No amenities, staff was rude and horrible to us. No rooms were actually available, yet we were charged for one. Disputing with our bank. Never booking here again. Norma was very rude, dismissive and aggressive.

Property was in the middle of renovations. My room was excellent. All knew everything. Tv was new but remote control very difficult to operate. I don’t know how someone that is not tech savoy will be able to operate tv system. 3 days I didn’t master it. That was my only complaint about my stay. Staff was excellent. Loved the new rooms compared to what they used to be.

No amenities were available, construction going on without us being informed clearly. The staff was horrible and our keys stopped working and they had to open our doors if we wanted to enter our room. There were holes in our ceiling… MULTIPLE .Never going back

The rooms were recently updated so they were clean and comfortable. The morning staff was lovely and the location is great. There were no curtains so privacy was an issue since the white paper they had covering the windows was a bit see-through. If my lights were off in my room I could see people walk by in hallway, which was uncomfortable. I'm assuming this is temporary since they are still renovating. Also the bathroom door is on a roller and it floats over the doorway, so you can always hear anything going on in the bathroom. So since the bathroom fan doesn't turn off, you could hear the fan when you are trying to sleep, which kept me up all night.

Staff allowed me to check in early without charging me extra. Quite a bit of renovation going on so I'm sure next year the prices will be higher.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. He charged my card twice because he didn’t know what he was doing. He was unfriendly, rude, and couldn’t explain anything about the charges or what was happening with my cards. I had already booked and paid for my room through Booking.com, but he still charged me again. It was late at night, and I had no choice but to stay because I couldn’t go somewhere else. This was a very stressful and frustrating experience. The staff should be properly trained to handle payments and communicate with guests professionally. Very disappointing.

Great value brand new renovated rooms

This older hotel is under renovation. We had a new room on top floor which was nice but has some small flaws in design. The bathroom light is extremely bright on motion sensor so you can’t turn off. Also new shower head is very loud Bed is comfy and overall good value in a town without hotels. Walk to beach and restaurants. Pool is brand new Should be all good in few months after clean up. Lobby was closed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was great! New beds, bathtub and shower was also great! Since they’re renovating there were not enough space for the breakfast or break room. It was in the check in room and it was so tight. For the free breakfast they had coffee, tea, oatmeal and protein bars. They only had green apples for fruit. The bad part was when we found a cockroach and a spider.

I am aware that the building was under construction, but I was disappointed at the alternative breakfast options. Not a single channel was available nor options to screen mirror, so tv was practically useless. Sliding door to the bathroom was broken so it was was not a smooth stay for us to say the least.
