Location: 10/10: We were in town for the Women's NCAA Basketball tournament and this location was so ideal to the arena. Staff were amazing all always helpful. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! n/a. No complaints!

This was our first time to stay at this location. The property is very nice, very clean and updated. It's in a convenient location and parking was easy and accessible to the rooms. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, with a full kitchen that was amazing. The bathroom area is spacious and the shower was great. I liked the window setup; a shade and blackout curtains that actually worked. The property is very quiet; we didn't hear anyone else the entire time. Breakfast was very good with many varied offerings. The staff was nice and attentive. The room was fairly dark so better lighting is needed. Also, the air conditioner was a little loud so we had to turn the TV up loud to hear over it. And the TV placement is a bit odd, so you have to physically angle the TV out some even though it swivels, just to be able to watch it from the couch or the bed. We also ran into a homeless man digging through the trash can right at the entrance to the hotel by where we parked. We saw a couple of other homeless people around the next day, as well. Not sure what can be done there, but it was unexpected.

We loved the hotel, the area was nice. Rooms were wonderful and lots of room. Only downfall was the shower/tub didn't drain well so water was up around our ankles as well showered. Other than that everything was great!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was fair. 2 out of 3 days they had chicken sausage and 1 day with pork sausage. No biscuits, bacon or gravy. Coffee was hot at times and other times it was warm. The rest was good. I prefer Comfort Inn for breakfast.

Good location for visiting our son. Excellent breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked very nice. The bed was not very comfortable. Was not informed about the parking charge when I booked the stay. It says that they clean every other day, but our room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days. We had to go get clean towels.

I will say the beds weren’t the most comfortable but passing. The floor of the tube had some slightly slick spots so I was very careful ( I’m 69) my daughter and grands didn’t notice nor did my husband. We were very pleased with all else and would give a 4.8😊

I liked it was close to many places to eat and right by the hospital! It smelled very strongly like dog pee in the hallways to the rooms and elevator on the floor we were staying on.

Charged $12 for parking in a regular, uncovered parking lot. But another party arrived later and they parked in same lot for free. WiFi was also not free.

Pretty, quiet, comfortable close to places to eat. Breakfast was good. Close to the hospital. Just an fyi if there’s a beeping noise in the room it’s the dishwasher. It needs to be closed and locked!

On our third day we had to ask for housekeeping as we were apparently missed but they never cleaned the counters off in the kitchen area. We also found two different kind of bugs on two different days in the bed. The grounds were nice and kept up . I will not stay here again.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was great! The staff for check in was friendly and there was always someone up at the desk when we went to charge our drinks. The entire hotel was very clean and our room was completely stocked with everything we needed and even stuff we didnt need! Would definitely visit again!

Additionally, the toilet was unreliable when it came to flushing. The mechanism kept malfunctioning. We would stay there again, but we would ask for a different room.

I had to pay $12.00 for parking which I thought was ridiculous. I've never ever paid for parking my vehicle outside in a parking lot of a hotel or motel. It wasn't even a parking garage!!!!

The only suggestion I would have is the people that work the counter should let the guest know that they have to pay $12 for parking. That was never mentioned to us and then they charged our credit card $12 without saying anything.

We enjoyed our stay !!! The only thing they can do to improve on, is to put more usb ports in the rooms to charge cell phones. The grounds were nice, clean ,safe. The employees showed great customer service. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay overall was great! Only issue we had the entire time were the pillows. Seemed to be very worn out and thin. Not comfortable at all.

The room was nice. Service was excellent. My main complaint was the low lighting and lack of lighting. We had a black tie event and it was very hard to get ready because some light bulbs were missing but also the lights in the room and bathroom are so dull and lacking that we couldn’t see to put makeup on or get ready. That was disappointing.

First glass I took out of the cabinet had lipstick on it. Towels were not soft at all. Shampoo, body wash were almost out and I could just get a few squirts of conditioner out of the bottle. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Not the fault of the hotel, but a train blared its horn before 6am. Coffee was good and a nice breakfast.

We stayed here because of it's closeness to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. It was very convenient. Our room was nice but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Great place to stay with various hot breakfast options. Beware that you will be charged $12 a day to park your vehicle in the hotel parking lot that is attached to the hotel and uncovered. Parking fee only complaint because it doesn’t make sense.

Always stay at the Homewood Suites when we are in Ft Worth for horse shows. Never dissapointed.

While my stay didn't go as planned as I got locked out of my room when the card system failed, the front desk clerk, Jasmine, went out of her way to help us get back into the room. The system was not fixed while we were there so Jasmine gave us a free night's stay in the future. This night could have gone much worse if not for her help.

Happy with the amenities, service and cleanliness. Only issue was the hot tub was broken and unable to be repaired during our time, but tbe pool was a nice temperature.

Hot tub wasn’t working and my room wasn’t cleaned as set up by desk No new towels second night or housekeeping Desk said housekeeping showed it serviced but beds not made, trash not emptied and no new towels I went down and picked new linens and a trash bag from desk since housekeeping had all left and no telling when they would be delivered

We had to travel for medical reasons, and when I tell you the whole staying part was the easiest part of out trip! Loved it there and will definitely use it again!

Overall a good experience. We reserved a suite for six and only had 3 sets of towels and dishes for 4 in our suite on arrival. Staff quickly remedied, but once again at cleaning time, all extras were taken and only three towel sets replaced fresh. Minor inconvenience but could easily be remedied.

This hotel was exactly what we were needing for our quick 1 night stay! Extremely friendly staff, and probably the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was much better than expected as well! Not to mention, the clean pool, clean mini golf areas outside!

Great stay! My friend and I stayed for one night for a concert at Dickies Arena. PERFECT location since we could see the arena from our room and the pool. The pool are was awesome! It was like a mini resort. The check in and check out was so easy. Our room was spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious, so many options offered.

We only had one area for concern and that was the lack of electricity on one side of the room on our second day. It was a little inconveniencing to have my phone charging across the room with the threat of missing my alarm.
