Beautiful, fun property. The coffee situation is abysmal. Bad instant in the room. Only other option is a Barista at the bar at 630am, long line and starbucks prices.
- 4/5
Had a great stay at this hotel this past weekend, would definitely recommend. Also, I will be staying here again.
- 5/5
BUT the parking garage is awful. The first floor has a ceiling that has a lip, unmarked and scratched a bunch of our SUV trunks. Very unpleased with that.
- 5/5
Great stay. Perfect location.
- 5/5
Great food
- 5/5
Wonderful, friendly, welcoming and diverse staff at the front desk; they were absolutely fantastic. Large room, cleverly decorated. Good wifi. Unique building. The bathroom faucet is a little tricky, it splashed water on me every time if I didn't turn it on slowly and carefully. The toilet seat was loose, needs adjustment or replacement.
- 3/5
The location was excellent, and the lobby was very cool and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We were on a very long road trip and we stayed in multiple places, including a few houses and condos with multiple bedrooms and yet this was still the most expensive place. We stayed. It was very small and the carpet seemed dirty and the icemaker broke.
- 4/5
Staff were excellent. Front desk helped me with a few items that went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean place with helpful staff.
- 5/5
Such a cute vibe. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved our stay. There was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to my family.
- 3/5
Although the hotel and area was nice, you have to pay for breakfast. Which was quite expensive. There also wasn’t any refrigerators in the room. They have a parking garage but you have to pay daily.
- 5/5
Welcomed so graciously! Loved the vibrant bar and hotel lobby full of guests enjoying time together. Room upgrade with view, free bottles of water in fridge. HBO! Parking had free lot, or paid garage $4/day - very low clearance fyi. Loved the decor. Great coffee & breakfast options too. Thank you for making our short stay great!!
- 2/5
The lobby was nice. Parking is a huge issue. What makes it even worse is that you have to pay for parking even after paying for a room. Hotels should not charge for parking. If I had known that I would have to pay for parking I would have stayed elsewhere. I will not be back to the Graduate as long as they continue to charge for parking.
- 5/5
Really fun hotel within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great bar. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! Location is near great restaurants !

Dusty vent in bath tub wall and dust bunny on floor. Cute. The front desk person, Stacy was super friendly and accommodating. Memorabilia was a blast to the past.

We loved this hotel!!! For a Razorback fan, this was so cool. It was as close as a hotel can be too everything, but it’s still a long walk to football games, but like I said it was as close as possible and Ubers were plentiful.
- 5/5
Such a unique hotel by far the most thought out decorating I have seen at a hotel!! Absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, the shower was massive and the 16th floor balcony room was great!!!
- 5/5
Super nice hôtel. Very good staff, particularly Stacy who helped us with many issues. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for it’s staff and its service. Nothing

This hotel is a perfect location to downtown Fayetteville. It's walking distance to Dickson, the square, the campus, etc. The lobby is clean and the staff very helpful. Parking is next door but you'll need to park on the top deck if your car even has luggage in top. Check clearance when you open your tailgate. The room was nice size but very dated with goofy "hog" themed wall art. Bed was very comfortable. The coffee service was "instant". The water pressure in the bathrooms is barely a trickle and the television, though a nice size Sammie, was fraught with digital dropouts every 5-10 seconds which was very distracting. You need to turn on CC or you'll miss dialogue. If you're there on a Saturday, a 5 minute walk to the square is essential for the Farmer's Market. The reason for a 3 was that it was overpriced for the dated furnishings and the TV and water. I'd stay there again if I need to be close to Dickson.

