The property was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect! Check in staff was polite and helpful. Parts of the suite were updated (shower) and others were not (cabinets/blue sink/kitchenette). There were so many places to sit and relax to enjoy the sounds of the water and beautiful views!

Great place with many of the rooms on the river. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Lovely setting right on the river, great staff and very nice accommodation. Elk and a variety of bird life at the doorstep! Fantastic base for our Rocky Mtn NP explorations.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location & scenery with wildlife, river & mountains. Rooms are spacious & located a few miles from RMNP entrance or downtown Estes.

Really enjoyed the location and views provided. The grounds and proximity to the river made for a relaxing weekend. I enjoyed the heated outdoor seating allowing you to take in the nature without freezing. The pillows were insanely flat causing for a very uncomfortable night. Water pressure in the upstairs rooms was abysmal. The jacuzzi tub took so long to fill up by the time you could get in the water is already cold After 30 minutes of trying to fill it we just pulled the "plug" and gave up. One of our tv's did not turn off with the remote provided so we had to unplug it as the side buttons were inoperable due to age. Maintenance came and it was found the other rooms remote controls our tv's power but not the volume. We then had to carry both remotes around to use a tv. It is clear you are not meant to be in your room and instead be outside, which isnt the worst thing, but for that cost it is not worth it.

The property is quite, very clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the amenities enjoyable. There are just a couple of things we would change. In our unit, the mattress and couch were not very comfortable due to wear.

I would like to especially call out Julie and Katie in the front office. These women were so friendly and welcoming! They provided excellent recommendations and made us feel absolutely at home. For those who like specific details, some of our other favorite highlights were: - Very comfortable bed with high quality linens - Spotless hot tub with a gorgeous view, equipped with fluffy towels, spa robes, and jet-safe scented oil packets - Luxurious, large shower with built-in seat and double showerheads. - Gas fireplace with easy start, in a long wall of built-ins Patio seating both in front and back of the suite to enjoy the outdoors - Built-in vanity/desk with lots of drawers. We're already planning a return trip, and can't wait to go.

The staff were exceptionally nice and responsive. Our stay was the first week of May and started with spring weather. A surprise snowfall dropped almost 3 feet of snow. Fortunately, the power stayed on throughout and the hotel sent people to plow the parking lot and dig our car out of the snow. It's just a couple miles from RMNP where we got to see all four seasons in 4 days :). Really cool to see the elk, moose, mule deer, etc. both in the meadows and then in the snow. If you don't mind a little hike, there is a paved trail you can walk into town too. The linens were very nice and comfortable and the spa tub worked great. No complaints. The desk is staffed during the day with an on call number at night. We had no issues or reason to call after hours. There are wooden steps and decks outside. They have traction pads and mats, but still be careful in the wet and snow.

The door to our apartment was just a few feet from the Fall River. It was really nice to be close enough to hear the water rushing by on the rocks. The view out the windows and front door was great, and a couple of young elk came within a few yards of the place, snacking on the young willows.

Bed in our unit was super high and hard to get into also pillows were uncomfortable
-
Great location- scenic and peaceful. Easy access to downtown Estes Park and to Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park.
-
The bed was super hard and uncomfortable same with the pull out sofa bed. Poor water pressure in shower. Extremely loud irritating bathroom exhaust fan. Need more lighting in bathroom vanity and above kitchen sink. Small fixes to make a big difference.

We absolutely loved our room, it was clean and spacious and it was wonderful with the river out the back door and the view from the jetted tub was awesome! The price reasonable 🙂 We will definitely go back!

The staff were very nice and helpful The hot tub

Great location. It had beautiful views. I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like, the only thing I would have changed was the bed was uncomfortable other than that everything was great.

Clean well equipped. Good value.
