Beautiful hotel and location! Wonderful staff! Room was perfect!!

Great stop! The welcome drink was awesome after a long day on the road. Cool design for a hotel. Scoots available to explore the town and the hotel is right next to the bike trail.
-
Area beside my bed. I do also feel like $30 per night to park as overnight guest is a little extreme considering how much the stay already is. I believe that should be included in pricing instead of something separate

A coffee shop and a couple of restaurants are in the parking lot which is very convenient if you don't want to drive. The parking lot also has a path onto the town's central nature trail leading into a wonderful park. Very tiny bedroom, it was ok for 1 person but would have felt very cramped for 2. Understaffed; the one person working the front desk has to also run back to the kitchen and make the food if you order any. No breakfast included as advertised in the app; just free drip coffee. The lobby couches area is freezing, has bad lighting, and the music is WAY too loud; it makes you not want to hang out there, which is a real shame because the bedroom is too small to hang out in, yet the lobby is very uncomfortable to be in. There's no really comfortable place, just go outside.

Great stay

Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING! They will essentially force you to use their valet or park far away. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a place to stay.
-
Valet parking only so be prepared, but they were helpful and fast. Registration is also bartending so be prepared for a short wait if they are in the middle of an order. Overall good stay

No wrought iron bed over our bed . I got up in the middle of the night & hit my head on the upper bunk

Location The rooms were so small. Having the beds back to back was not good. Whoever was on the inside had to crawl over the other person to get out of the bed. You could not lay in bed and watch TV. The bathroom was tiny with no space. Pegs on the wall were weird and we finally found the chairs hanging on the wall the second day.

Great Bar! Great staff!!

My first day at the Moxy I went down to tell the front desk that my toilet knob was broke and I couldn't flush with it. They said they would fix it right away. They never came to fix it and so I sent down again on Saturday. They promised they would fix it ASAP. They still never came to my room so for Friday-Sunday, I had to stick my hand in the toilet tank to flush. Not ideal at all.

The location is excellent, with three restaurants just steps from the front door. The bar and lobby areas are spacious, and the liquor selection is outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect choice for my short trip to Fayetteville.

Although the room provides the bare necessities, we had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and great TV

Not for
-
Everything was clean and the staff were wonderful. Each room gets 2 pillows and the beds are FIRM. Honestly, I like a firm bed but it was way too firm. We didn’t sleep well at all.

Staff was very friendly ( shout out to AJ) and considerate of my physical handicap . Entertainment Sat night was great . Bar and food prices were reasonable .Room was good but drawer space was very limited . Bathroom / shower was clean and adequate for single traveler but might be cramped for family of 4.overall pleased and I’d stay again if 1-2 travelers

Great location with a nice walking/biking trail straight to downtown. The lobby/bar area is pretty fun and the bartenders are very nice. Got a good smoked old fashioned. The rooms are small, but that's the model--trading your closet space for a fun place to hang out. I'd say it's well worth it.

Great experience. Close to the university, walkable to restaurants. Service from the staff was warm and friendly. 10/10

The layout of the room made no sense. With the headboards backed up to each other, and the tv mounted on the wall, nobody would see the tv. And nobody could see each other to talk to each other. It was very strange.
