The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

The staff were super helpful and kind ! We got in very late because our flight was delayed. The night shift clerk made us weary travelers feel right at home. The breakfast was GREAT! The rooms were clean and beds were comfy!!

Everything but the price. May be a couple of tens of dollars cheaper. The price was a little too expensive.

I totally understand the policy, but the idea that I had all the confirmation numbers. The emails my wife was with me with her. Id, I had a photocopy of my I.D I but it got taken care of in the end

This hotel room was booked and then attempted to cancel not less than 45 minutes later due to tornadoes touching down on our path to get to the hotel. They couldn't be decent human beings and cancel and refund due to not being able to drive in tornadic weather.

Room 326: bathroom door no lock and slide not enough to complete close. After shower tub become swim pool. Staff refused to clean room little late and making excuses not to clean and forget to deliver towels. Reception staff was ok and only thing I love is coffee.

The room was very outdated the restroom floors were dirty, the toilet seat needed to be replaced, the toilet was running all night and the next day the water in the toilet begin to raise to the top almost flooding.

I liked that it was close to the interstate so compute was very fast. The staff was nice, and there were a good deal of amenities. We appreciated the maid making our bed and refreshing the room during our stay. Most hotels we have stayed in since 2020 don’t do that. I was just dropping my things off to freshen up before heading to a friends place. I'm glad I did because I found about a 2in long, what I thought was dead, cockroach underneath the sink in the bathroom. I shoved my things back into my bags and left the room and checked out. The woman running the desk was very nice, she couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia so I took care of everything else to be refunded on my end. She did ask if I wanted another room and I politely declined. The issue was resolved, I did end up paying a $50.00 incidental fee to the hotel that at this point I don't care to collect. The property itself on the outside and inside seemed cleaned, however when you find one cockroach there are usually plenty more where that one came from on. If you do stay here check your rooms just to be sure.

I had to book this hotel urgently due to a last-minute meeting in Dallas, and it turned out to be the best choice. We stayed for two nights and originally reserved one room for two people. When we arrived and checked in, we asked if there was an additional room available because we were willing to book one more if possible. The staff kindly offered it to us at the same rate as listed on Booking.com. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the staff member’s name, so I can’t thank them personally here, but I truly appreciate their kindness and support. The room condition was excellent. In many hotels with two queen beds, one bed is often worn out or uncomfortable, but the beds here were extremely comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt very well-maintained, and the breakfast was also excellent. If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

Breakfast at 6:30 AM. The room was larger than expected. Accessible parking. There was a gap between the shower dial and the wall, creating an opening. When I turned on the shower, some of the water sprayed into the opening. I reported this to the front desk. I recommend sealing all these gaps with caulk to prevent this from happening in other rooms.

Nice breakfast options with fresh coffee. They don't have half & half but do have creamer substitute. Have a free parking garage but very tight spaces. Great location to AT&T stadium, the Star, the Winstar Casino, and Dallas. Could hear the people above at 1 AM and 5 AM which was disappointing. Based on location, might stay there again.

Stayed here for the National Volleyball Tournament my daughter was competing in. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was great! Would definitely come back to this location!

Probably the only drawback was there were hairs from the previous occupant in the bathroom, and since I normally use the stairs, I noticed the same dead bug next to the bottom floor stairway entrance over a multi-day period. The tub needs a little more texture on the bottom and gets quite slick when wet, and some of the exercise machines didn't work. There are a nice variety of machines and free weights. Overall, it was a nice stay but there are small things that could be fixed. Again, great job on your front desk staff.

Location, our room was nice and cold when we got checked in. I love the walk in shower. Love the spacious rooms and the chase lounge. Very nice for the price. Breakfast was great. There was waste in the toilet not flushed when we arrived. Smelt like urine in the bathroom. Toilet ran off and on all night. Overhead light was out in bathroom so the luminous light behind the mirror is all we had. No blow dryer. Broken lotion dispenser.

