Was awesome. Very chill hotel. Very quiet. You can make waffles for breakfast. There was cereal too. I like the atmosphere of the hotel.

Some of the front desk was great. Some of them were meh. The room was pretty clean but the sink water pressure was awful. The tv had very little working channels and the wifi was slow, but it was free. I booked specifically for the outdoor area and pool which was closed for maintenance which was annoying. Ended up checking out early. It’s a good deal for a short stay but I probably won’t book again

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED this hotel. The staff were so kind and welcome. They let us check in early after a long flight. The hotel is in such a lovely location with ample and has a great breakfast. The rooms felt so cosy. Will definitely be back!

Friendly, efficient staff, parking area felt safe, waffles, fruit, cereal for breakfast were fine. Only disappointment that pool and hot tub weren't open yet, and hallways, elevator were warm.

Great place. The parking lot was locked at night on one side, which was nice for feeling more secured. Great rooms, great air conditioning. Towels were a little worst for wear and thin, but did the job.

Breakfast was quick and simple, waffles, cereal, small individual muffins, juice, coffee

All great except the price it’s a little expensive for the place. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast just cereal, pancake machine and bread. No eggs no bacon no oatmeal no yogurt no fruits or options for juices just orange juice.

Don’t be fooled by the ratings. It’s okay, but it’s certainly not as spectacular as the ratings suggest. Fairly disappointing, to be honest, but it’s clean enough and okay for a night.

Staff was very polite, friendly and professional - quick to respond to any inquiry. Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, sheets and covers very clean, bathroom exceptionally clean. Quieter place than most other places we have stayed. Outside noise was almost none existent. Parking safe and secured. Let downs: Had to walk over to the front dest because there was no phone in room to contact front desk. TV reception sucked big time. Remote did not work well, struggled to change channel, and channels kept fading out and losing connection and most of them did not work. I stopped using it after an hour of struggling and frustration. Most importantly, the door would not lock, that is it could be open without using the keycard. We discovered this in the late afternoon of our last day. We reported all this to the front desk. Will we stay there again? Absolutely. I can live without a TV; a walk to the front desk might do me some good; and I am certain that next time i can end up with a room with a door lock that actually works. So, it is a clean and comfortable room that is most important. See you guy soon. // Luis //

Ok place

We stayed just for one night and it was alright. The whole hotel was hot, but our room cooled off pretty quick after we turned the ac on. The bed was hard, kind of like sleeping on the floor. Didn't stay long enough for breakfast to be open, but overall it was a decent night.

I was on a long driving trip from California and arrived late in the evening. I had a really warm welcome, hot relaxing bath, and a really comfy sleep in a king bed. Didn’t want to get up! The breakfast was simple, but nice. I’d love to come back. Thank you!

Tony was very welcoming and informative. The hotel is older but clean, quiet and conveniently located for us to get to the sun bowl game and other restaurants. Great price and easy to find.

So when we first got there some crazy man scared my kids and they cried, as he was yelling at us racial slurs. The guy in the front was helpful and said he was staying there but would talk to him. Front staff very nice but we were scared to bump into him again each time we had to get in or out of the elevator. Internet did not work the whole time we were there, breakfast options were ok. The pool and room were very nice though.

Not Dirty but old. They have an Awesome staff. Our tv did not work so moved us to another room. Bigest bummer was booking a hotel for the hottub and the hot tub was the same temp as the pool! The breakfast had muffins and toast and a waffle maker.

Typical hotel that lies about amenities. I paid more money for this hotel specifically because they advertised a gym. When I get here I find out it's closed. Looking at reviews it appears it's been closed for months. I should be getting some sort of discount because of this.

This property is very expensive for very little. There was no breakfast, no channels on TV to even watch a movie or news. The room was not as clean as it could’ve been. I would not recommend this to anyone. I plan to get my money back.

I love this hotel. Close to Basset Center to do shopping and head to Imax theater. And close to Carlos & Mickeys restaurant.

The hotel room was very dusty. The fridge did not work, there was no basic cable. There was no door hanger to let the staff know if you do not want to be disturbed, so the staff walked into my room whether i wanted it or not. My room was on the third floor and it was hot, hot hot!

To be honest, when we pulled up I almost kept going... the property looks a little bit sketchy from the outside and the neighborhood is really, really dark. However, we parked and went in and boy am i glad we did. The front desk staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a room with a couch and the room was nicely appointed. Fridge, microwave, etc. However, if watching TV is your goal, and you don't speak Spanish, your choices of channels is very limited. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There is some noise from the freeway, but after about an hour you don't hear it anymore. Lol Lots of Doordash options to this hotel and it's actually nicely located. Breakfast consisted of plain toast, yogurt, cereal and waffles. Very good value for the price. I world definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed swimming in pool and the view from the room looking out towards downtown EPT. Room was clean and id say sofar, my favorite place now compared to the othe hotels ive stayed recently at. Its a 5 star hotel if you ask me.

I liked the fact that my suite came with a Jacuzzi jet tub. I didn't like the fact that there was no hot water in the suite to enjoy the hot tub or to shower in the morning. They offered me no discount & management has not contacted me.

