. This was supposed to be a stress free night but literally turned into the most stressful situation.

Staff welcoming and accommodating. Immediately switched our room after first room had overwhelming cigarette smell. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but not too bad.

My room was nice and clean and my bed was made and fresh towels brought every other day. My only complaint would be I had to stand at the window and wait for quite awhile for the girl to come check me in. It was around 9 pm and I had called to say I’d be late. I had driven 2 hours and worked 8 hours so would have liked a quicker check in.

No housekeeping came for two weeks even after request , “non smoking room” but burn holes in the bed and smoke smell for 2 days.

Average motel with dirty pool

There are homeless people all around it. They use the electric plugs to charge their phones, pool to wash their clothes and bathe, ask you for the internet code, etc.

Had a reservation wed thru sun the person running front desk she was very rude she comes to my room walks in to tell me i needed to so i look at my itinerary shows i check on sun not sat so went to show her i ask her for corporate number she didn't give me and ghen she said i told her to come in how could i if i was asleep this was uncalled for i ether get a discount or refund

Was not what I expected. Roaches and bedbugs in my room I like front desk know and never heard back. When I came to check in they did something with my card it took $150 off but I don’t see the transaction in my bank and then they took another $50 off with the fee of the room. Area ghetto homeless people sleeping on the stairs.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very nice. Only issue i had was the heater was broken and they gave us a portable heater instead of changing my room. Those heaters are dangerous.

Room had an air conditioner that was broken and circulated cigarette smell from the outside. The phone was broken, the bathroom didn't have soap, the toilet was nasty, there was no lamps in the room. All around a nasty experience.

The floors were dirty.. tv had display problems and its remote didn't always work. The room next door was always slamming its door and would wake me up. I left early because of the noise.. it was superbowl sunday, there must of been a party going on.

Property was clean and checkin was efficient. Room was clean and basic. Area had traffic (cars) at all hours of the day and night. I would return, but do not expect upscale accomodations. This was a good place to spend the night and move on.

We had a 5 day stay booked. The entire time we did not receive room service. No trash pick up or dirty towels. We had to ask for towels multiple times. We went to get ice and 2 young guys were doing drugs/passed out in laundry/ice room. Informed the desk and I was told that I need to make sure to close the door tight. Services severely lacking. Room itself was clean for the price. I can overlook a lot, but would never stay or recommend due to it being unsafe. If the young men would have been violent, nobody would have been the wiser d/t the location of amenities.

For a last minute over night stay for work, it was a good place to stay. Room appeared clean, offered a refrigerator and microwave. Would stay again.

There was a bullet hole in the window. Floors were filthy and there was a stain on the bed sheets that looked to be blood. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was no continental breakfast as advertised tho. And vending machines were practically empty

The rooms comes with a small refrigerator and microwave. Overall, I'd give this place a thumbs up. It's worth it at the rate given. There's no breakfast here. Only coffee. Front desk staff is friendly. There's a $20.00 incidental fee, which is reimbursed as soon as you check out. I would book here again. We wanted to stay an extra 2 days, however, they were sold out. So that shows you that they are popular and affordable.

Easy to check in. No issues with my service animal. I locked my room key in my room and the front desk attendant was so sweet and made me another one quickly

I barely slept due to other guests waking me up repeatedly through the night, there was a hole in the bathroom door,what looks like a feces stain on the wall near the toilet paper holder

We liked that it was very safe and quiet. Beds were comfortable and it was just a cozy room.

The room was falsely advertised. The fridge smells like fish . The 2 beds felt chalky I didn’t figure out why. Every single surface was sticky with black residue i could use my pointer finger and get a thick grime on my finger on every single surface. Dog friendly! Door key card does not always work. No room service we stayed for 2 days mind you. Not expensive. I bet the crack/meth heads outside every night aren’t expensive either if you know what im saying. (Ewwww) overall mega ewwww but we got what we paid for a motel that allows dogs has a decent shower and decent bed and ac. The free wifi only has bandwidth for 1 device plus the cable not to mention how much network traffic their probably getting anyways soo its meh . Let’s just say if your willing to deal with the cons its not bad it serves it purpose.

Too far away from what we were there to do but the price was hard to beat. This is specific to our visit and may be different from anyone elses.

Late travel and needed rest for 4 to 5 hours and this came up. I hate that these places make up do any type of deposit and tie up your funds for 3 to 7 days and it was just to get some proper rest.

Well in the beginning I wasn't happy about them charging me 20 bucks extra to check in early I thought that was kind of petty but other than that everything was great

Pool had trash in, didn't use. No coffee or community area. Well there was one, but it was locked at 4 pm and not able to use it. Check in starts at 3 and about 3:30 we received a call asking us if we were arriving and when, we thought this was odd. We selected a king suite but upon check in was told the romnwas leaking and woul "upgrade" us to a double queen, but wouldn't charge us for the upgrade. Not sure how that was an upgrade. No trash can in bathroom. By sink had no soap but shampoo container built in with shampoo to wash hands. For a room with occupancy for 4, only had 2 towels. I really,hotel felt cheap and area isn't what it used to be. We will not be returning. Had to walk through the marijuana smoke to enter our room. All rooms had an exterior door. We will not be staying here again.

