Didn’t like: only thing missing were face cloths and hand towels. Otherwise this was a great experience. Megan at the check in was efficient and courteous. I checked out at 4:45 am but never saw the desk staff, but she did say good morning. I would return to this place. Good value for the price!!

Parking was good. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful. I did not cook in the kitchen. I used the fridge and microwave. I did notice the store was very skimpy on items for sale.

The place is conveniently located walking distance to a Walmart, you can cook and prepare meals. Good place and very convenient!

The vibe was seedy like that if an old horror movie where you scream "don't go in!". The toilet and shower were moldy and the mirror had what I hope was soap splatter, giving me concerns about what couldn't be seen (I didn't bring a black light). With that and the smells (smoke and mold), I didn't feel comfortable setting my bags on the carpet or touching anything else in the room. When I asked to cancel my additional days of my reservation to go to a different hotel, the front desk said if need to call back to talk to a manager, but no one was ever available when I called. The check in process was reminiscent of an old timey hand written book (yes, a literal note book), but not as quaint. Heed the warning. Spend an extra $40 and stay nextdoor.

This hotel overbooked for the night I was booked and didn’t have a room for me when I came to check in. They didn’t offer to help me find a place to stay or offer any sort of solution. Expedia was also extremely unhelpful, offering repeatedly to put my son and I in a roach motel for the night. I ended up having to spend double the original price and took 3 hours to get into another hotel

They had my reservation but said they don’t have any rooms. It was already midnight.

I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours tired, arriving 2 am not finding my reservation. She said you don’t have to be rude I have to speak to manager, I said go speak with your manage, so she left and my son overheard her saying “Ahole”!!! I filed a complaint the next day with assistant manager and all she said we will investigate and get back to you. No apologies, no compensation offered, no response back until today. This is arrogant, defensive, not customer driven in a customer base business. I filing complaint with Expedia for total refund and apology

I really love this hotel, the staff is super friendly and the room is so clean and comfy. The kitchenette is great and I love the big bathroom. Not only that but there is a HUGE desk and tons of outlets. It's bar none my favorite place to stay in CLE. My only small issue is just the amount of cigarette butts near the side entrances. Smokers gonna smoke and that's fine, but just give them a recepticle or something because the butts are everywhere and they track in. Other than that this place is top notch. Thank you!

Front desk messed up my room key and room number and I walked into someone else's room. Fortunately, the person was cool and understanding. Room was fine/clean but the hotel overall seems in declining shape.

Me and my wife are coming up from Columbus we were trying to make it to reservation that we had at 4:00 PM and what happened around 12 in the afternoon we got she got in an accident that we did she was driving and she was put in the hospital she wasn't feeling well so they wanted to observe her over overnight I called in advance and I they said you didn't call in time You're going to get charged because this is what the way it goes I said well I'm sorry there's no way I'm gonna make it because my wife is down here in Columbus and this is where we live at I don't know these people I am not gonna do that I'm not gonna make it and you would not accept that So I am not going to go through Expedia anymore a 3rd party I learned your the other one who got all scamming stuff done from people booking They're not as bad you guys are worse I never seen anything so bad I got a shuffle had to call them then I called June and I and you didn't even want to hear about it because you wanted to make sure you made some kind of money off of it you know what i'm not going to use you again I got nothing good to say Have a good day No third parties from here on out I'm going directly to the hot and confirm my payments and everything You people are rotten

The room was very clean. The price was great.
