The location was perfect. I was traveling by myself with my kids so of course I’m worried about safety and access to the highway, this place was perfect. Lots of places to eat, gas stations, and SAFE! Super clean rooms and nice staff.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and greated us very politely even when checking in at 130am. Smooth check in and check out! Breakfast was well rounded and the staff was very accommodating! Great place to stay!

The hotel is new and clean inside. The location is great too - close to nice restaurants, stores, and not far from Louisville. The hotel’s staff are also friendly. But the hotel is poorly managed. There’s a construction in the middle of the lobby, so you can’t use it. For two days that I was there, the juice machine was not working during breakfasts. There’s nothing to drink except milk and coffee. They didn’t even put out bottles with water tor us to drink. I was told to drink water from a fountain around the corner. The breakfast that they serve is average at best. The pool was “closed for maintenance” the entire time too. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom downstairs.

It was being remodeled and the breakfast was not really matching stuff they had tortilla shells, cheese and salsa, but no eggs or anything to put in it

Pid when I reserved through Hotels.com. At check in, front desk clerk took my cr card (for incidentals, I assumed) but, when I checked my account in the room, I saw she billed me two more times, each over $100!!! I went right back down there and she told me she was new and in training and blah, blah, blah. Am still waiting to see if those charges are gone Monday or Tuesday. Cr card dispute staff is aware. Also first room, tv did not come/stay on. She moved us down the hall where the tv DID come on but if you chose something to watch, it would "buffer" and tell us to "please wait". And wait, and wait. Couch was stained (West Elm!) and bathroom mirror had been left badly streaked. Beds and pillows were comfy, though, and room was spacious.

location The TVs were a little outdated. It won’t slow you to adjust the color or brightness… also, I booked through booking.com and paid ahead of time. Once I arrived I swiped my card for accidentals. And within 2 days they took out over 280$ out of that account to they weren’t supposed to they charged me 3 times for 1 room for 1 night basically. Waiting on the refund but haven’t received it yet.

Bathroom door couldnt slide open all the way. Glass door for bathroom is still very see through. Not very private. TV cable connection was poor. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was very kind.
