    The staff at check-in was great! The room I had with the King-size bed was great!!! I didn't know they had a refrigerator was an absolute plus!! I only wished the hotel restaurant was Vegan friendly as it would've been a totally fabulous stay! However, I was disturbed twice by housekeeping as she ignored the privacy sign on my door who came in the first time when I wasn't there and made up my bed and left realizing her error and the second time when I was in my room at 11:19am (my last day) knocking on my door with the privacy sign still on the outside door (check out at 12pm) which was quite irritating and wondered if she can READ!! Nevertheless, I let the front desk know my displeasure and they were quite nice about it.

    We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy

    For the price I paid, $127 a night, I was thoroughly impressed at all the Hilton had to offer. The bar and gym were very nice, not to meantion the location combined with the building's architecture it is memorable.

    The hotel and location are great. My only complaint is that the room was very dark because the lighting was not good. Also, with taxes and fees, it cost $74 to park overnight. I travel all the time and I have never paid that much to park. I will think twice about booking this property again based on the price to park overnight.

    Loved the location and staff were great. It is an older property and it definitely showed. AC wasn’t great and bathroom fixtures were not great. Canned light in ceiling dropped part of the way out. Shower nozel was wobbly if you tried to adjust it. Just needs some TLC to be at Hilton status in my opinion

    They charged me $62 for parking for one day. We asked the front desk for a phone charger, but they informed us that they did not have one available and suggested we get one from CVS. However, after we had already purchased a charger, they told us that there was actually one in the room.

    The property itself, meaning the lobby, bar and restaurant area were great! The staff was good, attentive. The odd thing was they had no ice machines. They manually make zip lock bags of ice from the kitchen and place them in an ice cream cooler in the self serve pantry. This is a HILTON Property! I was just surprised. Saying that, you could call down and ask them to deliver a quart bag to your room. So it may just be my preference. The room was beautiful and finishes from furniture to bathroom decor to tile was excellent! AC was great since it was hot outside. Water pressure great in shower. Did not get as hot as you would expect but was acceptable.Television app options were great. Only really bad thing was that I got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom to encounter a 1 inch by 1/2 inch Roach scurrying along the bathroom floor. Killed it… looked around and did not see any others. Had no idea where it came from but the thought of it going all over the room was troubling. Woke up took a shower only to find another Roach in the shower with me! Gross! The other issue I had was the price of parking! It’s only Valet which normally I have no problem with, 20.00 to 35.00 oh well… NO, this place charged 73.00 not including tip!!! That is an Fing money grab! That was almost half the cost of the room! There was no mention of that on the reservation page! Bad on me though, I should have inquired before reservation by calling the property! Due to that, won’t stay again.

    The hotel is very dated. Although clean and tidy, rooms felt 1980s style with very tired fixtures and fittings. No complimentary water was provided in room but an $12 bottle was on the desk. $12 for a bottle of in room water felt insulting, especially as a Hilton Honors guest. Amenities such as the hairdryer and power outlets etc felt old and wobbly. For the price point and the Hilton brand I felt this fell short of what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties worldwide. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the line to check in was long and I wasn’t offered any help with my large bags on check in or check out. For a short trip this property was fine however I would stay elsewhere for a longer trip and I feel the price point vs the quality provided was not good value for money.

    When we arrived to our unit we didn't need to use the key to open the door. Apparently if you don't close it all the way by yourself, it just stays unlocked. thermostat was broken. We couldn't turn it off and it continuously ran through the entire night on a freezing cold temperature.

    Room was okay, beds are comfy and spacious, bathroom drain wasn’t draining properly and there wasn’t a ton of amenities. For an older property though it was very well maintained and taken clean, lov d the location. No parking, valet was expensive.

    In the new room, the toilet flushed, but you had to lift the tank to get it to refill. Told the same girl at the desk, she said that shouldn’t happen and they’d have it fixed. I expect more from a full service hotel in the way of service. The valet attendants and restaurant staff were terrific. Front desk and management were not very attentive to guest needs.

It appeared they were told not to assist and to have no carts available, when several asked for at least a cart for self service because all were told no available bellman help with luggage or check in. No carts, no assistance and a charge of $60+ a night fee for parking! Very disappointing in Hilton service, not like any other Hilton I have ever stayed at! The room was very nice and the leadership event I attended was great!