I put a 10 because of the marvelous staff that works there. Stacy ordered me an international adapter in one day. She was amazing! Wonderful service. That was absolutely great in all means to be here! The Graduate can be proud to have such a nice staff. We ll come again Nothing to say
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
Did have to request our room to be cleaned after we left hotel in afternoon, but everything else was great.
- 1/5
Bath neededed caulking and had mold ...doors damaged ...valet terrible..was shocked for the price we paid for this place...instant coffee n room...valet outsourced so we had to go and get our vehicle at 5am in morning alone! And was charged...we had set time for car to be delivered and it was not recognized
- 5/5
Our room was starting to show some wear and tear in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Great bar!
- 5/5
Upon check-in I should have be told how to access the internet and given a TV guide.
- 3/5
Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The only complaint i have is that when we checked in our car was taken by valet, we went inside to check in and we were told that the valet can range anywhere from 30-$70 a night depending on what was going on in the area. We went and put our luggage and came back down and told the valet we didn’t want to use their valet services. He said he would make sure we were not charged for the short time they had our car so we selfed park the rest of the stay. But we were in fact charged by the valet for $30. Called the hotel and he took down my info and no one has ever called me back. Had to reverse the charge with our credit card company.
- 5/5
It was a great stay! We love the bar and location.

Great hotel! Clean, neat and great staff!
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly. The hotel was in a great spot
- 4/5
Clean, nice staff, conveniently located, nice bar inside lobby. The parking garage was extremely difficult to get in and out of for a 3/4 ton truck. If I was driving my work truck again, I'd probably look for another hotel option for that reason alone. Otherwise it's a great hotel.

We frequent NWA many times a year for kids swim meets and it also being my wife’s Alma mater. The Graduate Hotel is up there as one of our favorites. It’s very close to campus and also walking distance to many boutiques and restaurants to frequent during the downtime. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decorated with University themed items and memorabilia which is very cool. We will be back!!
- 5/5
During the time of my stay, the parking lot was free
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay! Staff was exceptional, the rooms(paint, doors, AC Unit, equipment, etc) felt a bit dated but were clean and perfectly fine for me!

- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Wonderful fun decor. Loved everything about our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.
- 3/5
This was an odd experience. This was truly one of the worst hotel decors i have ever seen. Maybe each room is different but out room was hideous. Green camo carpet, red head board, plaid bench, dog print curtains, a old lady flowered fainting couch... all is different color schemes. The are was a giant bar code, a watercolor of a pair of people that looked like my kid did it, a shadow box with wadded up paper and illegible notes, and a picture of an astronaut with a rainbow arm band... i was so confused by what they were going for. It was really bad. That being said the bed was comfy, the toiletries smelled good and the ac was cold. The overall bldg felt a bit run down. The elevators sounded like any moment youd plung to your death and i had to go down 3 floors to find a soda machine that worked. The ac was loud and woke us up everytime is kicked on. The view from our room was great. The parking was strange and inconvenient. The location was amazing. So it was a mixed bag experience. Id stay again but id need to prepare myself for the visual onslaught.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the Graduate!

Great location, super friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and Everything was clean. All in all a great experience!
- 5/5

LOVE this hotel!! My first time of many! Everything was within walking distance! Book the stay!
- 5/5
Hotel room was clean, very roomy, and the unique style made a fun atmosphere
- 5/5
Great stay, as always. We love The Graduate!
- 5/5
Wow, love this hotel. It's an older hotel, completely renovated though. The shower fixture was a lil flimsy? AC was a little hard to balance, woke up the first morning and it was freezing in my room! That's it for the "bad" stuff, no joke. The lavatory faucet was very stout and stylish. The bathroom and sleeping area was super clean. Towels were amazing. The bed wasn't too soft, had a nice balance. (i normally hate hotel beds) Bar was very cool. Didn't try the restaurant but had a nice menu. TV good. Has a room safe and refrigerator. Super clean halls, elevator, main floor. Great decor. Very smartly designed. Overall, the vibe of this hotel was ultra cool. Laid back, but with a groovy couture! Very modern south to me. The price and location can not be beat. 7 minutes from University of Arkansas driving. 2 minutes from the main bar/restaurant district. The Theater is right around the corner. Very reasonable price. Finally, the staff was so amazing. From the door person, to the folks behind the front desk. i was in/out for 3 days, every one was smiling and friendly and super helpful. Overall, this isn't a brand new, super elegant hotel. The Graduate is a very well done, elevated hotel experience with an awesome staff and great location. Highly recommend. 6-Stars.
- 4/5
This hotel has good but not great. Bed was a little hard and air conditioning didn’t work very well. Parking was simple but overpriced through the hotel. Short walk to food and coffee.

