Extended Stay America Select Suites - Cleveland - Airport

The hotel was pretty dirty and there were no glasses, silverware, plates, etc. in the room. While the room was set up as a suite, it was basically a room without any amenities.

Exceptional

Terrible place to stay. People outside the hotel doors sitting and asking for money. You can't go in without having to go through the gauntlet. A used slimy left over bar of soap in the shower. Trash in the hallway. Buckets catching water. Horrible

Pleasant

The noise level from kids being left in their room alone all night. Dogs barking because of the kids. A note stating it cost to call anybody and would be charged to my room. I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk. No, pots, pans or anything needed to cook in the room.

I liked absolutely nothing. I can't believe booking.com would list this kind of place on their website! This way booking.com just ruined their reputation. The place is very filthy and smelly. Bags with dirty clothes right near the elevator door. People eating, smoking and drinking beer on foldable chairs in front of the main entrance. In the room: Shower not working - not enough water pressure to switch to shower head. No coffee machine, no glasses or cups. Bed sheets and towels are visibly dirty. The big dog was loudly barking in the room across the corridor for the whole time. I would like my money back!
