Check on was easy. And my room was spotless.

I kept being locked out the room even with the key card.

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. I was supposed to take a trip to Fort Worth, Texas, due to the medical emergency with my father, I was unable to travel. I booked to stay at Quality Inn through Expedia. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel on my behalf regarding the situation. When I did not hear anything back, I contacted the hotel directly. I was told I needed to handle it through Expedia, but Expedia explained that the hotel manager had the ability to override the policy and issue a refund if they chose to. Expedia informed me that the assistant manager Preston Patel refused to help and stated that I would not be receiving a refund. When I called myself to better understand the situation, he was extremely rude and dismissive stating that we keep calling him and he will not help me. Corporate is not open on the weekends, but I will be contacting them next. I understand that hotels have policies, but the complete lack of empathy, customer service, and professionalism during such a difficult family emergency was very disappointing.

The stupid beds are on a metal platform that makes terrible popping and banging noises. There is also a loud popping or banging noise that comes through the entire room. 🤔

Cover from bed was disgusting dirty with dry blood. And when I informed front desk they told me I had to do it myself since room service was not available. Loud noice from remodeling and alarm system going off.

Room was pretty good does have microwave and fridge but no coffee pot in the room unfortunately they also advertise complimentary breakfast but only had cereal and yogurt along with a few juices and coffee but was quite disappointed by the lack of what was suppose to be offered. There is however a Waffle House up the street which was wonderful and walking distance from the hotel so location is great.

The room was extremely neglected and dirty. The front desk man was not helpful. For example, we stayed 3 days. On the second day, I asked for clean towels, but he said I needed to go back upstairs to retrieve the used towels before I received any more!! Bad experience will never go back!!!

I wish there was a pool and a hot tub but due to the pandemic they became permanently closed. Now it's a pile of trash outside and dirt covering the once pool and hot tub. My window was overlooking, so had my blacked out curtains drawn the whole time, wasnt a pretty view. I came to Texas to explore not to stay inside the hotel all day, so for a place to rest my head, it was a good spot. Great ac, kept the room cool. The smell of smoke or whatever smell was in the room when I entered, don't know what it was, but after the first day, I either adapted or tolerated. Again, came to explore Texas not to stay in the room, so it is what it is. Affordable and gave me the chance to Uber around, done out, and even buy a few gifts with the remaining budget I had. 😊

The room had a couch which was great to see. But once I sat on it I realized it was just a waste of space. Very uncomfortable. The pull out bed, even worse. Luckily I was alone for the most part. There’s a large cushion in the window seat, use that, it’s more comfy.

The first room they put us in had an aweful smell like mildew. The second room was ok. You only get 2 small pillows on the bed. The pool was permanently closed and the gym was closed for repairs. The breakfast only consisted of yogurt, cereal and tiny muffins. I feel like it was overpriced for what they offer.

The stay was good, not bad but not great. Didn't get my keys had to be opened by the desk clerk. A key was issued to me at 2am finally which at that point was late what was the purpose. Otherwise it was clean, kind of gloomy, a little worried about my new truck in parking lot. Beds were comfy.

After we got past the third degree questions, my room was very clean, with the required supplies, it was quiet and I felt safe while recovering from dental surgery. I would have accpreciated a box of Kleenex. The owners went out of their way to furnish me a banana that I could mash for breakfast.

The toilet in the first room didn't work, and I was given a plunger and told to do that. I don't think a guest should have to plunge their own toilet. But the guy at the front desk was not rude.