Staff was fantastic! Location is great! Comfortable beds and rooms.

Toilet seat in room was loose making it difficult to sit down. Bed mattress is so low to the ground making it difficult to stand. Great for college kids. Not so great for older folks. Great stay other than these 2 issues
- 3/5
Pros: convenient/great location, clean, good customer service, clean. Cons: AC, bed, bathroom was meh.

- 5/5
The staff and property were excellent in every way!
- 4/5
The hotel staff was amazing room was comfortable my my only thing I wish they would improve on there was no channel list for the TV had to flip through every channel to see what it was on no movie channel. there was no town information restaurant recommendations or anything like that in the room.

- 5/5
Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.
- 5/5
The decor is outstanding. The hotel bar smelled like vomit on the first night but otherwise the hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
My son and I stayed at the Graduate in Fayetteville for a colllege tour at the University of Arkansas and it actually got him more excited for the visit. Rooms were clean, spacious, and obviously had a Razorback vibe. Pretty cool “experience,” and more than a simple stay.
- 4/5
Very cool place. Loved the bar and lobby and rooms were top notch. Had a bit of issues getting the room cleaned and that was the only hiccup.
- 4/5
No complimentary coffee is unacceptable.
- 4/5
Great location. Pleasant staff and the hotel is eclectic and cool. Not a lot of hot water or water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was lovely and i would go back .

The Best place to stay in Fayetteville! On the square, can walk to shops and restaurants, and the vibe is outstanding!
- 5/5
Room was clean and the bed was exceptional. Very comfortable. Loved the location and the lobby is a great hang out spot for coffee and drinks.
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff, the room was very clean, comfortable beds
- 4/5
Room was clean, and nice. Hotel and the amenities are fine too. Location near to downtown square is just superb Made me reminiscent of my old days when I visited the hotel for a U of A Chancellor's ball event back in 2021. Was great to visit the Graduate after so many years. Cheers to the Graduate !
- 4/5
All of the above was 5 stars with the exception of really bad breakfast food. The syrup for my husbands waffle tasted like sugar water. The yogartwas the bitter Greek jogger and was uneatable. The second day we ordered the full breakfast. The eggs were overcooked to the point of crisp. The potatoes were burned to a crisp also. The toast was dry too. The bacon was the only thing that was worth eating. And we overpaid for the food we could not eat!
- 5/5
Always love staying here
- 5/5
We will definitely be staying at The Graduate new time we're in Fayetteville. The experience was great from check-in to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the lounge area was super cute and enjoyable We can't wait to return!

Clean rooms , good bar ,
- 3/5
Room was clean, the hallways needed to be vacuumed which we did not see what for the three nights we were there. Also, on check in, we were not told about having a breakfast package with $40 credit per day until the day of check out. That was disappointing since we didn’t charge to our room the first night and paid for our drinks at the bar. Also, we were convinced to sign up for Hilton Honors and would get a $25 credit which was not applied and on check out the front desk had no idea what we were talking about.
- 5/5
Artsy hotel with a very spacious room.
- 5/5
Great decorations
- 5/5
Staff very friendly
- 5/5
Loved the decor and walkability!
- 5/5
The stay was great and everyone that worked there was very kind and professional. If I had only one complaint it would be that she shower did not drain well. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Had a phenomenal trip! The staff was incredible, helpful, and responsive. They answered all sorts of questions. We hosted a work trip in their banquet rooms and the staff were unbelievably attentive. We will definitely be back!

