hotel was nice and clean good location my 2 complains is parking is valet only kind of high walk 2 blocks away and save money, i booked a 2 bed with a sofa sleeper that room was avaiable had to get a 2 bed and go back down and request a extra roll out bed

Our stay was very nice from the moment we checked in. The young man at the front desk was prompt and very polite. Parking was simple and efficient. Getting the car brought up to go in and out was quick and the guys seemed like they were enjoying their job. Always smiling and friendly.

Great location! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. We had a nice room with a terrace. Enjoyed the terrace. Only ding would be that the toilet was too low. Definitely recommend!

I love that the rooms have wood floors rather than carpet. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't like that the coffee shop and bar had extremely limited hours. The bar tender was excellent and made great drinks but there is only a very short window to take advantage.

Front desk employees Rasheed, Blu, Jeanne, Darlaina , and all the valet guys were amazing. Davy in particular found and held on to our cell phone we left by accident all evening until we returned.

Room was nice. Primary focus was the Stockyards for this trip, so didn't navigate much around the hotel. Staff was mediocre in terms of helpfulness and friendliness, but no major complaints. It's about what you would expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Sufficient and clean.

Awesome time, clean room. The pool was heated I thought, but it wasn't. There's no fan in the bathroom, we should have brought air freshener. Nice smoking area, one of our group is a smoker and he really liked it. Super friendly and helpful staff. If we get back to Fort Worth, we'll stay here again.

I don't drink, so I didn't have need for the bar, and I don't swim.

Everything was amazing and the view from our room was hands down the best part of our stay. We got exactly what we asked for.

No rooftop as shown on photo which was disappointing but the hotel was in a great areas close to Sundance square. Close to orange line bus stop to take you to the stockyards

Rooms were clean. Staff was very noce and accommodating. Never heard noise in hallways or thru the walls from other rooms. Pool was nice, water was cold. We asked them to turn up the heat to warm it up a bit. Maintenance was down there immediately to do so. Would 100% stay again.

The room was fine. Stayed over on a Friday night and there was extremely loud music played in a square and was extremely disruptive and loud inside the hotel room until it’s 10:30 11 PM. There should be a note or indication that that’s the case on Friday. I will never stay there again on the weekend.

Lady at the front desk, the one with tattoos. I entered and she just started, did not get greeted. Once I got to the desk she opened her eyes bigger and moved her head forward as in “what do you want”. I had to speak first and ask all the questions. Need better staffing.

The room was absolutely spotless! The staff was more than courteous! It was so convenient to drive into the valet station and simply walk into the hotel. We enjoyed the accessibility to the convention center, which is why we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location is great and attached to a great breakfast restaurant. When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of smoke, and the windows were noticeably dirty. The daily parking rate was outrageous and no social hour was a bummer.

The location was perfect for our plans. The staff was attentive The air was not working in our room so they moved us to another. The maintance sis come to fix but offered a room change. The room was not an upgrade but it was cooler than the first room. The bar was closed. The valet was the only parking option and was $45 plus $20 tip bc there was no change to be made on property. Just not the experience we were expecting at that price point.

Right outside the door is an area called Sundance Square which has a lot of great shopping and food options. There are other parking options, but we opted with the valet service. It’s unlimited in and out whenever you need for one flat fee. It was worth it for me to feel like my car was in a safe location.

The shower did not work properly and would not lower the exceptionally hot water temperature that caused taking a shower unbearable. I felt the parking fee see awfully high.. and caught me by surprise - especially when I discovered the amount of available free street parking I found in the vicinity. Also the coffee bar could have been open a little longer - but I’m nit-picking ?

Room is small and AC doesn’t seem to work well. Room was warm with thermostat all the way down and fan running. Somewhat noisy, even on the 8th floor. I paid as much for this crappy room as at the Worthington, which is the only place I will stay from now on.

Couldn't turn the air conditioning off and the sink blocked but all in all it was very clean and spacious room. Staff were not rude but not very friendly or welcoming either. Arrived late at night after a 13 hour flight and not even a smile, just a transaction....

