Service from Staff of the Hotel with information, directions etc. Having the hotel onsite at the airport. Directions to the hotel once inside the airport terminal. Television did not allow multilanguage options/subtitles.

Clean, tidy, quiet. Ok breakfast. Some staff ok, other not. Nice lounge to wait in instead of in terminal departures where there are hardly any seats until u reach departure gates. Location exceptionally difficult to find. It is poorly signed and tucked in a corner of terminal 1 at end farthest from United airlines. Front desk guy on 5/23 was not so welcoming.

Good, modern facilities & decent breakfast from 4:30 AM. The room was clean, modern, and large. Shower was good, and bathroom amenity & water bottles & kettles & coffee machines available. I did not have to open my suitcase. The environment was relaxing, staffs were competent, and I appreciated decent cold breakfast - with hams, melons, croissants, yogurts etc - at 4:30 AM. Wifi was smooth, and air conditioner was good. Other than the cost, I dont have much to complain about this hotel. Really expensive. Unlike other European airports, this is effectively an only option with direct access to the Barcelona airport. I felt like they charge monopoly price; they can be more expensive than charming hotels in historic city center locations. I had early morning flight so I had no choice, but otherwise I hesitate to stay here cost-wise. shower and bathroom does not have a door.

The room is clean, and thats weird because we red a lot of bad reviews about the rooms and we are so worries until we checked in. The layout of the room is also weird because once you enter the room it’s already the shower area and the toilet then the room where the bed is. We had a good rest. Breakfast is ok, a few selections so just ok. The cleanliness of the room, the staff and the ambiance.

At the airport. The facility at Barcelona Spain was VERY hard to find in the airport. We kept asking airport personnel for directions and they didn’t know there was a hotel at the airport.

This is a great solution if you have an early flight out of Barcelona in the morning.

Staff! TOP. She took us to our room which is kind. We planned to stay the night before a flight so we could go into the city and front desk was so helpful into the most efficient way to get into town. I liked all. I wish all hotels could figure out how guests can NOT slam doors. MUST be a way??

No issues whatsoever.

It was convenient to reach my flight the next morning. Breakfast was okay. We had a room for three people. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and even after we let the staff know, it wasn’t fixed. The walls are like paper and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. We could hear entire conversations. The beds were very uncomfortable, and it wasn’t really clean.