The location downtown has really easy access to parking, dining, and the Razorback Greenway.
- 5/5
Very colorful, spirited decor!
- 5/5

Love the nostalgia type theme of this hotel! So much fun and pretty! Conviently
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. The location was great and the theme was on-point.
- 5/5
Loved Fayetteville, was impressed with the location and quality of this hotel. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the city.
- 5/5
The Graduate is located in an ideal location to the University and the Fayatteville Square.
- 5/5
Such a neat place
- 5/5
The hotel smelled really bad when we entered to lobby
- 5/5
This property is well located to the downtown square and good restaurants. It's a little bit more of a hike to the campus if that is your destination.
- 5/5
Love staying here. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Beautiful location. Convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants.
- 4/5
The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and professional.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel. Very unique and fun. Breakfast in the bar area was very good. Nice to be able to walk to the Square and/or Dickson St.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Great housekeeping. Lovely ambiance. Friendly. Convenient. Close to all restaurants. Great parking.
- 5/5
We have stayed here multiple times. Love the location! The prices can be a little crazy at times which is disappointing.
- 4/5
It seemed many customers had issues with their AC. This was a topic multiple times in the elevators that the AC was not cooling in certain rooms. I did not have this issue-AC was very cold. However I happened to notice the last night that the carpet around the AC unit felt wet. I reported it the next morning and front desk staff was very appreciative.
- 4/5
We have stayed here numerous times and I nearly always would give this hotel an excellent rating. However, I am deducting one star because parking was difficult. Otherwise, it was a consistently good stay with fun decor and excellent service.
- 5/5
Stay here about every time in Fayetteville. Great service and location.
- 5/5
This hotel is so cute!! The attention to detail was fantastic! Had food on 2 different occasions in the restaurant-super yummy and drinks were good. Bed super comfortable!
- 5/5
The Graduate is my favorite place to stay in Fayetteville. The decor is fun, quirky and sophisticated all at the same time. The bed is very comfortable and the shower in the suites has 2 shower heads! I'm in love!
- 4/5
The pool is too cold to enjoy even during the hottest summer months
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Graduate. The decor is different and fun and the lounge area has a great atmosphere. Our only real issue was the valet. We drove up in two cars and it took us asking him five times between us (he never answered my husband but I’m more persistent) to tell us the pricing of valet parking vs self park. I don’t know why there isn’t a sign with that info. After watching him park someone else’s car, we were glad we chose the self park option.
- 5/5
Great location and just a fun place to stay!!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 3/5
The AC turns in and off all night very distracting to sleep. Out dated needs a refresher! I also asked my next stay that I have already booked if I could change my room to a two queen bedroom and was not helped by the front desk staff.
- 4/5
I love the Graduate but this room was a little more worn looking than my past stays.
- 4/5
Nice property did not like the food options nearby.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Good location, cute hotel
- 4/5
Hotel is in a good location, staff is friendly, but our room looked old and showing its age. Definitely time for an update. Especially in the bathroom.
- 5/5
My go-to spot in Fayetteville. Always a comforting experience.
- 5/5
Very good!
- 5/5
Only negative was water too hot.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
We woke up to the farmer’s market right outside the hotel Saturday morning. We loved the location and convenience!!
- 3/5
It’s no the best hotel it just happens to be the only one. The pool is ok but they didn’t restock the towels and someone peed outside and they didn’t clean up the toilet paper so not a lot of attention to detail. The coffee cups in the rooms didn’t have lids that fit them. The staff seem preoccupied. Theres no free water or coffee in the lobby, they really want your money
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 1/5
The house keeper threw away my retainers and I have yet to get a refund or resolution.
- 5/5
This was such a fun stay while visiting Fayetteville! There is so much thought in every detail. Would love to come back.
- 5/5
Very nice place with a cool vibe. Very close to U of Ark campus, restaurants, and bars. Everything is walkable or you can use the Veo bikes and scooters. Fun little hotel and area! Worth the stay!
- 5/5
Perfect location.
- 3/5
For the last 2 days of my trip I had to take cold showers due to no hot water. The temp in the room would not go under 68 degrees. This perimenopausal woman needs lower!
- 4/5
Staff all were EXCELLENT -shoutout to Brooklyn and Caleb! Great decor and great location!
- 5/5
Lovely staff, clean and really safe.
- 3/5
We wanted to check in early to get some pool time and we was told the pool was closed, we arrived late and it wasn’t closed. No coffee or coffee maker the room and no complementary coffee in lobby. Coffee at the bar was $4.00 a cup.
- 2/5
The floor our room was on had a terrible odor. Our room had hair throughout, the bathroom had a very musty smell, and our room ac wall unit had what appeared to be black mold.
- 5/5
Love the vibes and nontraditional look! Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was excellent. Great Experience!
- 5/5
Decorations were all about students. I retired from teaching recently enough that I am still glad to be free of students. 😵💫
- 3/5
Our room was great but we chose this hotel for the pool and were told after check in that it was not in working order. Also I was charged 2 times for the first night and they still have not corrected this.