The staff are very nice but the hotel has a lot to be desired. The hallways were not air-conditioned so the 100 plus weather in El Paso was felt when you were on your way to the room or left the room. The bed was rock hard. The comforter was very thin and had a cigarette burn in it. The air-conditioned struggled to keep the room cold. I set it for 65 but felt closer to 75. I usually like 71 so it was warmer than I am used to and with the extreme heat outside it made for a bad hotel experience. If you like hot water this is the place for you. I have no idea what the temp is set at but if you like hot showers put it on medium because you will burn your skin right off. They have breakfast but I think due to not having a lot of guests it is very limited. I got mini muffins one day and didn't bother with it after that.

Also, no loungers like in their pictures-and the pool area pic is the most flattering angle for the pool area - it’s wedged in a corner and even smaller than it looks. If lounging poolside is your idea- this ain’t a relaxing kinda spot. My only other complaint was the cable…no channel listing provided, no channel channel so you could see what was on (or soon to be). And the remote sucked (were tech-savvy enough to manage using such things- this one was either worn out or needed new bat

I don't understand why this place has a "very good" rating. Room was not clean. They put us on the top floor of an empty hotel and it was boiling hot. The furniture had napkins stuffed in it to keep the drawers from sliging open. The floors were creaky and crooked and the carpet was old and gross.

My friend left his watch in our room while we went out for a few hours. When we came back room service had come and his watch was gone. In addition to this, we had to get new keys for our room 5 times because they would stop working.

Breakfast was removed earlier than the posted 11:00, rather around 9:00. Over all, we really liked the hotel and the room. It was within our means and met/exceded our expectations. The location is fine as well, just on the cusp of a neighborhood. It was quiet but for the road construction at night, I understand there’s no accounting for that and it was fine.

Raul at front desk was very nice and helpful. However, our sheets upon turndown had hairs - disgusting! Also breakfast was included and was supposed to be open at 6am. This did not happen. We left at about 6:10 and nothing was set up. I would not recommend

I found a stained towel that apparently was clean so that was disliking, and the room was pretty hot because the AC was off so i had to turned it on to get it cool down. Other than that everything was good

I don’t know how this hotel got good reviews for cleanliness. My room was dirty.

Was really good, safe neighborhood!

It’s a really old building- the floors creak in the room when you walk. But it was really clean

The outlet plugs wouldn’t work nor did their phone to call the front desk the carpet in the whole hotel is horrible dirty . We slept with the light on that’s how sketchy it was

I really enjoyed my stay. The night clerk Gab was so nice. It was very peaceful and quiet. My room was very clean.

I don't know who is rating this hotel at 8.0 or above. Facility was ok for cleanliness but dated. AC was off in room when I arrived, barely caught up with room temp a full day later, floors creak loudly with every step, felt bad for any downstairs customers. Neighborhood was not safe/pleasant or convenient, industrial area, you will have to drive to anything you want.

Place was clean, and there are plenty of amenities for the price you pay!

I wanted to "splurge" & expected a somewhat decent place for over $100. This was not it. I'm only leaving a review because the reviews I read that lead me to book here are horribly misleading. The neighborhood is NOT nice. I was worried about my car the whole night. There is a loud bar next door & a grungy looking cheap nightly motel almost adjacent to the building. You can hear TVs from the rooms in the hallway, the carpet is old and dirty, there was no A/C on my floor in the common area, the vending machine was unplugged, the sheets were itchy, it was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in in any hotel ever, the few bathroom items were complete garbage. The sideboards were coming off of the walls. I slept in my clothes and was afraid to touch anything. The only reason I stayed was because it was a non-refundable booking. This is a $40/night hotel room at best with a fancy paint job on the outside making it appear "high-end". Please please please don't waste your time or money on this place. It's the worst. I spent the same amount the last time I was in El Paso for a gorgeous luxury room somewhere else.

After checking in, air conditioner in the room was turned off, so the room felt extremely hot and it took a few hours for the room to have an acceptable temperature. Toilet seat was dirty with urine stains and the carpet was filthy. Air conditioner in the hallway was also not working and only one of the floors had a working ice maker. Also, late at night there were many people standing outside the main entrance as if something had happened. Don’t think i’ll stay again.

We were looking for a safe, clean place to stay before flying out of El Paso. Soluna fits the bill. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very convenient to airport.

It was a bad experience to stay in this hotel. The TV is bad. The bed let you fall down. The pillow are very small and their materials are very bad. The drawer is opened by itself. The room does not have coffee machine. The floor has a loud noise when you walk on it. Definitely will not come again

The room didn’t have a phone inside it. Air conditioning unit was not working good. Towels had holes in them. The room didn’t smell good. The price is way too much for this bad hotel. I will never come back her. Please correct the rating on this hotel.

Good value for the price; helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Try Carlos snd Mickeys— just three minutes away for great Mexican food.

Nice hotel, service ok

Soluna is a very basic hotel, clean and simple with courteous staff. Beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was short of most items, Elevator was broken, had to hike down 3 flights of stairs. Once the elevator was working again the hotel manager refilled the empty breakfast items, Many kids so...

The hotel is located in an industrial/ commercial district. The premises are dated. The rooms are big and spacious. The drawers kept opening on their own. The wifi did not work at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. The building is unassuming on the outside but the design inside is very nice, especially the rooms, whose warm tones set it aside from many of the properties I have stayed in.

Front desk personnel very helpful. Old building yet they are doing best to keep it clean and welcoming. Breakfast selections disappointing.

Clean & comfortable but dated decor. Some peeling paint in bathroom and bathroom door hinge broken. Beds were comfortable though which is what we stopped for.
