Our room was not ready when we arrived. Almost 2hrs later they moved us to a new room. Because ours still was not ready

Won’t allow pets. Tried to show service dog license the staff wouldnt look at it said to fill out a form and pay $250 fine to stay. Wanted to know how my dog is trained. We didnt stay one night and prepaid for 3. The hotels.com tried to reach the hotel manager and no answer no reply. Cost me $570 for 3 days of nothing. Wont reimburse me. Go somewhere else! Also asked me what my service dog is trained in - which is a violation of privacy. Looking into it legally if not re-imbursed. 26 years of service I dont need to explain my dog to you.

Very dishonest staff a gold necklace was left and staff never turned it in.

Very enjoyable stay here. Clean property and the beds are very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast that was provided. Staff was friendly.

Used needles laying on the ground front and back of the property. Restaurant/bar that was advertised do not exist.. And surprise you need to pay a 100.00 deposit that I wasn't informed about.

No soap in bathroom, wife went down and ask he said he would bring it up I called after 30 minutes went by and he said he was real busy then he brought it up within 5 minutes but was still on his cell phone like he was when we came in

Property is very outdated and in need of some much needed maintenance, sink stopper was broken, there was some kind os stain on the wall that looked like dried blood, the chair for the desk was completely falling apart, had to have maintenance fix the extremely loud a/c unit

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean The parking was terrible. I had to park in the back with no way to get except to walk around the entire hotel. The doors did not work with key cards and the door next to my car didn’t even have a key card

Breakfast was ok. The staff are helpful but not real friendly. They will answer your questions and help with anything you ask of them.

Our door wouldn’t fully shut, when we requested housekeeping they never showed up, the room smelled of mold, the “clean” towels were stained. This was a last minute trip or else we would’ve booked somewhere else

The place was not the same as the picture on the internet at all and there was roaches in our room and mouse poop on the chair in our room. Also people walking around outside in the parking lot all night and loud people in the hallway off and on all night. People drinking outside in the parking lot , etc. Will never ever stay here again!!!

For what I ended up paying I could’ve stayed at a much nicer one.

What i didn't like was they sent me to a room when I got there it hadn't been cleaned yet but they did put me in a room that had been done and it was clean and nice room but there was no wifi It had little to no connection at all the walls were thin that anytime someone ran water in the next room it was pretty loud

Our stay was exactly what I was expecting. We just needed a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and breakfast was available.

Hotel needs to be updated. Wasn’t terrible as far as cleanliness goes. I was however charged $50 a week later after check out due to dirt being on some towels. Can’t imagine what a makeup on the towels would cost.

The stay was nonrefundable, and this Baymont refused to issue a $66 refund, because they said I arrived after check in time. However, they didn’t communicate the check in time until AFTER I’d booked the hotel. They emailed their policy after the booking, and I was admitting my child to the hospital and wouldn’t have read it, trusting that I had somewhere to sleep that night. I was exhausted physically and mentally, and this was an awful experience, especially considering the hotel wouldn’t make it right.

Had a nice stay. It definitely was clean and quiet. Safe area and friendly welcoming staff!

The bed was not comfortable. It was hard with my back issues. I have to have a soft bed if you like hard beds this is the place to stay if not stay away.

The bathroom sink was broken. The metal frame holding the bed was very noisy. For the price of the place one would expect for it to be better.

Never again. The toilet was stopped up. The front desk person handed me a plunger and was forced to fix the issue myself. When i asked him about the cable channels, he said he did not know, he watches his laptop.

Booked when all was booked! Staff went above and beyond, at every level! It was so much more affordable than area hotels! All was above and beyond expectations! Best breakfast AND evening eats options (so unusual)! Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable—bathroom was updated. Such a pleasant diamond in the rough!

Not what I expected. There were people hanging around the parking lot. Presence of police cars answering calls at the property. No smoking yet the second floor stank of cigarette smoke. Worn out furniture in common areas.

Front desk Anthony did a great job checking us in. Breakfast was disappointing. Was not serviced and not filled. So we didn't feel that the breakfast was as advertised.

When I got there to check in there was a 100 dollar deposit required that I didn’t know about. I travel all over the country and never have this. I will not be staying at this hotel or any of its affiliates ever again

The check in staff was unfriendly. The room smelled moldy. The carpet scent was very overpowering. There was not enough food at the breakfast bar. The keurig in the room was never cleaned out. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The room was facing big machinery. Not a good experience at all.

