Comfort Suites Elizabethtown

Check.in process very long, the front desk staff had issues with checking in people ahead of us. Not so friendly. But the morning staff was very nice.

We were coming in from Alabama and decided we need to stop because of the tornados, so we stopped just south of Louisville. After reserving online because I did not want to stand at a desk. I had to stand there anyway, fill out paperwork and give another form of payment for a damage deposit. We finally get to the room to discover the remote didn’t work to the tv. Family was exhausted so right to bed. We were woken up early by dogs barking, kids jumping on the bed and screaming. After not sleeping in, we ran down to the “free breakfast “ and it was wiped clean just 8 min after 9. Asked about the non behaving room and if there was any food left. Nothing, just oh I’m sorry. We grabbed our things and back on the road for 3 hours. No discount, no refund, no breakfast. Just back on the road in the same clothes we came in with. Horrible place with zero hospitality.

We had family to come stay for a wedding reception. All was wonderful well including the staff and Ethan for breakfast. He was awesome very courteous and helpful. Our room stay was great. I was just disappointed because there was’t a hot tub. That’s just one of my favorite things. The pool. Water was cold but some of my family really enjoyed it. Thanks for a great stay!

The floors are very dirty! Our feet were black from walking around. Please clean your floors!

The room lay out. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. No complaints

Repeat stay. This is the halfway point for a frequent destination we were impressed with our first experience so we will continue to stay here for future trips. We have no complaints.

Comfort suites is always like being at home. Comfortable, warm, and inviting. I always try and stay at a Comfort Inn on my travels. The people who make up the staff are friendly and caring.

It was all around very nice. We reserved a handicap room. Our room had a doorbell and this qualified it as handicapped. My husband was not able to access the shower the room was expensive

A few employees were rude and not helpful however the others really went above and beyond. Everything was very clean and in good shape.

They lied and scammed me out of money said I was smoking in the room But seen me leaving out multiple times had a kid in the room and everything like I don’t get never smoke nothing in a hotel room ever they are scammers try to over charge me I had five charges on my card no way will I be staying again

The location was the only thing we liked it was closer to everything.. We walked in an the floor was filthy dirty had to clean it ourselves..Then went an complained about how dirty it was because the cleaner told us they had no mop..The front desk lady got the manager the manger was nice said they would give us a discount..Next day the lady at the front desk was extremely rude she told us we could call whoever we wanted that it wouldnt help because they arent corporate owned.Because I told her I was calling corporate because she told us she was throwing our stuff out if the room because we was at my grandsons baseball tournament that was the reason we was there an the card I had on file declined which I forgot that card I didnt use anymore..we was at his game we told her we would be back in 1 hour an we would pay an give her the new card ..She was screaming at my husband we needed to come right now or she was throwing our stuff out of the room..The 1st night was paid for an we paid a 75 dollar deposit..The manger the day before said we would get a discount that never happened either..Nasty dirty place an Rude Front desk worker!

Great place to stay. Staff was great also.
