Check in was easy and efficient. The owners live on property and were very friendly and helpful. This location is near several restaurants and the beach. I will book here again next time I visit FMB

Our trip was so relaxing. Manatee Bay Inn was so convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach. No need to take the car. The owner, Lien, was a sweetheart and was very accommodating. There is nothing that I could think of that would have made this trip more pleasant. I will absolutely return.

The property in the pool was very nice. The location of the hotel was near all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. The room had a kitchenette and a small living area with a balcony that overlooked the pool. The pool was warm and comfortable, and never crowded. The deck was roomy and comfortable for sunbathing and just sitting around a table for night drinks at sunset. The room could use some more storage and places for your clothes but overall a very nice day.

Very nice property. Easy 5 minute walk to beach and Times Square area. Easy 5 minute walk to great waterfront dining. The owner is fantastic. She showed around and talked with us during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for couples and small families

We had a lovely family stay here. The property has a nice view of water where we saw manatees swimming. Heated pool. Very friendly and helpful owners. The room and pool area was spotlessly clean. Numbered parking spaces right outside the rooms. The property is on a quiet street but only a few mins walk to bars, restaurants, gift shops and the beach. Would definitely stay here again :)

The rooms were clean, 2 pools on site. Very quiet and comfortable- but it's just a block or 2 to all of the wonderful things FMB has to offer. Wonderful people that own this place, that are always around for anything you may need. We will be back!

Lien and Pat were great hosts and the location was close to everything. The pool area and the deck overlooking the canal were beautiful and quite relaxing especially at night. We would definitely come back here if we are in the Ft Myers area in the future.

They told me that they “overbooked” and we had to move into a new unit after our 2nd night. So we had to pack up our stuff and move. Then the toilet seat was broke in this unit, Asked if I could check out late, they said no. People were coming in ( but made me move because they allowed a family to stay one night and messed up our reservation). Asked if we could keep car parked so we could walk to beach, told me I could but only for a short time. This is ironic because when we got there, our parking spot wasn’t open because previous people stayed longer and were in our designated parking spot. Was the place nice? Yes. It’s off the path so it’s quiet but... We had to move and had a broken toilet seat and weren’t given anything for this. It’s all about the money and get as many people in their units.

We could not ask for more on our stay. First off the location is ideal and close to everything. The unit was clean and well stocked with all your needs. The grounds and pool areas feel like your own tropical retreat! We will be back!!

Unterkunft war ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Leider nur ein Queensbett und klappsofa in der Unterkunft. Wir waren dort 5 Nächte, nach 3 Nächten mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, der Grund wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Das Ärgerliche war, dass das neue Zimmer sehr klein war und somit das Klappsofa nicht benutzt werden konnte. Mein Sohn (1,95 m groß) und ich mussten uns dann ein Oueensbett teilen, war nicht so gut. Das Personal war sehr höflich. Frühstück sehr einseitig.

Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Manatee Bay Inn! Die Betreiber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation sehr einfach in Muttersprache! Unser kleines Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt inkl. voll ausgestatteter Küche. das gesamte Hotel ist super Toll gelegen, sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem nur 200m von der "flanier-Meile" entfernt. Die Aussicht in den kleinen "Hafen" ist toll. Insgesamt passt die Anlage perfekt in die Umgebung. Kleine Gebäude, alles sehr familiär. Frühstück war auch ganz ordentlich. Wir würden jede Zeit wiederkommen!

The hotel has a beautiful view. A very peaceful stay. Much more intimate experience than the large beach front or hotel chain. The staff was friendly and attentive. This hotel has a great location with plenty of dining choices and just a couple blocks from the Time Square, fishing pier and beach.

Einfach nur wunderschön - freundliche Leute, wohnlich eingerichtete und super saubere Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht und alles funktioniert auch, kleines aber feines Frühstück, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, kleiner herrlicher Pool direkt vor dem Fenster und die paradiesischste Sonnenterrasse an der Bay, die man sich vorstellen kann mit Liegen und Schirmen und dem Blick auf Mangroven, Pelikane, Reiher, Squirrels und springende Fische...ein Paradies - wir kommen wieder!!!