The guy that checked us in was rude. The rooms were clean, bed comfy, pillows were tiny and hard. The pull out couch was worn out. Hard to find parking, 2 companies were staying there and their roll-back trucks and utility trucks were too big, took up extra 15-20 parking spaces. They offered a great breakfast. Young lady at check out was very sweet. Our deposit could take up to 5 days to be refunded though

Didn't like excess traffic on frontage road making it harder to exit property.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility appeared to be recently renovated and everything looked very nice and inviting. It was close to the highway and made it an excellent overnight stop. Will come bakc.

Loud by interstate and parking lot loud during night. Room was ok. Strange set up with lights. I had written before I stayed that I wanted a ground floor room not facing interstate. No one asked me about that, so I can only think that the whole “message the property” is bogus. Why have that capability if it is not utilized?

Good stay

When we got to the room, as we turned on the shower, water was spraying everywhere! All over the bathroom. The hotel cleaning dept. should have absolutely seen this problem. I was able to do some of my own adjustments to use it, but even after that, water was spraying though the connections, still outside the shower.

This hotel is ok, a little dated but clean. The bed was not very comfortable, it was so high I could barely get into it and the comforter was too heavy.

stayed multiple days & never received housekeeping service, even after requesting. Had to go to desk to get towels & soap. Bed was on some type of metal spring & was very noisy. Refrigeator froze everything & could not be adjusted.Walked accross room in white socks & they were filthy. Breakfast was sup par, would never stay again & suggest other iptions for travelers.

We never made it to the room. We came in for a concert and couldn’t check in any earlier even though we had no intentions of staying the night. We literally needed a place to get ready for less than 2 hours. I paid 150 to use the lobby bathroom and table. This hotel and hotels.com will not change anything to accommodate anyone at anytime for any reason. Chose a VRBO next time!!!!

This is our second time staying at this location and do t really have any major complaints. Hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The only minor complaint is that they need to find something to keep the food warm while it sits out for breakfast.

We rented two rooms. Both were excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was just right. The room temperature was great. The hotel was quiet. The front desk employees were pleasant. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, yogurt etc. the coffee was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the convenience right off the highway, closeness to good eats, shopping, etc, and the instant smell of cleanliness as you walk in.

So NOT a good nights rest but otherwise excellent stay.

Even though our room was available and ready, I was charged 20.00 for a slightly early check-in. Then I was charged 100.00 up front for incidentals but was told it would be refunded in a few days. I’ve had hotels tell me they would hold my card in case of incidentals but never needed to charge. Then when I got home from my trip, they charged my card again for another 100.00 and I had to call. At first she didn’t admit to two charges but then admitted it was charged twice. She was not apologetic at all. And we didn’t even bother to eat breakfast the 2nd day either. It was awful. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean.

The lumpy, bumpy pillows need to be replaced.

The front doors had to be pulled open instead of an automatic door making carrying in suitcases difficult. The furnishings were worn and old, the sheets were threadbare, the outlets on the lamp did not work and the breakfast was very basic with limited choices. The bathroom looked like it had been updated recently, but that was the only positive.

Check in was ok person at counter was hard to read. Seemed friendly then nit so friendly they could have been having a bad day but overall check in was good. only thing rhat I would say wasn’t good was the refrigerator in the room. Had water bottles to place in it and it was just lightly cool. No thermometer at all to adjust temp. Took most of the evening for water to get “cool”.

They were finishing up renovations. The property looks very nice clean would recommend.

We could not understand the front desk to check-in. He had to write out what he was saying for us to understand. And told us we could not check in and charge us $30.

Convenient to everything. Would stay again if in the area. Bathroom was clean and modernized. Carpeting was dated and edges against walls not vacuumed. Bed was so high that normal people almost needed a step to get in. Free breakfast not quite up to other's quality, but edible. Right along I-49 and our room was facing front so noisy If that bothers you, getting a room at the back might help.

Great staff interaction at check in even though I had a card issue. Very helpful young man at the front desk. Property is located by the major highway, but is safe and clean throughout. Restaurants close by within 2-5 minute walk and several options.