I stayed here because the Hampton down the road that I had normally been staying at for business trips was all booked. The Hampton’s service is top-notch and I was expecting the same for this hotel serving customers on the same block… I was let down. The hotel and stay itself was fine overall. What disappointment me the most was the service. I was driving in from 1,000 miles away and was going to be arriving early around noon instead of 3:00pm at normal check-in. I called pretty early in the morning to alert the front desk about this and ask if my 2 rooms could be ready early and was told that she did not know and that I needed to call later. This was fine initially. However, every time I called back, I got the same response. I arrived in person at the hotel at noon and was still told the same thing and was further told that it was due to housekeeping being short-staffed. I asked for a call when the rooms were ready and left to kill some time. After never receiving a call, I returned at 3:00… The rooms were still “not ready.” I was told that the housekeeper was incredibly busy and was just now able to get to my room. However, she was just hanging out in the front office with the receptionist and pulled her cart out of the office to go upstairs as I was being told this so she was clearly not out working. Minutes later, I was told that my rooms were ready. She clearly did not have time to ready them that quickly so I don’t know why getting them was delayed until that moment.

I called Saturday before my arrival and the person on the phone was upset and we had a small disagreement and she said she was canceling my reservation but I still could not get a refund because my reservation was prepaid and non refundable. The disagreement was with my company and not even me, so she said I’ll cancel it all and that was that! So now I am out 100 and had to book elsewhere for the night which cost me another 100.

Our company stays at this hotel a lot since our Dallas corporate office is a block away. It is always an enjoyable stay and is clean. This time I arrived at 9 pm someone had left a bag of chicken by the 2nd floor elevator of the parking garage it was very rank. It was still there this morning when I left at 7:30 am. Hallways and elevators were very hot like ac wasn’t working other than that my stay was great like usual. Hoping that this was just one of those days that things just happen as I understand that it happens I hope that is it because our company likes staying there. Thanks

The stay was wonderful since the building seems to be brand new. They were nice and courteous. The only thing was that the fire alarm went off early in the morning and we had to evacuate but once the fire department got there and reset the alarm everyone went to eat breakfast at the same time. By the way the breakfast was great they had omelettes with cheese and a pancake maker machine, besides the normal breakfast items. Will stay again if I’m around there.

Our stay was amazing and it has made me a believer in Holiday Inn Express!! Seriously, the BEST breakfast we have ever had in a hotel! Everyone was also kind and the rooms were very nice!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I’m from New Orleans and the front desk lady happen to be from the Greater Nola area. It was refreshing to talk to someone from back home. The smell of the hotel was amazing! It was so clean, bright, and inviting. The location is fantastic! The room was perfect. Breakfast was great as well, so many options to choose from and everything was fresh! We sat in the dining area to eat, it really was a wonderful way to start the day. The parking garage was also a bonus. We live in Fort Worth, but I didn’t wanna drive back home at night, so we only stayed one night. If we ever need to stay a night or two in the area, this hotel is definitely our choice.

Great, happy, nice staff even though we checked in at 11PM. The room was bigger than expected. Nice entry way with mirror, shelf, little kitchenette like area. Nice light in entry way. Small microwave, Keurig, coffee and tea, coffee cups, drink cups, ice bucket. The fridge was decent size but no freezer area. The fridge was set to very cold so I set what I needed frozen on the top where there was a frosted area but some of the things froze at the bottom as well but not a big deal to us. Big armoire with extra blanket, hangers, laundry bags, safe, iron, ironing board. Room was accessible with audio/visual doorbell. Low counters in the bathroom and wheelchair accessible. Lots of towels available. Body lotion and hand soap. Big area to bring a wheelchair in. Light up mirror and overhead light with fan. Extra toilet paper available. Big shower with low threshold. Shampoo, conditoner, and soap. Grab bars in shower. Only thing I would add is a grab bar by toilet. Bed, sheets, pillows were comfy got a great nights sleep. Nightstands both had personal lamps, two plugs, and one USB port on each night stand. There was a chaise lounge that was comfy with a lamp next to it. Desk with office chair and lamp with plug and USB port. Bench below the flat screen TV. HDMI and USB ports on TV so if you want to bring entertainment it can plug into it. Internet is slow so I used my hotspot for the fire stick but no problem. Breakfast was good but not a big selection.

They did not give us the suite we reserved. I believe they give it to someone else. Sadly, the front desk lady was untruthful claiming they do not have such a room. A legal action will be taken.

The coffee machine did not work. The sing was stopped up. Although, the maintenance man from another hotel came by to fix the problem, I was instructed to try to fix the problem, myself. I asked to be moved the same day and of course I was told there were no vacancies. The carpet was very dirty and the tile was falling apart in the bathroom. The shower is super slippery and nothing was sanitized in the room. Limited parking in front of hotel. There is a garage, but, some of the guests double park or dont park within lines.