    Only 1 elevator worked you could never go up or down, the valet were SO RUDE and did not help with bags. We wanted to pay to keep our car and they basically told us not to and watched us load our stuff up and had to move our car because they parked it near another.

I’d like to have more cream in my coffee. 2 creamers doesn’t cut it. Room was gorgeous. Loved the big size toiletries. There was one elevator out of service which created a back up especially with an 800 person party going on which also affected the AC from functioning properly during a heat wave in FW during December.

    The lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper & hand soap. We called the front desk on our second day because our room was not cleaned and the front desk told us that housekeeping had our room marked as cleaned, but it was not touched. We then asked for clean towels to be brought up & it took almost an hour to get them. The breakfast looked awful and was such a limited menu that we left to get food at a cafe down the block. My Escalade was too big for the parking garage so I parked on the street and worried all night about it being broken into by the street people lurking near the hotel. We would not stay here again.

    The room was nice, clean but outdated. Shower pressure not that great. The ice machine was no longer on the second floor and eventually found out we had to ask for a bag of ice at the front desk. Parking had an outrageous price of $70 a night so we ended up parking at 777 main building for $25. The lobby was very nice but getting there right at 3pm check in time, it ended up getting busy with a long line to check in.

    Parking was only available via valet, which was not made clear during booking. Additionally, our rental car was damaged while in valet care, and the hotel had no camera footage to investigate. We had to file a claim and were given inconsistent information about the process, which has been stressful to deal with from out of the country. The room did not match what was advertised—it lacked expected modern features, and housekeeping was poor (only the beds were made, with trash and the bathroom left untouched). We were also disappointed to learn there was no pool, something we would have expected at a hotel of this level. While staff were friendly, communication was inconsistent, and we often received conflicting information. Overall, this was not the quality of stay we’ve come to expect from Hilton. I would not return to this location.

    The draw is the JFK Memorial (historical aspect) and walkability to restaurants. I did not like the ice situation. There should be ice machines on every floor. Also, had a few issues with cleaning. When we told them we were getting dressed to come back later they never did (and no I did not have a sign on my door). Had to ask and it still wasn't cleaned. Asked again and they cleaned it. In other words, they were going to pass me by if they could not clean when it was convenient for them. Finally the charge for breakfast is excessive. We have money but don't like burning it so we did not even try. Finally, what happened to your happy hour you used to have? To stay competitive in the future, you better reconsider the elimination of these perks compared to other nearby hotels. I have stayed there many times before but this time I would just say it was just 'OK'.

    I booked a room in advance reserving a king bed, and said I would be checking in late. Im 6'3 260, my girl is 6'1 160. They gave us 2 queens, and said that it was all that was left. Not happy for what i paid for this room and the valet, and wont be back. If i find out this is Orbitz doing, i wont use them again either.

    Parking is non-existent. Free parking on street about a block from hotel. Have some cash handy for the homeless. OR you can pay Hilton $61 valet EACH night. Nope, free parking not included with your $223 a night room. So you end up paying almost $300 a night for a lackluster stay.

    It might have just been the room I was put in, but the AC was blowing air, but it was NOT cold, it was so humid and sticky. The bathroom smelled like mildew, like it had not been cleaned with any cleaning products.     There is a mildewing/cleaning chemical smell in lobby and corridors and room. Clothes hanged in closet and in drawers, even unused clothes smell mildew when we got home. We needed to ask for coffee, cream , laundry bags, water, etc... everything that we need. They give it without problem. But, finding out right at the time of your need, make a call, and wait for it was frustrating. The front desk line is ALWAYS busy. We have to go down from 6 th floor and get our items.

    Very old and hotel is very musty. Gave our room away and had to down class us. We left after 1 night to the Hampton Inn near by that was outstanding.

    Aside from someone smoking cannibis in our floor on the first night, it was a very clean hotel. The valet service was very helpful and the location of the hotel was outstanding. Close to restaurants, shops and the main street.

    The first night, we were awakened with water dripping from the ceiling above the bed. The entire bed was soaked, and all our clothes & luggage were ruined. We later learned the overflowing toilet above us caused the damage. We were moved to another room that someone had been kicked out of earlier that evening, so we waited while they changed the sheets and collected to dirty towels from the floor. We woke up to a hot room with the floor soaked from the leaking AC unit. the next night, we had an acceptable room. No refunds or exceptions were given to us because we booked through Expedia. I am very unhappy with the entire situation, not to mention that all my clothes had to be thrown away because they were soaked with sewer water.
