We stayed here for a last minute change in our travel plans, the rooms have been updated recently so we're very clean and comfy. Great water pressure in the shower and a great night's sleep for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the worst treatment ever, stayed here by myself young female 20 for a baby apt was treated like a hooker and thrown in a smoking room with fleas! Lady at the desk was RUDE once I told her I wanted the room I paid for and was getting bit up! Moved to a new room and there was dog hair and hair covering the sheets, pillows, and blankets!

It was quite I never received the $20 refund owed to me when the clerk ran my card when she shouldn't have. She couldn't understand English or what she had did really. She also lied and said my money would return that evening

It was close to where I needed to go. The bed was very firm, the lamp by the bed was broken, it took a while for water to get hot, comforter on bed was stained. Room smelled strongly of Marijuana. Disappointed that there wasn't breakfast.

Clean quiet

The room was nice and clean but the staff me and my dogs feel very unwelcome like we were a nuisance for just being there so it was definitely hard to relax at all. But outside of that everything was fine.

Well, I had booked two nights online with your company expedia, and when I got to the hotel at regency seven, it was not honored.It was ninety five dollar per night charge, and he would only give me one night and it ash again.And he was still, he wouldn't give me another knight, so he did not honor but we had books online.

Overall the property served it purpose for my needs. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, and the shower had hot water. The check in and check out process were smooth. However, the room smelt like cigerette smoke, there were flies all over the room, and the floors/tables/chairs were all dirty. I think with a little TLC and attention to cleaning details, this could be so much better.

Beds were HARD!!!

There were dirty spots and handprints on light switch and door jam, I thought maybe a stain but was able to wipe them off very easy. Shower was very narrow and shower head was short and low pressure. The bathroom had a sensor for the light and that was very abrupt and disturbing in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the room was not worth the $100+ rate.

Unfriendly reception, location right by noisy highway, 90+degrees in room when I came in, smell like old socks and cold smoke, expedia told me I cannot cancel anymore without paying full amount (for 2 days), ...

Hidden gem. I've stayed at bigger and higher rated properties in the area, but this place was as good if not better.

The room was clean & they put us in a room away from all the other people. It was very nice.

You get what you see. Nothing fancy and no frills. Conveniently located. Location is difficult o get to at times as you have to go further North and u-turn to get to it. Housekeeping on top of things. Could use a quick once over by staff if room has not been used in a bit.

the owner was very kind and made sure i got my power supply to my computer i left when i checked out. Not a lot of hotels will do that. He is very thoughtful.

As you will see in the photos it was moldy. Had a cockroach trap and had a cockroach in there.

How nice and close to stores

Good for a night. The lights outside of the room were too bright and peaked around the dark curtains more than I’m used to. Room was clean and smelled nice, but the bath towels smelled like fried food.

I appreciated they allowing me to do a.late check in.

Just terrible, had booked the room through expedia and was told they were not paid and had to pay again!!!! Had to stand outside and try to talk thru a glass window, took 45 minutes to get checked , to find dirty floors in the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Very clean! When I locked my key card in the room, the staff came quickly to unlock the door. The room is in great shape and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Ample space for both my sister and me with two beds. The only down side to this hotel (and others around) is that you could hear the freeway traffic, but there is no controlling that.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and met all of our needs. As a little motel, it was excellent! An unexpected find, making our visit to our daughter comfortable without breaking the budget.

Check in was mediocre. The man at the front desk seemed very inconvenienced that were checking in. Later we realized we were never given the WiFi password, and when we called and asked for the password, the man rambled it off super fast, and when we asked him to slow down so we could write it down, he yelled “it’s not that F-ing hard” and hung up on us. The property itself is in a rather convenient location, but the owners make you feel so unwelcome there.

Overall the stay was very good. The room looked very nice like it had been renovated. The only downside was that it had a tub shower, a walk-in shower would have been much better!

When we made the reservation the hotel was suppose to have a continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. Was a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It was close to the concert we were going to. Over all will not every stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Greta location to downtown and event centres. We changed our booking to arrive a night earlier due to flight changes due to hurricane Helene. We messaged the hotel to notify of our late arrival (approx midnight). Had no response but saw the property has 24hr checkin. On our arrival I was very unwelcome. The check in experience was horrible. Just being barked at by the husband and wife. Then given one room key with no information. I asked where the room was to just be told that way. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left there and then. Reception staff/owners don’t do the property any justice. Wouldn’t stay again on this reason alone.

Affordable option for a weekend stay!

When I told them housekeeping wasn't necessary I was informed it was their hotel and they "go through" each room every day. I believe they do "go through" the room. Even though I made the bed and left my housecoat and shoes at the foot of the bed they were by my suitcase when we came back each day. Room has been cheaply remodeled, but the bathroom needs a coat of clean paint and blankets need replaced. They can put me on their "do not rent to" list. There are much nicer hotels in Fayetteville. If we could have gotten a refund I would have left the first night.

