The staff was friendly. And the room was clean. When booking, it shows there is a pool. There is not a pool at the hotel. The beds are super hard.

Worst staff I have encountered in a long time. The girl working the front desk when I checked in was not pleasant and seemed to be in a bad mood. She seemed frustrated when I told her I had booked a second room. The room was nice and quiet. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. Probably would not stay here again.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the staff is really accommodating and tries to be helpful. The breakfast was great. However, the pool and the ice machine were out of service.

Good location off highway. Pool was out of order, room was hot when we arrived. Shower was super tiny. Rooms were laid out awkward.

Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed, nice room. Of the four hotels I’ve stayed at in that area LQ was my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. Can’t think of anything…

Breakfast was okay the LaQuinta in Chattanooga was alot bigger NO HOT WATER!! IM GLAD FOR THAT BECAUSE THE TUB IN ROOM 120 HAD MOLD IN THE SEAMS!! JUST LIKE THE CHATTANOOGA HOTEL BOTH FAUCETS WERE WOBBLY!! AND THE ELIZABETHTOWN HOTEL THE DRAIN ALSO DIDN'T WORK! THE SEAT IN THE ROOM HAD STAINS ON IT! ALSO THE CHAIR BY THE DESK WAS ALL CHEWED UP! MAYBE SOMEDAY I'LL RETURN TO VISIT MY SISTER IN FLORIDA AND THINK I MIGHT RETURN TO LAQUINTA HOTELS!!

The room was clean though the carpet was stained and the carpet outside the empty pool smells musty. The beds were comfy and the shower was great!
