We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The beach location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool and amenities. The hotel was perfect for a family getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

El hotel muy limpio , buena atención , buen trato pero si debo señalar que en la playa las embarcaciones y los botes particulares (fuera de los huéspedes) no dan espacio para los q pagan un servicio hotelero , vienen prácticamente a la orilla y los que han pagado apenas cuentan con tranquilidad para bañarse (nunca había visto algo igual) esto no debería de suceder con lo costoso q es la estadía , debieran de tener una señalización donde desde ese punto no se debiera pasar

The concierge desk is located on the ground floor, far from the reception area, yet there was no staff assistance or organization in place to help guests manage their luggage and departure process efficiently. The lack of coordination and support made the experience frustrating and stressful. For a hotel of this category and reputation, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, the departure experience fell well below the standard of excellence that guests should reasonably expect.

This place is all about the vibes! The live music and common spaces are lively and just what you would hope for a Margaritaville. A day at the pool is also fun filled and lenetvetic. However, if you would like a nice evening, watching the sunset in the summer, forget about it the pool and beach amenities is all closed at 8 PM. This was a little disappointing to be sure other than that. Everything was amazing and we would definitely go again, maybe in the winter.

It was everything and more. We loved our stay and will be back again. The lobby was beautiful and the convenience of valet parking was helpful, although it would have been helpful to let us know the daily charge before hand as well as 50 daily charge for amenities fees