Management attempted to enter our room while I was at the gym and my wife was sleeping. We weren’t there for 12 hours yet. We believe they were going to snoop in our room while she thought the room was empty as I took our vehicle to the gym. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Nice little motel

Only about 9 minutes from the hospital where my Mom is a patient, so very convenient. Room is small put has everything I need. Very clean. It was 100 degrees outside today and the air conditioner was not turned on when I got here, but it had my room cooled off in 10 minutes once I turned it on. I didn't check in until about 11 p.m. so I haven't really seen the condition of the outside, but the inside is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice updated property, 1 king bed very clean room, comfortable bed, pillows, nice linens, towels & cloths. Shower was better than most lodging places, shower head was good for tall people, and was not one of those water-saver things that stings you with needle-sharp water spray, that was a nice change from most lodging showers nowadays. No complaints on the room, we would stay there again if in the area.

There was a blood splatter on the floor in the bedroom area. There was small blood cast off on bathroom walls. There were greasy hand prints on the headboard. I cleaned the blood spot on the floor and greasy hand prints off the headboard.

Owner is EXTREMELY rude Shower did not work, no stopper for bath tub. So I had to bathe with the faucet running in the bathtub by splashing water on myself. Horrible Words that come to mind RUDE OUTDATED SHOWER AND BATHTUB NOT WORKING ONLY PROVIDED 2 slivers of soap for 3 people for 2 nights Batteries in remote did not work Only CABLE TV no streaming Wanted to give me only 1 room key for 3 people. Had to ask twice for additional room keycards owner argued with me saying keys cost $15 if I don’t return everyone of them. When I asked for a 3rd set of towels, he said he was busy - he was cleaning a room fridge - really, that was more important than helping a customer NEVER EVER WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN

Front Desk is not very friendly. Grumbled through check in process. Gave my card back then needed it again then flipped my room key card using his index and middle fingers. I had to ask what room number i was assigned

The room was nice with hardwood floors and appeared clean. Went to the bathroom and there was what appeared to be diarrhea on the wall next to the toilet. Then the sheets and sleeper had white spots of who knows what on them.

Was a good stay for what I needed. Needed a place to shower and sleep and I was good for that, Was happy with the cleanliness and co fort of the room.

I liked that it was quite and clean nice stay just didn't care for it being by the interstate could hear all the traffic going by also didn't like that we couldn't find a stoper for the bathtub so we had to use a washrag to keep water in when taking a bath

They have vastly improved from whenever my late father-in-law stayed there or whenever I had to drop off a customer. The rooms have been moderately updated (outside of the microwave and mini fridge) the bathroom, living/sleeping area, television, and overall decor. Even though they're not able to control the road noise due to the location; they're conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and various fueling stations. Despite my neighbors during my stay, I was able to relax and sleep comfortably. The staff was willing to accommodate request within limits and the owner doesn't not tolerate ignorance and will ban those that do not respect other guest or the property. It may not look attractive as you drive-by or approach the property, you should judge by appearance but by your stay. I'll return I'm the future and I place it 4th behind Staybridge, Avid, and Homewood Suites at this time.

At first glance you may pass this place up. But, the room was totally updated! Service was great and staff very nice. I usually stay at another hotel. But, will definitely choose here instead. If you're ok with just a clean comfortable place to sleep. This is the place!

The thin blanket wasn’t sufficient The floor is very cold a mat for the bathroom ( other than the very thin towel) would be preferable Most places now offer body wash but we had to go buy some and no hair conditioner for a 2 day stay?

The owner/manager of the property was really rude, not only did he throw the room key card at me, but came knocking on my room door like he was the police. The room itself stunk really bad, we tried to air it out but it didn't work. We asked to be moved and that's when he got really upset. He scared my 13 year old, for sure to the point he couldn't fall asleep because he though the owner was coming back to do something. The counter tops were sticky and dirty and the bathroom had red splashes all over the walls. I know pictures would show proof but I was really disgusted that I just wanted out of there. Fyi the owner wouldn't refund our money and instead up charged us to switch rooms. Fyi stay clear of this place, especially if you are traveling with kids. Terrible attitude!

The room had a lot of spackle everywhere in the room. When it rained, the water came under the door. It was clean. You are getting what you pay for. Not a fan of the cigarette smell when requested a smoke free room

I checked into the room on a day that was 100 degrees outside and the AC was off in my room. I inquired at the desk as to why the AC was not turned on in my room despite having booked it days in advance. I was told that Regency Motel does not turn AC on because it only takes 30 min to cool the room and that they don’t turn AC on before any guests. I have been experiencing lodging for 50 years and I have never heard of such a policy. As a result my mattress retained heat throughout the night. I had slept in a tent on RAGBRAI this week with more comfort than at the Regency 7 Motel. The thermodynamics of the walls cannot cool 30 degrees in 30 minutes because it takes 6-12 hours to establish that goal.

Great value! Looks a bit old fashioned on the outside, but kept up very well. Inside is more updated. Very clean, with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

This place is a find!!! Clean, super comfortable with premium bedding!! Close to highway, but if you run the AC unit, no noise issues!! GREAT PLACE

We had an issue where a "Smoking" room had accidentally been selected. However, one of the travellers has asthma and cannot be in these rooms, the staff accommodated a change of room without issue.
