Close to Dickie’s arena. We were able to get Uber easily to attend concert. Surface Parking available but it is not free. Walking distance to Jason’s deli and Torchy’s Taco. Very polite and professional staff.

We loved how accommodating they were for our 2 autistic sons. They allowed me to take breakfast "to go" up to our room for the entire family, because the dining area was overstimulated for the boys. This way we were all able to eat breakfast together. We also LOVED the pool! The kids spent hours in there. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Cleanliness Great overall but at the pool no drinks at all. We were asked to go outside to throw away a water bottle even tho it was very hot and steamy in there. So we had to go all the way back up to our room wet just to get a drink. And being charged $ 15 for parking and an additional $50 in case we messed up the room.

The hotel was in a great area and easily accessible to various highways to the city. Overall, a great hotel offering a breakfast and access to fast food restaurants.

The pool area was nice. My kids loved it. They ran out of towels a few times. The breakfast is not included in the stay. My husband enjoyed the bar and they a few good appetizers for purchase at the bar.

The property was well kept. However there were ants in our room. We didn’t complain because we went through a third party company. The beds were on the floor and it wasn’t what the picture showed. There was supposed to be free breakfast, once again I was disappointed. The had a separate kitchen that sold breakfast and beverages. I have been to a Hilton before and this one was a knock off Hilton

The location was very convenient to downtown Fort Worth, and it had one of the best indoor pools I’ve ever been to, heated, with a splash pad also. Safe garage parking just across the street from the main entrance of the hotel, and the lobby & rooms were very spacious and clean. The pillows and comforters were so soft and comfortable that we all slept like a rock. The towels were big & nice and fluffy, and you were able to grab as many as you needed. The staff were super friendly & helpful and very approachable and willing to help with anything you needed. The products they use for the bathrooms are full size and very nice and smell amazing. You don’t have to wrestle with little travel sized lotions and soaps that usually are awful anyway. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I wouldn’t have had to bring my own with me..I definitely would have been satisfied just using their products. You do have to pay extra to have breakfast included, and the buffet had a decent spread, but no waffles or pancakes or anything like that. You could do a “made to order” breakfast, but that was a bigger up-charge. Only thing I would like more would be to have a waffle maker and more hot food for the breakfast, especially since you have to pay extra for it, but I will say that they serve breakfast until 11 a.m. which was wonderful for late sleepers.

Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out.

The breakfast buffet was quite boring. Most hotels I stay at have an awesome above and beyond continental breakfast. Your buffet was extremely lacking and it was $17 - value was extremely not there. Also I have never been to a hotel ever for a 2 night stay that did not clean my room in between nights. You guys did not. That was a surprise. It really did not effect our stay but my wife and I it was very noteworthy for future considerations.

The hotel had a very nice pool and with sprinklers and nice play area for kids. The hotel was in a very safe part of town. There were very close dining options, like Torchy's Taco and Jason's Deli. They gave us good chocolate cookies when we got there.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a guy in India who did not help me. It was a terrible experience. I never got WiFi. The location works well for us. We travel to Ft Worth often. My husband likes the fitness room; I usually go outside and walk. We don't have to hunt for a parking space. The lobby is spacious with a variety of sitting areas including one outdoors. there are two restaurants we can walk to.

This Hilton Hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for us. Every time we stay here, it’s always clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet, or cook to order. You can park in a parking garage. Also to there’s a Jason’s deli, and torchys taco in the parking lot.

My daughter had to have surgery at Cook Children's Hospital, so we wanted to be close. Our stay over exceeded our expectations. Front Desk Attendant was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, inviting and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we have to be back.

Close to Dickies arena. Clean quiet facility, the one drawback was that we did not have hot water for one of the days/ night. We chose to have breakfast cooked instrad of eating the buffet food. The food was cold, potatoes could have been cooked a bit more for crispness, the bacon waa great. We would stay here again.

The beds weren’t comfy they were extremely stiff and saggy. Parking was over priced. Check in wasn’t that bad but since it was late the doors wouldn’t open for us and the attendant wouldn’t open. Breakfast was over priced as well for the type of food you get.

So, when I booked at property, I called to confirm details and asked is breakfast included and was told yes. Not true they have breakfast available to purchase. When I brought this to the managers attention, she said she could do nothing we would need to pay, when I could see some reservations had breakfast included. She made no attempt to make to right by offering a complimentary breakfast for at least one of the mornings or give us a small credit voucher. Made no attempt to make it right. And both myself and the person sharing the room went to urgent care with what we were told was bed bugs. Will be rating you all on yelp as a do not stay. horrible customer service

Used Expedia to rent room and wasn’t given the Cooks children’s discount. Had to pay to park and $50 for incidentals? Ridiculous!!! Will not be staying there again. But the swimming pool was a 10 plus.

15.00 for parking, 17.95 for scrambled eggs, stale cereal, gravy with no biscuits, 8.00 if you wanted two pieces of french toast for a child. Everything all other hotels have for free.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I have never encounter staff at a hotel that were so nice. I will stay here every chance I get.

Check in clerk was rude because we used Hotels.com to make reservations. She couldn't find my name on reservations and griped that we used "a 3rd party" to make reservations. Had to pay to park. Many small black bugs running around bathroom floor,walls and counter tops. No room service. Sign on our door said vending machine was next to ice machine. No vending machines. Tried to use laundry but it had no coin operated machines. Had to use Paypal with minimum $25 purchase. Hilton has gone downhill.

The stay was excellent from check in to check out! Parking in the garage right across of the hotel was easy and convenient. The food options around the hotel are great for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the pool, it was exactly what the pictures looked like and the restaurant and bar was perfect for us all! The room was spacious enough for a family of five and the staff provided EXCELLENT customer service. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back!

Hotel was clean and smelled good. They had a computer issue so the waived the parking fees. Greated when we approached the front desk. Very professional and helpful. Lots of snacks and food stocked in the panty. Pod coffee maker. Clean furniture and comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Pool was nice, but a little cold to be an inside pool. But I loved that the pool was open til midnight. Towels in the pool area and pool area was clean. I would stay here again.

The bed was really low and the woman said it had a walk in shower and it was a regular bathtub.

It was very clean and quiet.

Takes care of us and makes our stay so much more enjoyable. This beautiful lady needs a raise.

Did not like indoor pool & would like a hot tub!!

Just a very comfortable room. Do wish they offer breakfast for free or a much lower charge though.
