A five star stay. We really enjoy staying here and love the area of the Stockyards! Great food, great bars and great service from valet , check in and bell service! Everyone is very personable!

This is a beautiful hotel and our stay was amazing. We can't wait to come back next year!

Location & decor We were not told as residents that we would need to make a reservation for breakfast, there were many empty tables but had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Also purchased gifts and there were no gift bags, tissue paper, ribbons or a box for the boot jack I would expect this as a minimum from a Hotel of this calibre.

- Unbeatable location - Comfy beds - Delicious breakfast - Nice check in staff - Not enough loungers by the pool for everyone also service was ridiculously slow - Put in a connecting room which had some extremely noisy neighbours up partying until post 2am. Did call reception but unsure if they did anything. We also had another person with us so not sure why we connected with strangers and he was across the hall?

I loved everything about this hotel. I had really been looking forward to staying here and it did not disappoint. The rooms were fantastic. The outside area was gorgeous and amazing for relaxing with a drink. I was lucky that they were doing free luggage tag branding on the day we checked in which made it extra special. I can’t wait to go back! They also let us check in early which was great as we were heading to the rodeo.

This is the best hotel I’ve been blessed to be their guest. Helpful staff at all times. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The room amenities—wow!! Leather. Cowboy. Yee haw!!

I would have to mention everything - just close to perfection I struggled a bit to get availability at the main restaurant and some table requests adjusted. the young hostess team can improve in guest experience