We loved everything about this property. Beautifully decorated and loved the location.
- 5/5
Very unique - everything was decorated in University themed items.
- 5/5
The hotel was safe, cool and super clean. It was very quiet.
- 5/5
Great location, comfy bed and friendly staff.
- 4/5
The beds were firm but enjoyed our stay as return guests. Staff and bar tenders were fabulous.
- 4/5
This is my 3rd time staying at The Graduate. This trip the room was not as clean as in the past. Found old food in the chair and a weird brown stain on the carpet. The other issue is the pool being closed due to a maintenance issue. My kids were super disappointed
- 5/5
This was our first time staying at one of the Graduate Hotels and we loved it. The location is excellent. We loved the lobby area with the bar in the middle. It’s a great gathering place and it was always lively. The property itself could probably be updated a little, but overall it was clean and we loved the “theme” including the hotel keys being “student IDs”. We will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Graduate Hotels are always so funky and cute. Parking was easy and the staff was attentive. My only complaint was that they need better wine glasses at the bar. My $18 glass of wine came in a footed water glass and the pour seemed a bit light. If they are going to charge that much for a glass of wine, make it worth it!!
- 5/5
Evening Staff was great (Kaleb and ??); great bar/restaurant staff. Good Fitness, no pool use.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Close to campus!
- 5/5
Great rooms and convenient.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay. Little disappointed coffee not available earlier. Not available at 6:00 am
- 5/5
I love the decor in the Graduate hotels. It’s perfect for a college town. It was very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient! Close to the university and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It has a great lobby area bar and restaurant
- 2/5
Pool closed, green water because filter is broken no concessions made except to offer us the public pool close by for $4
- 4/5
I liked that it was close to the university
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, excellent location and great staff.
- 2/5
Needs a face lift. Starting to look a little old and out dated. In particular could use new carpets, lighter color halls, new matresses.
- 5/5
We love this hotel!! Very convenient location and great parking!! Staff are so friendly and welcoming!!!
- 5/5
Wish the parking associated with the hotel was complimentary…
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Close to the university.
- 2/5
Nice property, no information given at check in. Didnt know where to park, wasn't told anything about the hotel.
- 5/5
Very pleased with my stay at The Graduate-Fayetteville. A couple of minor issues were dealt with promptly after a call to front desk. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

Lots of confusion at check in. In the end it was resolved. And whoever their bartender is at night was extremely rude and had little concern or care for the people staying there.

The property’s location was great and lots of places to eat around the hotel. The hotel is old and needs some maintenance. The paint was chipped in the bathroom and it was very dark at night in the room. Needs more lighting.

Always our favorite place to stay when visiting Fay. Our daughter will attend UARK in the fall and it’s very close to everything we’ve needed to get her ready for school. Also a cool spot and cool decor.

Pleasant stay! Cute atmosphere. Drinks at the bar, very tasty. Room/bed basic but no complaints. Shower had strong water pressure and never ran out of hot water. Location was convenient.