The staff is kind and very friendly. Excellent location with numerous restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the Convention Centre. The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable to my taste. The bed sheets were only changed once during a 10-day stay. The rest of the time, only the comforter was properly put back in place.

Downtown Fort Worth is incredible. It is clean and easily walkable with lots of restaurants and bars. Courtyard by Marriott Blackstone is right in the middle of it all. My wife and I took an uber from the hotel to the stockyards and it was only $15. The staff at the Marriott was incredible and very accommodating and personal-able. I highly recommend stay here if you are visiting Fort Worth.

Downtown Fort Worth is incredible. It is clean and easily walkable with lots of restaurants and bars. Courtyard by Marriott Blackstone is right in the middle of it all. During our stay the business computer was not working this was an inconvenience as we needed to print a document and we were unable to do so. I found hair on the linens in my bed indicating the comforter and sheets were not changed entirely. The lamps and charger on the nightstand did not work therefore we were only able to light half of the room. The shower had a plumbing issue. It was dripping when we walked into the room and continued to drip during our entire stay. Although we had two windows, the view from the second window faced a brick wall and was covered with bird excrement. Overall, the room was substandard for the price.

Awesome location plenty to do and eat within walking distance. We got to Valet our car and then used Lyft to and from the concert. Best idea ever save tons on parking and time in traffic.

Website, both hotel and Expedia, need to be updated re the romoval of the advertised indoor hot tub spa. The pool was great, though. Our stay was to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. We both had a great time!

Staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, from the front desk to the bar staff to housekeeping. The pool was not always stocked with towels and there was a slight sewer smell in our room at times but honestly it wasn't bad enough to ask to change rooms. Would gladly stay here again!

We asked front desk and they said oh just keep turning it down. That didn’t work. It reached as hot as 77 in the room. We were sweating all night. It was completely ridiculous for the price we paid for this hotel. You shouldn’t have to sweat at $250 a night.

Was quite good. Wasnt very clean and housekeeping needs addressing. Washing machines were broken and only 1 dryer was working. Didnt change bed linen or make bed for the 6 nights we were there. Too much money for the stay. Charged more than what we were quoted and had confirmed when booking. No facilities to make tea in your room.

We got a balcony room and it was really nice. The weather was really mild and we actually slept with the balcony door open as we were 16 floors up. We had a nice romantic weekend. The bartender “Al from Wisconsin “ was really fun!! If we had to change anything, we would’ve like a bigger bathroom, and a bigger pool. But we will definitely stay there during Spring and Fall :)

The hotel was nice. My only complaint was that oversized vehicle parking was quite expensive. We arrived in a full sized truck so I would recommend driving a smaller vehicle such as small car

Service wasn’t the best as try to call front desk and no one’s answers the call as tried 3 times. Isn’t with air conditioning as wasn’t working properly for the heater and pillows are way to soft.

I have stayed at this Hotel before and it was good but this time it was not. The bedding did not smell fresh at all as well as the room. I had the do not disturb on the door & the maid woke me up knocking on the door at 9am when check out was 11 and she stated she just wanted to see if I was till there. She was very noisy when she was cleaning the other rooms. Was wooken up at 8:30.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Until i fell and hurt my knee in the lobby and the person behind the desk didnt even bother to aak me if I was ok. I fell after i got off the elevator and i know the person saw me because i tripped over the chair that was hanging out in the wallking area.

The room was incredibly tiny. The bed takes of the whole room. Large flat screen tv is not even in front of the bed. You have to turn your head just to watch the tv.

First time in Ft Worth and loved the location of this hotel . It was clean . The staff was friendly . Overall a positive experience

Convenient location to Train Station if wanting to go to Dallas area.

The hotel was clean as well as our room. Hotel was quiet at night and has black-out curtains which helps for sleeping. It had a Corner Bakery attached where we could get food/beverages. Hotel was close to several possible places to eat for dinner.

Pool had dead bugs in it. We asked for coffee and was told to find housekeeper. Not the friendliest staff