I was gone all day and when I came back and found out they refused to move us into a room I lodge a complaint. Then they decided to move us. Both rooms that we had either had something broken or it smelled. I will not be returning at all

Rooms had holes everywhere. Porcelain was cracked in the sink. Awful paint job. Bugs in the bathroom (cockroach ) and geckos in the rooms on base floor. Microwave was definitely not cleaned still had crumbs, there was opened water bottles left in the mini fridges Basically has to beg to switch rooms. Second room was better still had holes in the walls missing a door on the closet . I like that the night shift employee was kind and respectful. I didn’t like that they have all these strict rules but not strict about keeping the place up to par. They ask for a deposit so I was expecting somewhat close to very decent. Inside my room, soon as you walk in there’s a smell a strong odor I don’t recognize. there were stains everywhere. Stains on the couch, the curtains and the bed linen. I was so uncomfortable to sit anywhere in this room. I’ve been itching since I got here and there may not be any bugs but my skin itches when areas are not the cleanest. The fact they offered breakfast made me choose this hotel. Breakfast consisted of juice/ coffee and two different kinds of cereal- fruit loops and corn flakes. And cups of yogurt. I was very disappointed with that because I woke up hungry and haven’t ate cereal in years. And they had the nerve to have a sign posted that said “breakfast is for dining guest only and can not be taken up to your room” mannn stop playing! Was it really worth posting that smh. Idk maybe I just chose the wrong hotel for my comfort

The only "cleanliness" problem we experienced was the cockroach I saw in our bathroom on the second night of our stay. I addressed it with the staff the next morning and left it for them to see but don't know what was done after we left. The breakfast is not much so I would suggest you to bring your own. There were two options of cereal, bananas, some mini muffins, and yogurt available for you to eat in the small dining area with a sign asking for you to not bring it to your room. There is also a juice machine with two or three options and milk available.

Ok I stayed here on two separate occasions. Real hassle due to security deposit. They want 60 bucks and while I got the deposit back on one trip the other time which was right before then was never paid and the less clean room was in the same lousy condition as when I arrived. It’s a real hassle trying to get that back and after trying I filed a complaint with the card issuer.

Couldn't check in till 3pm on the dot most places will allow you to check in early as long as there is a room available, not here. But the front desk girl was great. She had to take on an extra shift but despite being tired she had a good attitude. So waiting till 3 wasn't a big deal. What I didn't like was I was in room 128 bottom floor but the last room at the end. The door going outside is so heavy when some goes outside it's too heavy to hold so most people let go and let it slam and being in the room next to that door....sucks! That slam is loud and will wake you in the middle of ur sleep. It was very clean, room was big, AC worked very well.

Terrible angry employees place was barely clean guy behind the counter called the cops on me for absolutely no reason. all I did was ask if they had breakfast, they didn't have an actual breakfast it was 3 old brown bananas. It was in the worst part of Fort Worth possible the roads to and from were damaged so badly you had to swerve like a drunk idiot to keep your tires from being destroyed. Worst microtel yet.

A very quiet and clean hotel with lots of parking. The hotel is situated just off the highway so very easy to find after a long day of driving. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom grout was black with neglect, pull out sofa bed - reserve was for 3 adults- was pancake thin mattress with stains and that bed was not made, nor did it have linens in the room. Toilet paper was not within reach of the toilet when seated. Staff tried but could do nothing without manager approval. I cancelled the second night but only got refunded half of the daily rate. I think Wyndham should remove this location from their brand. Very disappointed.

The cleaning lady entered my room on the first day unannounced. There was a knocking sound I don't know where it came from early in the morning.

It seems like every night someone was purposely walking around making loud booming noises.

Do not stay here. Multiple homeless/ drifters in the parking lot and lobby. I would not trust parking my truck there overnight.

Staff was not friendly room was not as described. When I asked the front desk I was told it was hybrid picture they did not have that room. Room smelled like smoke. They’re breakfast was basically cereal.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I am coffee drinker and take 5 cup coffee pods with me to drink and fill my thermous when leaving. Room only had single serve coffee pod maker.

We stumbled into this hotel after our first choice was not what was advertised. We arrived late in the evening and the lady working the front desk was GREAT. She was friendly and super helpful, she got us all booked in and sent us to our room. The room was comfortable and clean and the beds were great!! My husband and i stayed in a double queen room with our three kids and had absolutely no complaints. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had breakfast but we would absolutely stay there again!

There was nothing for breakfast bananas and cereal and yogurt that’s not continental breakfast !! Charged me for early check in and no room cleaning done

But other than that the room was fine Staff was very nice too
