Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

We liked they had an airport shuttle which we used.

Place is not properly advertised. It’s a motel. Felt very unsafe.

No hot water, bed had a metal frame and weak spring mattress.

Exceptional

Very limited breakfast, and the hot food was not even warm. No ketchup or hot sauce… bare minimum!! The only good part of the stay was the bed!!!

The room was ok. No microwave in the room, but it does have a fridge. They have a microwave in the breakfast area for you to use. It was really clean too. The chair in my room was heavily stained. The bed made noise as if the frame was not connected properly. I went to shower the next morning and there were no towels, only hand towels and wash cloths. I booked for one night and wasn’t wasting time to call for them to deliver towels. The lobby had broken washing machines on both sides of the walkway. The Cleveland PD executed a warrant two doors down from my room. It wasn’t the safest place but it worked for the night. The parking lot had several potholes and definitely needed some major repairs, a slurry and new striping. I am feeling less than confident in Hotels.com after my last two bookings. I am not expecting luxury for the prices that I paid. I am expecting to feel safe and cleanliness. This may be my last booking with them.

For that price and location it is enough Ground was dirty

Meet my needs. Price was decent. Staff was very rude. When I arrived I waited for 10+ min while the desk person spoke to another guest about something irrelevant. The guest offered several times for them to step aside and have the desk person assist me, but he refused and continued their conversation. The ground floor feels like a prison sell. The tub was also chipped and very dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the cleaning job was sub par.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

This is a motel not a hotel. It was not clean.

Towels are clean but have dark stains everywhere.

Conveniently located close to the airport, Staff help with transportation to and from the airport or train terminal. A typical American motel that has been renovated and well maintained, except for the outside and corridors. The shower in my room deserved a renovation though.

It was disgusting

the manager was helpful and quick! The morning shift staff was decent and accommodating. The night shift worker was rude, lazy and inconsiderate!! I asked the cleaning ladies to clean my room while I was gone and they didn’t!!!! My room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get tissue, wash rags and towles. The dispensers were broken in the shower , there were ants all in the bathroom! I stayed there before and never had any problems and this time was horrible….
