I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us

Overall, the stay was somewhere around average. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff that we did speak to were very nice. For an honest breakdown, this inn is in absolute desperate need of a makeover. It's straight out of 1985. Just updating some of the amenities like the microwave and dishes would help tremendously. We did not receive check-in details which reading the reviews is pretty common if you book through Expedia. You can call until you are blue in the face and no one is ever going to answer. They will respond to a text (same number). The air didn't work when we first got there, but once we spoke to someone they reached an actual person and she called the maintenance guy back in and he was able to fix it very quickly. The only true complaint would be the hot tub setup. It's sunk in the floor as opposed to sitting on top of the floor, so there are no steps or a rail to help you enter. Both my husband and I fell getting into it. His much worse than mine, but I'm surprised someone hasn't really gotten hurt. Bottom line, you aren't there to stay in your room. It served the purpose we needed, it just isn't modern.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no physical person on site to help you, no access to office. I reserved a room intentionally with a deck overlooking the mountains. It was billed as a "mountain view room" with a picture of that porch and 2 chairs. When I arrived the porch was a glorified doorstep and the picture for a different room. When I called the number given the person was not helpful at all. It was totally deceiving. In addition, everything in the room was super old, the cleaning scent was so strong it gave me a headache, and the tv didn't work. DO NOT STAY HERE. The ONLY good thing about it is that it is 1 mile from RMNP entrance.

The property was peaceful, well maintained, and in great proximity to RMNP and Estes Park.

Exceeded my expectations by far. The veiw, easy check in and out. Hot tub on the balcony! With the mountains in veiw. Spacious rooms with fireplace and even your own little kitchen

Outdated property way over priced for what you got. Booked one room that I paid for through your site and it was booked by another party. They had alternative room that I only found out the day we were to check in because of an email I received. Whole experience was disappointing.

Hot Tub was the highlight of the stay. Room and Bath were comfortable and clean, although outdated. Fire place was a nice touch and would have loved to be able to use grill. A fine location and value for a quick getaway to the mountains…

I would use this property again. My family was comfortable and had fun. The location was perfect for visiting the moose in RMNP each evening.

Check in was simple and property was very clean. Private hot tub was amazing and amenities were very nice.

There was no staff on the property. The check-in and out were contactless. We stayed at the beginning of the season most likely the first to stay in this unit for a while. The bed was extremely firm.

Suggest not staying at Wildwood. The room didn't feel clean, smelled musty when entering, poor lighting, old towels, office clerk unfriendly and treated us like we were interrupting her.

Loved our stay at Wildwood Inn. This property is just a few miles from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, so the perfect spot to stay if you're hoping to enter the park before timed entry starts at 9:00 am. Or, if you want to head into the park after timed entry ends to see the sunset on top of the mountains (highly recommended!). Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub on the deck was perfect. The property was quiet and relaxing -- much different from most other places in the area. This would be our top pick if/when we return to Estes Park.

The room itself was clean, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff at the property were rude and unwelcoming, and the representative I spoke with on the phone to obtain my access key was equally rude and unhelpful. A pleasant stay starts with respectful customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard. I would not stay here again based on the way guests are treated

Great location to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful scenic surroundings. This place had everything you need.

Lots of nice things to say about this place. What a beautiful area and the hot tub with wraps around porch makes for a great evening however ... the 80's called and they want their condo and furniture back immediately!

Property location is the only reason this place is in business. housekeeping that is offered is apparently not guaranteed and even after you request per the rules before 9AM - you will not receive cleaning service. even after paying a premium rate, you have to take out your trash bc housekeeping is barely available and barely exists here. it seems like a very stingy operation so owner can make max profits. service needs improvement or lower the prices.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and the hot tub was great! My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to phone calls or texts. I didn't get a link to check in. We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful. The person that helped me said if you book with Expedia you don't get a link to check in. I tried making contact several times within the 24 hours leading up to check in and didn't get a response. Overall our stay was great. But they need to work on communicating with guests.

This property is a little gem. We loved having our own hot tub to use and the option to use the larger hot tub in the spa room. Enjoyed the game room, playing pool and air hockey. Property had great views was quiet and comfortable. Will stay again!

The location was perfect, right near the entrance to RMNP. But the rooms were tired, smelled, and needed updating. They were clean. Luckily we were only there to sleep and leave.
