The Stonebreaker is a 76-room boutique hotel situated atop Markham Hill. This transformative project includes the comprehensive restoration of the beloved Pratt Place Inn and Barn. Stonebreaker is set to become a vibrant new landmark in Northwest Arkansas, with its barn and restaurant opening in July 2024, followed by the hotel's debut in October 2024. The Stonebreaker is designed as a social hub, providing inviting spaces for both community events and individual gatherings.

We loved our stay and would be so convenient during game weekends. Relaxing from the busy of town. I do wish the bed side table was more user friendly but the beds were very comfy.

The property was beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. The food was great and reasonably priced, and our server was very nice.

Resort was very nice very clean very well maintained staff was knowledgeable. However, rooms did not have tables to eat off of or dust to work from and pet fees were extremely high considering what I pay in other hotels.

Did not get to enjoy the entire property but what we did was very nice.

Love this property, just be aware there is no privacy in bathroom so traveling with family is not great as they can see through the glass when showering, not frosted enough.

This was a fine place to stay in Fayetteville. Both the room and the bed were very comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent.(though not included in the room rate). I liked the hot coffee they bring to your room at 8 pm upon request.

I love the location. It is so close to town, yet feels completely remote. When you are on the property, you cannot tell that you are less than 2 miles from campus. We jogged into town one morning, but also utilized electric scooters in the afternoon to go back and forth. Ubers were also always readily available, which we used in the evening. If you drive, there is plenty of free parking on site. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms have a nice, modern design/decor and the shower in the room was nice. The soap/shampoo was all Molton and Brown. There was coffee available in the mornings with delivery service to your room. I never ate in the restaurant on site, but someone from our party had a hamburger delivered pool side and said it was great. There is a small bar connected associated with the restaurant as well. My only complaint of the room was that I did not love the mattresses. They are soft, foam mattresses, which I don't like because I sleep hot. As for the grounds, it was very nice, but the pool should be larger. They have a nice, large hot tub, but the pool is far too small for the capacity of the hotel. Overall, I liked the property and would stay there again.

By far, the best place to stay in Fayetteville. Property is amazing and clean and everyone working there was super helpful. I came into town for a wedding and picked this place last minute, so happy I did. I will definitely stay here again.

If you enjoy privacy, don’t book the king suite, 201. I booked a “king suite with balcony with a resort view”. And we were put in a room facing the parking lot. Lacking privacy — due to sheer curtains, only. The bedroom (separate from living room) also lacked substantial curtains. We felt like we were in a display case to everyone coming and going. No refrigerator. Found an empty bottle of men’s shampoo in the shower. Which I was willing to see past, but worth mentioning at this point. The Estate is beautiful, wish we would have had the pleasure of viewing it from our king suite balcony. I give it a 4/10.

Slow dinner service and we were refused a table for brunch without a reservation, even though we were staying at the hotel.

Lovely new property with a blend of modern design and southern comforts. Highly recommend. The only draw bound is the sound of the ac unit in the room- it is very loud.

The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly laid out. We loved the fresh coffee delivered to our door in the morning in a cute little thermos and the quiet courtyard where we could relax by one of the fire pits. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Perfect weekend getaway! Thank you!
