The location is excellent for the Stockyards and Dickies Arena. The staff is awesome along with the breakfast. The Atico Bar & restaurant is very good atmosphere and location overlooking the sky view of the Stockyards. The service, cocktails along with the food is excellent and so convenient with your stay. We were here for the PGA Colonial Golf Tournament and it was a perfect stay from valet parking through out all of the staff. We'll be back! The bathroom needs more towels and wall hooks for towels and robes.

The balcony rooms are a bit noisy on Saturday nights. Room was clean. But what I loved most was the staff. My daughter had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond for her. Thank you for being so kind and making sure the rest of the family was ok while we were at the hospital.

The staff was super friendly from the moment we check in and the ladies at the front were super friendly and communicative.

The property was very appealing, rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was very tasty, and the location was steps away from the Stockyards.

The breakfast was good! A basic breakfast throughout- I wasn’t a fan of the styrofoam plates. I feel like maybe they could’ve used plastic or even paper. Our room was clean, no complaints. Staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and very accommodating.

Had a wonderful weekend stay for a wedding at the Stockyards. It was walking distance to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice choice of food. We will visit again soon.

Perfect location right round the corner from the stockyards. Staff were suuuuper friendly and lovely. It was very ‘business’ like. Quite bland interiors and the pool was very basic with minimal chairs.

Rooms are alot smaller than expected. Pool is not heated staff are great. You have to pay close to $20 a day for parking.

Beautiful hotel, great location in the stockyards! Nice breakfast! The only thing is we paid a lot of money for 2 rooms and then we have to make the sofa bed ourselves…..plus it only have one very thin blanket. Asked for more, but was never delivered by housekeeping.

I paid for a room with a king bed almost 2 months in advance. Upon check in the front desk they said they were out of king bed rooms. After trying to explain that i had already paid for the more expensive room with a king bed the front desk clerk informed me that all reservations are only for a room, not a specific bed option. Also was driving another couple that stayed in the same hotel and we both were charged for parking a vehicle, even though we only drove 1 car.

This is a wonderful property. Within walking distance to all of the activities in the stockyard and the restaurant/lounge on the sixth floor of the hotel had the coolest vibe. The food and drinks were amazing. It was very family friendly with a relaxing adult atmosphere. Highly recommend.

It’s a shame that I paid for a Wednesday to Sunday over Thanksgiving my husband and I had the conference room and the side room 205 and 205C plus paid for my friend from Canada in room 222. We were there Wednesday to Sunday and never had housekeeping. We had to ask every day for new towels, toilet paper ect. We would leave the room at 11 o’clock at 12 o’clock and even request at the front desk to please clean our room after the second day and still nothing. We went four nights without room being cleaned. Also, there is a real lock of drawers to put clothing is only two drawers in the King suite, am I supposed to put all my underwear and socks, etc., in my bedside table drawer? We will never stay there again.

The room was super. Shower was hot and sparkly clean. Body wash, shampoo and condition were supplied in quantities that were useful, not little tiny bottles. I will stay here again.

This hotel saved my life! Had a horrible stay the night before at studio six. Abandoned our second night there for a one night stay at Springhill suites, which was absolutely wonderful.

Room was large and very comfortable for 3 adults. The bathroom was also very nice. Location of the hotel was great for walking around all the high points of the Stockyards. Breakfast was wonderful as well as the valet car service.

Paying $300+ a night I did not expect to get my vehicle broken into, will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, walkable to Cowtown Coliseum, parking available (both self park and valet). Pricey for what I used, probably wouldn’t stay there again but that’s my choice as I couldn’t take advantage of the restaurant etc. If you do, everything seemed clean and well run.

After a day of shopping in the stockyards, an evening at the rodeo, and fantastic restaurants, we would end our day at the rooftop bar and restaurant. It was a great place to people watch and wind down. We will definitely stay here again!