Mer pensionat och B&B än hotell. De trevliga tyskamerikanska ägarna erbjuder åtta rum, två pooler, en helt ok frukost, två små pooler och grillplats/bord och solstolar i en underbar liten trädgård som vetter mot en sömnigt idylliskt liten havsvik. Och bara ett hundratal meter från denna idyll lockar Fort Mayers beach med restauranger, strandshopper, barer och sandstränder. Idealiskt för den som vill slippa köra bil för att käka/dricka middag. Klart prisvärt! Men de som bokar ett rum för fyra får räkna med att betala ett (klart överkomligt) tillägg för två personer. Priserna som anges på Hotels.com är nämligen avsedda för två personer, inte fyra. Men låt inte det avskräcka, det här är ett ställe man gärna återvänder till.

Hotel staff were incredibly nice, breakfast was just great and had bagels, toast, fresh fruit, cereal and drinks. Was only a few blocks from beach and many shops, eateries. Just far enough to be out of the noise. Loved it!

Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. pool and dock area overlook the inland waterway. wonderful spot to sit in the afternoon with a book and a glass of wine. So relaxing. Staff and owners were wonderful! Highly recommend this inn and it does deserve more than the 2.5 stars it is rated.

Mais quelle déception lorsque notre hôtesse nous a fait traverser la rue pour nous montrer notre petit appartement car aucune vue, ni sur la marina, ni sur la rue mais sur un grand et haut mur. Nous étant fiés à la grande majorité d'avis très positifs, nous regrettons d'avoir choisi le Manatee Bay Inn.

Schade, dass wir nur drei Nächte gebucht hatten. In diesem kleinen Motel hätten wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Jugendlicher) gern unseren gesamten Urlaub verbracht. Die "Betreuung" durch die Gastgeber war individuell und persönlich, die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und sauber und verfügten über alle nötigen facilitys. Das Frühstück war angenehm unamerikanisch (Geschirr statt Plastik). Die Lage und Umgebung war einfach genial. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

They placed us in an apartment across the street from where the breakfast was served, where the pools were located, and where the bay was located. So we had no view, we had people walking overhead in the apartment above, industrial trucks each morning waking us up, and a squeaky futon when we requested two queen beds. If you want to stay in the main bed and breakfast, get your reservation in early.

I walked to Topps (grocery store) a few times and managed to fill my fridge with all my favourite foods. The daily continental breakfast was adequate for starting the day though I also prepared breakfast in my room a few times. Fort Myers Beach is a wide beach with fine, white sand and plenty of seashells. There are mostly souvenir stores on the island so to do some serious shopping one needs an automobile. I took one trip to Edison Mall which has a Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penney and many other stores. Overall, the Manatee Bay Inn offers great value for the money. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Fort Myers Beach the MB Inn can't be beat!

It is in walking distance to everywhere in Fort Myers Beach which makes your vacation even easier. The staff is available anytime 24/7 with the ring if a door bell and they are always very friendly! We have definitely found our favorite vacation spot! Oh and make sure you check out the little pizza shop at the end of the street...it's delicious and the people running it are so nice!

My boyfriend and I came and stayed here for our two year anniversary and it was awesome! The room was clean, tidy and very affordable. The hotel offers comfortable accomodation at a very affordable price.Just six rooms/suites all overlooking a small bay.Free internet access which is good.Basic breakfast-cereals and fruit but all nicely put out.The hotel proprioters are both very accessible,friendly and helpfull.

We stayed at the Manatee Bay Inn in Fort Meyer's Beach. It was so wonderful. It is near the beach, shops and restaurants. You do not need your car at all. It is on a lagoon, has a tiki hut, dining area, breakfast, 2 pools, lots of palm trees and flowers. We did not want to leave.