The room was clean smelled of bleach what I love. It was very quiet , easy parking. The only bad thing I experienced was being woken up at 0915 by the housekeeper who knocked then opened my door! After I yelled 😡. THEY HAVE NO SECURE CHAIN LATCHES JUST THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS!! DIDN'T LIKE THAT!CHECK OUT IS 11AM ! NOT 0915 .

There was a terrible smell of mildew or fungus. It was bad, like there was a flood and it didn't dry properly.

I was definitely very disappointed with the fact I I got a room at a hotel that was supposed to have breakfast and there was nothing coffee and it was made after 6:00 in the morning. There wasn't even coffee machines in the bedroom

Overall decent hotel, staff was nice. This is a no frills hotel which is ok. Only issues we had was hed did not sit correctly on the box frame which made for several "just outs" that hurt when running into them. We stayed here because it was close to my daughter's house and we could have our 3 dogs and park our small RV. Paid $20 per night per dog which is fine but I think we were the only ones that believe in cleaning up after your dog. Parking lot had lots of trash as well.

The staff was unfriendly. When i reported no hot water the front desk informed me that i wasnt doing it right. When they came and checked it out they were surprised there was no hot water. Only compensation was a hour extended check out. The room smelled and just a dirty area. Never going back.

It was cheap and a place to sleep. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. The sheet had hairs and burns. It was changed and the other one was full of hairs and the blanket was also burned. The room smelled of smoke and mold. The floors were sticky. No breakfast was offered! There was people sitting in the stairs smoking at night and they were loud and noisy.

This hotel used to be used by drug dealers to sell in. For the two days I had a 76-year-old couple staying there and had no activity like that that we never notice. It was very pleasant and quiet those nights of our stay. For the price they rent for was very reasonable.

Non smoking room that had been smoked in. Old, outdated.

Now even getting the room I booked and being placed in a double bedded room. After having to be moved from one room to another,1st room was completely nasty,the place is a total wreck.

The room my wife and I checked into had bugs in the light fixtures, puke on the side of the trash can, poop on the front of the toilet, the air conditioning didnt work, the blow dryer was broken and the floor was dirty and sticky. I took my wife to DFW for her birthday and this room was very bad. They charged me for 3 nights, but I left after the first night. They charged me a second time for the other 2 noghts before they refunded me for those 2 nights. Basically, they have not refunded my stay and now I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

The experience was great no issues with check-in. the room was clean bed was big and roomy.

No housekeeping the duration of my stay, but it was a decent place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Weird stained handprint on the wall which freaked me out. Floor was filthy and made my feet black when I walked on it, so I wore shoes inside too. Overall it was okay to stay since I really just needed it as a place to sleep.

The American Best Inn is very reasonable prices and friendly to everyone that comes to stay.

toilet seat was broken (not Attached) it was finally fixed a day later. Our outside screen was halfway pulled off the window while we were out. Family did not feel safe so we checked out one day early.

The area has lots of unsafe people walking through the parking lots, constantly. Hotel did its due diligence when we called and informed them, though.

Terrible customer service. When we extended our stay an extra day the lady had the nerve to charge us an early check in fee. We were already checked in just extending our stay. We travel a lot in this area for business but we won't stay here again. First time this has been ver happened! Just a crappy place!

Staff friendliness

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an inn. If this is what they call America's Best then our country is in a worse state than I thought. I arrived around 2 am, which I called ahead of time about. The girl working the desk overnight was very rude, that was after standing in the entry way for a couple minutes being ignored, stood far back from the glass asking questions with a towel shoved under where you can give your ID and card. She gave me my room key and number then walked away from the glass again. I tried asking which side it was on but got no answer. Once in my room I noticed a stale moldy smell. The floor turned my socks black on the bottom walking around the room before laying down. The air conditioner was absolutely filthy, dead bugs were a plenty. The room was uncomfortably warm so I went ahead and turned it on. It kept the air circulation going and cooled the room down a little but not cold. When I used the bathroom I noticed there was one single cup for me to use, and an ice bucket with no liner. The ice bucket was sticky on the inside, not useable at all. There is also not little "complimentary" toiletries. The soap is all in dispensers and those are not kept clean. The shampoo is an all in one with conditioner, and the body wash is also of unknown brand. Even though the inn is convenient, and affordable, I'd expect more for what I paid. It's also in an unsafe area. I slept with my safety devices, the very little I slept.I would never recommend