I was immediately helped with my bags and checked fairly quickly. The room was clean and the toiletries were pleasant. The AC works very well and there was an option to sign onto Netflix or You Tube with is extremely helpful when you travel with smaller children. The breakfast had a nice variety and the free beverages in the lobby was refreshing. The hotel was very clean and the vehicle charging station was very convenient. The staff were very friendly as well and the overall stay amazing

It was nice but I expected more. The hot water is not consistent and changes as you are showering. The breakfast is typical powdered eggs and frozen sausage patties. The public bathrooms were not clean.

It was our anniversary and the front desk gave us complimentary drinks at the bar and also a gift card to Atico which is at the rooftop of the hotel.

Everything about the Spring Hill suites made our the best

Our stay was fantastic! We booked a room last minute for a quick anniversary get-away and we were not disappointed! It’s a great location and very comfortable! Jeff, if I’m not mistaken, was very kind checking us in and gave us a complimentary drink for our anniversary. I would definitely stay here again.

Was forced to leave the hotel due to the room flooding with water as a result of a rain shower. Had to drive home in the storm because the hotel had no place to put us and didn’t try to find us another room nearby. Then they charges us full price and made no efforts to compensate us for our loss and being forced to drive home in a storm at 1am. The noise is terrible from all the cars and trucks racing down the street and the service is subpar.

This stay was perfect for us. Aside from the friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort this hotel was located within walking distance to all of the rodeo experience, shopping and restaurants. With it's valet parking we did not have to worry about driving and finding a convenient place to park. We highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure stay here again!

Our stay here as part of my 50th birthday was made amazing by Jeff and the team, especially the young lady who made me a crown, cranberry and sprite covktail!!! Will be back for longer next time !!!

We always like staying at Spring Hill suites and this is one of the best ones! Comfortable rooms for a family with a little space to spread out. Good breakfast choices served in a spacious room. Best of all, this hotel is in an awesome area! The stockyards historic district is a traveler's dream with restaurants, shopping and easy walk ability. A very hip spot that we will visit again!

The property is as advertised and the room is very nice. Good space, clean, great location! The only difficulty we had was pulling into the property to unload. The signage wasn’t clear but not a big deal at all. We figured it out!

My husband and I really enjoyed the views from the hotel room balcony to the hotel roof bar!! And it was in walking distance to the stores and restaurants in the stock yards. We will definitely be back again soon.

The Check in was excellent, staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is right beside the Main Street and the noise from the Traffic was terrible.

We come to Fort Worth for the Stock Show and Rodeo every year and this is our pick place to stay.

Beware of the parking fee. Apparently the hefty room isn't enough, so they charge to park out back. The Stockyards is fun but it isn't exactly Manhattan. There's plenty of space so the parking see feels like a sneaky revenue grab. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly fine.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very well kept, and plan on staying here again in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. While checking in, we were informed that turn down services were only offered every other day. So Saturday there were no services offered. We fully expected that Sunday they would be. My wife and I left for the Cowboys game at about 10:00am and made it back just before 5pm, no turn down service. No clean sheets or additional towels for use, no garbage removal either. When we called the front desk, he basically said, we could have requested turn down service at any time, then offered it for the next day, which would be our departure day. My wife asked for clean towels, so those were brought to us. We paid about $925.00 to stay for 4 days and 3 nights, but the front desk did nothing for the hotel’s mistake. No complimentary service, no voucher, nothing. Just said he would speak to his manager, never heard from anyone again!

Fire alarms went off at 2am and everyone evacuated and no refunds.

The room smelled like bleach which made my sinus flare up. It was almost impossible to go to sleep due to the noise outside. Asked for a quieter room but none were available. Not worth the amount of money we had to pay.

The first room I was given couch was covered in what looked to semen and the open air bar which is there biggest push for this place was closed for a party

Close to Stock Yard and can go on foot.

Excellent property, close to it all! Great breakfast and clean… however watch your charges. Parking listed on Expedia was not honored until you pointed it out to staff

Awesome location

Great rooms, good breakfast options, easy to walk to the stockyards. Only ‘complaint’ is the noise from the road. Lots of cars playing loud music, revving engines , etc. Granted, that is true of the entire stockyard area.

Can’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked us in but he wore a cowboy hat and he was amazing.
